Fantastic place for a stay in Coimbatore and a fine dining area close to the reception. Rooms were kept tidy and I was never able to get the television to work. The breakfast buffet was on time and there will be a lot of guys to help you around. As a whole, I never found a better lemon tree hotel to stay in TN.

Had an opportunity to stay in Lemon tree for a personal trip to Coimbatore. Was delighted with the experience. House keeping was very good. In room dining and restaurant experience was very nice. Dithin, Hari & Murali were very efficient and rendered service with a smile. They were very prompt to cater to our needs and made us comfortable. Great bunch of staff.😊 At the front office Santhosh was very efficient. Overall nice experience.

Had a lot of expectations before visiting this place. But turned out to be very disappointing. The place needs more attention to maintenance and cleaning. We could easily spot lack of maintenance on the exteriors. Quality of water provided in bath is very poor. Found it too salty. Couldn't washy head as it could damage the hair. Bath fittings were rusted and scales found on them. Another sign of poor maintenance. Toiletries were given in squeeze type bottles rather than smaller personalized bottles. Couldn't trust if such bottles were sanitized. Only one key card was given. This I found it to be ridiculous. We had brought an elderly person along with us and wanted her to take rest in the room while we step out to the pool. But to use the lift, we need the key card. So everytime we had remove the card go to the lift, open it and then come back to the room to place the card back so as to get power supply. It would have been much simpler if an additional card was issued. But we were refused. Overall, this wasn't the quality expected from a lemontree hotel.

The room and the bathroom were clean, though there was a strong lemony smell on the floor. The forte of this hotel is its staff and their service. Extremely polite and helpful staff, breakfast spread was good, even the dinner layout had decent options. The location is out of the city, so that's a little downside but that gets compensated by the serenity and ambience of the place. My husband and I enjoyed taking a walk after dinner and felt that the place was worth it.

It's a good experience staying at lemon tree hotel. Rooms were very nice, room service is very good, rooms are very clean. They have a small swiming pool which is good. Food was also good. The only disadvantage which I think is this hotel is little far away from the city.

Every day was a delight. Shyaam kept our room very clean and tidy with crispy, fresh clean linen every day. Kipaldev especially, and other waiters made our meals a delight with the chef producing the most amazing and tasty Indian cuisine. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the front desk staff for supporting us in so many ways. Our congratulations to the managers whose unfaltering high standards made our stay one to repeat.

Luxury hotel located out of coimbatore city.Complimentart buffet for breakfast was awesome, they'll make you in home. Room service and house keeping is good ,they'll clean everyday. Swimming pool and fitness center is present in second floor.For swimming pool enquire about availability beforehand. More parking space available.They provide cabs for rent also for office commutes,need to book in advance. The only minus is it's location it's situated, no cab or auto availablity urgently, have to try many times in different apps, red taxi works well here.

Worst Lemon tree I have ever experienced. I had been to various other lemon tree in other places, but found this to be very worst experience 1. Exorbitant bill for breakfast which is mostly complimentary in other hotels of same standard. 2. None of the Power terminals were working. Literally had to charge the mobile outside the room 3. Rusted mirror panels in bathroom with water issues 4. No additional utilities provided expect for a paste and brush 5. Way away from city with no access to hotels nearby 6. Additional amount was charged for some junk reasons. Wish Lemon tree management makes necessary action before this lemon tree loses its charm.

It's a beautiful standalone 4star property for business and family stay at coimbatore. Rooms are spacious, good breakfast options and have resturant for dining. Also have halls and meeting rooms for family functions and official meeting. Good to stay with family and kids. Happy to be at Lemon.

Visited a friend who stayed at the hotel. Average service at the bar with only one attendant to serve the orders. Iced tea was poor in taste and lacked the zing. Pepper chicken was chunky with decent spicy masale.

Rooms and other services are fine but the restaurant is not good. Had both dinner and breakfast from here and I can't point out not even one dish that is good. Even the cut fruits were not good. And in the buffet they are not refilling the items. And altogether it seems not value for the money.

Best place for a quick stay or business trips. Buffet meals are available... its yummy... Room are spacious & well maintained... 1 hr away to ISHA. Highly recommended...

Overall great experience but can improve on the food. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I was able to get a good night's sleep each night. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with amenities. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with a clean and inviting lobby and common areas. Overall, I felt that the hotel was a good value for the price paid, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future. The staff and clean, comfortable accommodations really made my stay enjoyable.

We had lunch at Citrus cafe. It was one of the worst ever lunch from a star hotel. No variety was there. No taste nor the aroma. It was just colored food. Utterly disappointed. Especially not the Dum Biriyani and pasta.

Located in a calm and quiet place. The hotel staff is very cooperative. All housekeeping staff are well versed in English. Food is good. More items should be included in the menu as current options are limited.

We stayed at this hotel for two days. Located near airport and bit away from the city. Rooms are good, washrooms are clean and big. They have lot of parking space. You need to clean car yourself. Buffet Breakfast is good with many choices from west, north and south India. Their best practice include employing special people who can't speak or hear. Booking through online or MMT may give you better price. Inhouse food is ok. For dinner, it is better to go for la carte than buffet if budget is concerned or you are not that hungry.

