First of all I got here tonight August 18th 2022 key didn't work then they put me in a room next to it no toilet tissue the back to the remote on the TV missing no batteries not the right remote for the television they give you two dingy tiles the service is horrible I went to the Kalamazoo inn the night before because I just moved here page $60 no problem had everything you needed plenty of tiles toilet tissue and soap this place is a freaking dump. It's not worth $58 go somewhere else don't come here

I wish I could give no stars. The most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The heat was off so it was freeeeezing cold, no pillows, blankets or towels were provided, there was a bag of trash left behind, pretty sure the room wasn’t even cleaned. Not even soap. I just had to pretend I was camping. Couple bugs to add to the outdoorsy feel. Tv had been punched out of commission

Worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. There was a hole in the wall, the smoke detector was detached and lying on the counter. Multiple cigarette burns on both beds. The knob in the shower had a significant leak, shower was almost clogged and because of the leak it still had 2 inches of water in the morning.

This place is run down; its clear the needed money to maintain is not being spent. The staff were great and were struggling heroically to make things work with what they had. The keycard only worked sporadically and with repeated attempts. The place was clean, however and the afternoon/evening staff were polite and helpful.

Rooms have absolutely no amenities needed. Just the bare minimum...... Shampoo and conditioner and a facial soap and a couple of staind towels. The place was packed to the gill with construction workers and they were all outside and drinking... Overall I had a good stay although it was also the loudest stay. Lol

Would give zero stars but that was not an option!! I am including photos because I am convinced the complimentary reviews are made by the owner/family and completely fake. There is nothing nice about the room and the male clerk is very rude. He actually told us that the one wash cloth and two towels that we had in the room are all we are supposed to have!! There is a fire extinguisher on the wall. Guess that's supposed to compensate for the fact that there are no smoke detectors in the room. Maybe there is new management because reviews from 5 years ago are good, but if you check in here after seeing these pictures, please remember you were warned; that is, if this post doesn't get deleted. In any event, I will be reporting them to the state of Michigan Board of Health and every equivalent agency in the state as soon as I move to another motel. There is definitely drug dealing going on in several of the units. This place obviously receives funds to house transients, recently released prisoners or something of the sort. Very shady characters hanging outside many of the units l.

Worst hotel ever I have been in the bathtub looks like somebody was bleeding and not cleaned good the floor was horrible had cracks all in the floor the only good thang was the bed the area I felt unsafe the door would not lock right someone tried to walk in during the night.

Their only saving grace is Sarah. Period. I paid for a week. Was accused of having a bunch of people and animals in my room by owner who is apparently “watching” folks on camera. Offered to let them check my room they declined and still were rude and disrespectful. Upon leaving I was accused of stealing towels because we didn’t have any dirty left in the room. To which I told them we had already turned them in and never received any replacements. We used our own. Told them to check my bags again they declined. To which I said then don’t accuse people if you aren’t willing to put forth effort into the accusation. Never stay here. If you wanna stay any longer than a day I have pity on you. It takes them 6 hours to bring even a plunger for the horrible toilet. Just go somewhere else.

Worst place ever, np towels or pillows in room and when we asked for some they said they were in the process of being washed N they would bring them when done, needless to say Never brought them.. they will hire anyone, the cleaning staff does a horrible job and has their children running around dirty and unattended asking people for stuff.. very sad... I'm sure this place will close down soon unfortunately 😕

The entire motel needs to be remodeled. Bathtub filthy, floor boards loose and coming up, furnace didn’t work when it was 38 degrees outside. My room was deplorable and so was the room they moved me in to when I told them I was freezing in a room that had no functioning furnace.

Jeevan is very knowledgeable about the hospitality industry and always offers excellent customer service. Great quiet and clean room at excellent value!

What a dump!! It really doesn't deserve one star. Just by the parking lot I was dismayed. When I went to the office The Man Behind The Desk looked at me and went back to watching his computer or whatever, and I could hear it wasn't anything to do with the business. He got up and asked me what I wanted - [what do you think I want it's late I'm here looking for a room]. He said we're full up. I am glad I didn't stay there. I heard very questionable things about it. And i probably wouldn't have got any sleep for constantly listening and looking out the window at my vehicle.

Only good thing about this place is it's right off the interstate. It is the worst motel I've ever stayed at especially for motel 6. Room was nasty my chair was outside my linens had stains all over them and beds were horribly uncomfortable. Bathroom was also disgusting. Only thing that would compensate for this is a total refund.

I've been coming here a long time and I've never had any problems. It's also very quiet and peaceful

WARNING DO NOT STAY HEAR. BED BUGS my husband and I stayed hear for one night because it was close to my dad's house to visit him on Thanksgiving of last year. A few days after our stay my husband and I started to notice bites on ourselves, we'll to make a long story short we brought home bed bugs with us from our stay at this motel 6. It was a nightmare to eliminate the problem, but in the end we did. And not to mention our room, it was disgusting holes in the walls, bed spread, towles, ceiling, and floor. The tub was not clean it had black mold, the room smelled like cigarettes. The bed were very uncomfortable and one pillow per full size bed, no shampoo, conditioner, one wash cloth and just two towles. The front counter staff was very rude. STAY AWAY

Recently stayed great customer service, rooms are nice! Accomodated me for TV remote not working & gave me a discount on my stay! I would most definitely recommend this hotel too anyone looking for a decent price hotel for short or long stay!!!

You get what ya pay for. It's decently priced. It is located near the K-Wings Stadium. The heat and a/c work. No phone in the room I was in, but they had a TV and wifi. Fairly quiet area. A good spot if you're just looking to sleep.

Room was smokey, not enough pillows or towels. Always police there and unruly customers

My stay at motel 6 is really good the people are nice good service and friendly I'm really enjoying my stay here !

The owner was friendly and obviously stressed. The room wasn’t sleepable. There were no lights in the room. Never cleaned. Holes in the sheets.

The service here is very nice. They are always willing to help unlike other hotels. The rooms are larger than any I've stayed in. They are clean and comfortable. The staff is always around to help with a smile. Plus you can't beat the price.

Quoted me $75 over phone then had $50 deposit. The rooms are absolutely filthy, I was afraid to touch the walls.

Not very happy this time. My son had to change rooms twice cause the first rooms were unfit. The last room did not have hot water and the guy at the desk is fixing it when it’s time to leave. That’s. Wrong. He should get a free night so he can shower.update. Andy the manager is awesome. He corrected the problem right away.

I give it 3 stars cause the bed we're very uncomfortable, no microwave or fridge to put your food or cook . Walls were punch in and the walls had black mold on them . Creepy workers banging on our door demanding for cash . Owner of the business grabbing thing out our hand thinking it was there when it wasn't. It was quite wich was good thing. No bars soap or shampoo to wash our hair .

I enjoy the service because the manger works w you no matter what , they are always available & won’t turn you away ❤️

It was late when we arrived, but the room was nice and warm, seeing it was cold outside. It was quite and peaceful.
