Such a lovely spot for a family day out. Great size pools, and there's something for everyone. Babies, toddler and adults. Cafe serves decent food! Reasonable entry prices. Will return.

Bickley Brook Reservoir walk is short (3.2km) and steep in places. Small stream to cross at start and finish of walk. Great place to walk dogs off lead. Lovely spot about half way to stop and enjoy the view while the dogs have a sniff around

Nice little water park with 2 water slides, 1 big pool and 2 little ones and another pool / section for babies. We’ve been twice over the last 2 weeks and it hasn’t been very busy. I don’t if it’s because I’m old now but the slides are very fast. (Must be because I’m old) My 5 year old loved them and was fine going by himself (with us parents going after and before him. I used to come here as a kid about 20+ years ago. Lots of parking and it’s pretty cheap for pool entry and additional cost if you want to go on the slides. There’s groupon coupons from time to time too.

The food they serve there was either uncooked or bad as i spent my time there after eating throwing up outside of the entrance. They didnt have half the things on the menu besides that it was nice and relaxing

The slides are closed, but I still love going to this pool. It's always cold as hell, even after a week of 40 degree days. Kids love it too.

The best family Waterpark in Perth! Slides, four pools, BBQ's, changerooms, heaps of shade and grass, kiosk and lifeguards on duty too. All set in the forest of Kalamunda overlooking Perth. Open 7 days for fun all summer long

Wasn't to bad , the non slip mats on the ramp up to the slides can get hot in that sun but was fun and my girlfriends kids injoyed themselves

Great local pool, simply Awesome. I would rate this higher, but I fear the Fun police will realise, people are still having fun here and "Upgrade" the place and ruin it, like they have at so many other pools. Staff are very helpful and keep an eye on all the pools and peoples safety. This place is a must visit, on a Hot summer day.

  • 5/5 Mark K. 3 years ago on Google
Fairly good prices and heaps for the kids to do. Had extra blow up slides setup, maybe just for Australia Day but was great. The food from the kiosk was also very well priced and not a rip off like other parks

Kids loved their stay. Website needs more clarification on fees and what is mentioned on website is actually not what you will charged. Its more

  • 2/5 Storm L. 4 months ago on Google
Shady place to escape the heat, however, spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone to no avail. Pay for entry only to find out after that the slides were reserved and weren't accessible for 2 hours despite no one being on them. Not allowed to leave and come back without being charged again. Kiosk was closed. Disappointing first experience 😕

I went here a couple of months ago in the summertime with my two children. Have been here a couple times before. The lifeguards were extremely friendly to me and my children, and in the kiosk the workers were very sweet. One young lady named Ruth stood out to me in particular. Her work ethic was absolutely admirable and was very efficient and kind in dealing with my overbearing children... The pools are nice, and the slides are fun. I feel safe taking my kids here again! Thankyou Kalamunda Water Park ~

I suppose this park is really good for 40C. It cost us $39 to get in for 1 spectator +2 kids slides & 🏊 . But unfortunately that day the weather is so windy and chilling in January. So we didn't get too much fun. Again,if it is over 30C, Go ahead.

We had a wonderful day for Australia day we lived the water slides they are killer. Nice pools we will be back for sure :)

  • 5/5 Marijke B. 2 years ago on Google
It was really great! Not crowded, nice shady spots, and it has a cafe. I just wish one of the pools' water was heated a tiny bit. I highly recommend this place!

  • 3/5 Mago H. 2 years ago on Google
its alright. very dated, literally feels like when I was a kid. The waterslides look very old. Lychen growing on the outside of them isnt very appealing. Overall the water is nice in all pools, kids area is really nice and entertaining with plenty of shade. Biggest gripe is the lifeguards seem to do nothing at all. Ive seen teenagers literally do a bombie at the shallow end, in the lap lane, pretty much on top of an older person swimming laps, right in from of a lifeguard and they did nothing. This same kid did the same thing at least 3-4 times that I saw, and he was looking at the lifeguard as he did it, basically taunting them. If you dont have the guts to actually enforce rules, then find a different job. Thats one example of many that I have seen where things have just gone ignored.

