Ordered extra cheese Margarita pizza and garlic bread sticks... Dominos never failed to impress me.. Loved it.

I recently visited Domino's Pizza, and unfortunately, my experience was a mixed bag. The major letdown was the taste of the pizza itself. The one I ordered had an unpleasant tangy flavor that did not align with my expectations of a classic pizza taste. It was disappointing, to say the least, and affected my dining experience. Moreover, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. They seemed disinterested and unresponsive to customer inquiries or requests. The absence of ketchup, oregano, and chili flakes on the tables was also quite surprising and inconvenient. These small but essential condiments can make a significant difference in enhancing the overall flavor of the pizzas. The restaurant's facilities were also a concern. The washroom was out of order during my visit, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of functioning AC made the dining area uncomfortable, especially on a hot day. All in all, my experience at Domino's Pizza was less than satisfactory. While the ambiance and ordering process were positive aspects, the disappointing taste of the pizza, unhelpful staff, absence of basic condiments, and facility issues were significant drawbacks. I hope the management takes these points into consideration and improves their services to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers. Not recommended maybe one should try somewhere else but not this place.

Staff is unprofessional. They are trying to get every delivery order to get cancelled. In case you come to restaurant they will tell you that AC is not working so customer do not make orders. Restaurant is unhygienic, tables are not cleaned properly. Lots of flies inside restaurant. They even don't have drinking water and disposable cups.

I love Domino's and we mostly order from them but yesterday we waited for 35-40 minutes and that was too long to wait.

Despite of focusing on quality they are working on makeover of their outlets which is a nice part but the quality of the pizza’s has been degrading day by day. I’ve been ordering since past 10 years or so, but nowadays there is zero consistency of taste and quality. Very Disappointing..!

I have ordered from here thrice, all three times the order has been so poor that I will never make the mistake of ordering from here in future. If you don't believe me then you can see the reviews of other people. One man can lie, not all people can lie. In my third order, I had ordered their 4 cheese pizza, but due to their habit, they sent me the normal cheese pizza. When I complained, they sided with me saying it was a minor mistake. All I want to say is that instead of ordering pizza from here, order pizza from some other place or go somewhere else and eat it but do not take the service here at all. You have to buy pizza with your hard earned money, don't let your money go to waste. I would like to tell this branch of Domino's to improve, there is still time, it would be better if you do not spoil the name of Domino's franchise.

This particular outlet of Domino’s follows all COVID-19 protocols and has nice, open spaces. However, if too many people are inside, these spaces could be made redundant. That said, the food is as per Domino’s standards. One thing though, while taking delivery (if it’s a Takeaway!) make sure you check to see if everything is actually placed inside the bag, for which these muggers actually have started charging. I paid for two dips along with garlic bread - on reaching home I realised that they were not there whereas I had specifically asked if everything had been placed inside the 36 x 30 cm paper bag. I didn’t check though; my loss, which is why I give them only 3 stars.

I really love Indi tandoori pizza. Earlier I used to have Farmhouse Pizza with Extra cheese or cheese burst but now my favourite is Indi Tandoori pizza and it is very good in taste. If anyone loves to eat pizza. He or She should try this pizza with extra cheese or cheese burst.

Yesterday i ordered a chesse burst medium pizza value 484 rs the delivery boy gave only two oregeno i asked him for two more he denied i called the lady who had confirmed the order she said it's company policy to give only two oregeno per pizza i said why don't u advertise this also while selling and why in dine in people have unlimited acess to Oregano. I asked to talk to manager she saidwhy do I need to talk to manager when she's telling me the co policy i persisted then she said that manager is very busy and so is she i would have to hang on the line for more than ten minutes I said that's ok for me She cut the call later the manager called and told me that why don't you take a free side dish ?? I said I am not a begger i want to t address the issue here why are they lying and demanded the delivery boy and the lady to be put in conference tha manager said madam go ahead and write a bad review and so i did . pathetic staff pathetic manager want to bribe me and not address the issue this at dehradun rajpur road outlet

Big brands do cheap things sometime, Asked for normal water, sales guy forcing to buy Water bottle. Shameful

Every time I visit this particular domino's restaurant the service is way to slow. During our recent visit we ordered double cheese margarita pizza and it tasted substandard. Hope they can upgrade their services and food quality.

Today I visited rajpur road Domino's... But it was the worst experience I ever had.. so much time to take a serve order.. washroom not working, cleaning not satisfied, AC not working.. nothing is good there.. even our chicken wings smells bad and we have to change.. please think twice time before you visit there..

Indi paneer pizza was the best as I tried for the first time. Good stuff. Nice location.