Great little place with lots of options for all swimmers, but young life guards with little experience. Son went beyond his depth and started panicking instead of swimming (occurred lit. 1 min after telling us he was going to that pool). I notice him and life guard close by, but I get there before guard even though im at the other end of the pool. My wife got very upset with the guard.

I went midweek to walk Victoria Resevoir, the trail now takes you past Bickley Brook Resevoir as well. The trail was quite easy but isn't marked, so download the route from the Shire of Kalamunda website first. I took an accidental detour and so the walk took me 2hrs at a leisurely pace, but without having to backtrack it would probably have taken me 1.5hrs. Late September the wildflowers were all in bloom and I came across a Kangaroo with her Joey.

Overpriced and lousy. They claim to close up at 6pm, yet at 5:35pm all the lifeguards forced all of the swimmers out. Lifeguards were also rude to patrons, shouting at swimming kids who just tried to ride two rafts. The whole staff was rude to us as well. The prices were also absurd, and a humongous ripoff.

Drove 30 minutes with my family only to find it closed to the public for an event. No mention of it in their events page on their website, just a note at entry. Won't be risking wasting time going here again

  • 5/5 Jett O. 3 years ago on Google
Did all my life saving practice here. Good long pool (unheated) Seperate shallow and shaded kids pool. Plus waterslide

  • 1/5 Jasmyne S. 3 years ago on Google
The staff are RUDE. From reception, to management, to the kiosk. Within 30mins of being here, it was clear that no one is capable of a smile, let alone kindness and providing even average service to their patrons. The kiosk has zero healthy eating options, no alternative options to processed foods, dairy and sugar. Not worth the visit.

Wonderful place to have fun. I think they should add more slides or some games or some days of hosting events. Would bring more people and not be so boring by coming back to the same things.

  • 4/5 Adam S. 5 years ago on Google
Kalamunda Water Park is the best way to get out of that scorching hills heat. It is a much quieter option in comparison to other public pools in Perth with many of the lanes unoccupied throughout the day. The water slides are fun on a hot day but there are only two so once you’ve ridden them a few times the novelty wears off. Good value for casual swims.

  • 5/5 Don C. 3 years ago on Google
Lovely green leafy historic town with a village atmosphere not far from Perth CBD. Lots of waterways, parks with hiking and mountain biking tracks. Can get busy and congested during school pickups/dropoffs and parkings not always great but still a lovely place to visit.

  • 3/5 Mel D. 3 years ago on Google
The 2 water slides here are heaps of fun, however, the queuing system makes it slow going. Even with few people the wait to use the slides is onerous. I guess when I was a kid they were a lot less safety conscious. Mind you the little lanes of water at the end of each slide does not seem as safe as the big pool that used to be there because I hit the bottom and the sides every time. More water would be a good idea.

  • 5/5 Valeriya O. 3 years ago on Google
There are many spaces with shade, grass and all kinds of swimming pools - for babies, kids and olimpic size. 2 very good water slides. Well maintained with ample parking space. It s open space, so the water in some pools is quite refreshing.

  • 4/5 Dez L. 4 years ago on Google
Update. Has installed a great drinking fountain. Well done Kalamunda Water Park. Double credit for providing "tire shaped floats" for kids to play on. Now if you bring back the diving board you will get five stars. Does not have water fountain. ??? Public outdoor sport facility just asking for suing for dehydration. Can supply large pools of water but nothing to drink. Has not been organized for what thirty years or more. Was told we are working on it.

Great fun for the whole family. From toddler pool to water slides. 5 stars if they put the diving boards back in. I know insurance premiums are high, but your doing the tablet addicted youth of today no favours. What's next? 2 shallow ends? The few remaining risk taking kids will just go elsewhere, unsupervised and do even more dangerous stuff!

This Waterpark has two slides that are pretty fun, a big pool with diving blocks and lanes, a toddler pool and a younger kids pool. It's only 10 dollars to get in and 5 extra for a slide pass.