Food was fine. The AC was not working. There were a few flies inside and tables were not properly cleaned. Beggers were coming inside of this outlet again and again. They were standing near customer's table and not moving, asking for money and food. I won't recommend dine in for this domino's outlet.

Loved the NEW RETRO look! They have renovated this outlet completely to a retro themed one increasing more seating space, Also one can have a look at how their pizzas are being made. Plus they are taking precautions well as sanatizing properly while maintaining social distancing to avoid long queue and crowd.

The new Paneer Tikka Garlic Breadsticks provides a mouthwatering taste. Its better to visit at morning to have the breadsticks with fresh cheese. I was very delighted after tasting those breadsticks. The Staff at first provided me with ordinary Garlic Breadsticks but as soon as I asked them to replace it the staff was very coordinating and they changed my order and that too in very lesser time. Altogether it was a good experience to visit Domino's. Door of the Domino's at Rajpur Road branch makes sound . I hope they fix that soon.

These people take #money from customers but do not give good things in return. They have spoiled the name of Dominos. The quality would have been something else and the product would have been something else. I have no confidence in the quality here at all. And I will never order anything from here after today in my life. Yummilicious choco lava cake, pizzas, garlic sticks...Sin food....nice outlet, clean, quick service.....but washrooms are in a very bad condition....very dirty , unhygienic.

One the worst pizza services provided at this place. They don’t have any exhaust system separated from the customer sitting area. The place is always noisy as the entrance fan is too loud. The hygiene isn’t maintained at all. The same person who is providing the food is also clearing the tables without changing the gloves.

Panner pizza and cheese margreata 🍕 pizza was good but support staff was not good take more time to accept your order. But overall pizza quality is same as other Domino's.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was tasty and prices were great! The Thai chicken wrap was dry and tough (the chicken). The grilled chicken sandwich was not super flavorful, but still a good sandwich and the Reuben with corned beef was the crowd Favorite. Clean and easy to access location.

Loved the Veg extravaganza cheeze burst pizza we ordered here.. it was overloaded with veggies and tasted really nice..

Taste is Decent but Quantity of Pasta Italiano and Cheese Burst Layers is not Upto the mark. I haven't expected this sort of experience in this Domino's! Overall things were good!

One star is just for the lady who was single handedly managing everything from billing to packing pizza. Staff was just chit chatting and were least bothered about customers. I ordered the pizza dine in and still got a very bad tasteless pizza (we cannot call it a Domino's Pizza) and also pizza was cold even at dine in( looks like the staff was busy chit chatting and least bothered to pack pizza). Will always prefer to visit another Domino's outlet now.

I love the entire collection of Domino's, though I have also tried other pizzas as well, but this is the best..cheesy.. toppings..well-baked... I went with my family and we always love the collection and the new combos, flavors, etc. I love their choco lava cake, garlic bread.. & the list keeps going. .... Keep up the good work DOMINO'S

Stopped here while travelling back from Mussoorie. The pizza was well baked and tasted perfect. After some unpleasant experience at some other outlets, it was nice to have a filling meal and I hope other outlets also develop the same quality.

Service is very poor. They got so much work load that they do not deliver even in their committed time. Plus the front staff is not at all humble. It’s not a welcome feeling when you visit there. I saw this lady not much educated she seems and she wanted to order a Pizza. And the front cashier cum order taking girl forced her to order from the machine and did not take her order. After a hassle, she finally took her order when the machine did not work. They need to either change their staff or enforce good policies. With this behaviour, they’ll lose customers.

Outlet is same just like other dominoz oltlets in dun. The staff cooporates well and will serve in best possible way. Visited this place in lockdown and that too on a sunday. Only take away is available for now due to the safety norms. You can order from the dominoz app also but deliver in certain range only.

I love Domino's compared to pizza hut since long time now. Please eat cheese burst pizzas and make your day. 4 stars because I feel there is room for improvement always for everyone in this world.

It was a good experience there. Love the ambience and staff was nice. Sitting arrangement is good for 30-40 people. Central AC system. They have a good User interface screen where we can decide what pizza we can choose. Payment system was cash, online. You can use Domino's app also to give order.They were doing fast work. One problem I noticed that they were calling names after taking order I would like to suggest please put number screen machine for orders like in other Domino's.

Outlet is good, food quality is also good. They also take care of proper hygiene. Only concern is of parking, as there is no proper parking. Rest everything is fine.

Good place , but only one was taking order so in return creating crowd . Else food was good.

We all know that this is Domino's so it will be good. They need to improve their calling system though. They were just shouting the names. Almost missed my order