We stayed for a night on our first visit to coimbatore. The hotel was close to airport and Little away from city centerm The rooms were amazing and staff were courteous with us during the checkin and checkout process. A great place to stay in Coimbatore. A big plus point about the hotel is indeed their rooms. They are very spacious and neat. Also, the bathrooms are maintained magnificently. Their service is also on point, with all the staff being very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet provided was also very good, with lots of quality dishes to choose from. There is ample parking space provided. There is also a small swimming pool and gym in this place. The location of the hotel can be positive and negative at the same time. It is located on the outskirts of town. Hence, it is a very calm and peaceful area, but there is no sort of a nearby attraction here and it is quite difficult to reach. So, as a whole, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

What a location. The bar/restaurant is excellent. Quite and neat. Awesome place for close friends to have a pleasant get together. Rooms are well kept and staffs are extremely courteous. Very clean.

Me personally didn't like the place because it didn't have near rooms . The bathrooms were dity and the bedsheets were shaby as well. This place is very overpriced for this shaby rooms. The pool was also dirty . The water was salty . The buffet was average

Recently travelled to Coimbatore with family (wife and 11 year old son). Stayed at this hotel during the stay. Very comfortable rooms clean sheets courteous staff, tasty food. Thanks to tront desk staff Kailash who was courteous and helpful in providing us with inputs to plan our sight seeing and stay. The place is located in a quiet locality in the periphery of the city.. so you may need a car or cab to get by.. if you are planning for a comfortable leisurely stay with family this place would suit your need.

I am writing this review in public as because the person in the reception taken away the tab halfway while I am giving my feedback after my checkout. he noticed my bad feedback entry on some questions and he some how made me to stop in giving my feedback and cinematically took the tab from me. To be frank The property has drastically changed due to corona from 5 star to I don’t know what start I need to mention. I have stayed here 3 years back and that time, I really felt it was a beautiful well maintained & managed 5 star hotel, but now I can’t say it. Pros: 1: The food team is very polite and humble to take the orders and make as your wish. Thanks Anu for making a special and good arrangement. 2: The room service done their job to the best way Cons: 1: First and most good ambiance is receiving the key in wallet parking but here it’s depends on your time luck. 2: The welcome of receptionist is not to the mark, feels I have entered a oyo property. 3: The very good spread of breakfast is there three years before but not now. 4: The chairs in Dining and Sofa in room are need to cleaned well to mark it as 5 start. Here by I felt that this property is for only corporate stay who comes for business purposes and goes back. This feedback is to make the team to do their best to resolve, please don’t accept it as complaints. I will visit again and edit this command if I feel the change

Very good housekeeping services . But they have given me the room nearer to generator room, always 24x7 humming sound was there of the system . The rooms should be sound proof on that side.

Whatever service we needed that wasn't available, the prices are exuberant. Complimentary Breakfast isn't any good at all. Lemon Tree has lost its charm, apart from their patented Room Fresheners, nothing to take away from the stay.

The wheel chair accessible room we stayed was really spacious with plenty of space to move about. The washroom also does have a bath chair. Really recommend wheel chair users the place!

Avoid at all costs. Terrible service Terrible cleanliness Terrible food Staff do not know how to behave with customers, overall attitude of the staff was more casual than professional.! I wish I had taken photos of the rooms cleanliness standards. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were urine stains on the seats. The cups which are used to serve the coffee had stains in them The staff were not professional, the staff who was at the reception who checked us in, had an attitude issue as though he was doing us a favor by checking us in to our rooms. Next the staff at the restaurant had given us a soup spoon to eat rice, when asked he pointed to the buffet counter where they had placed only soup spoons and told me it is there. I thought this was a basic training that is given in hotel management institutions. It is sad to see that a chain like lemon tree give customer service and cleanliness the least priority. PS : I did not highlight these issues to the hotel as the attitude of the staff was a clear indication that I would be wasting my time on this.

Never seen a Lemon tree hotel service this bad. Stayed previously 3 months in a Lemon tree hotel and the services were superb. Very rarely someone attended the calls from reception and other team were not very responsive.

Hotel is good location also nice. After 2 day's of stay I feel that hotel is not yet recovered from postcovid effect. Means it is not maintained properly, pool is still closed, less Working staff, if you want any room service it may take 15-30 minutes . For food min. 30-40 minutes waiting time.

1. First of all Check in experience is not welcoming. They are not clear what package I have booked even though I made it online from Lemon tree website. They mentioned that my package does not include break fast even though I had selected it explicitly at the time of booking. Later they verified after insisting and confirmed that it is included in package. But still in morning the same was not updated and Restaurant decided to charge. I had to gain remind them and coordinate between reception and restaurant. 2. Room floor is very sticky. Not sure why. It feels like you can easily fall down if not careful. 3. Reception team need serious education on how to treat customers in * hotel. I guess, they really lack any empathy or respect.

A decent Stay."But No refund for Their issues." While I'm stayed in the hotel on May 08th of 2022 there was a problem in our room A/C.Regarding that the complain was registered. Immediately manager came to solve the issue. He told that the A/C was down among the 3rd floor (my room was in 3rd floor only) and also he said no other rooms were available on that day to swap. So we people stayed whole the summer night under the fan. I understand technical issues were normal. For that the apologize are also acceptable. But from the management they should do some other needful for the suffering people. The some of the refund should be provided otherwise complimentary breakfast should be provided. Nothing was given there. But I payed the money for the room with A/C. And I m suffering for their technical issues. So I m depressed and scared to book once again in "Lemon Tree Hotels"

Decent stay apart, from this there is nothing to be rated more than 2 star. They categorise themselves with 4 star property but facilities wise it cannot be categorised to even 3 star property. The water is so hard that sanitary fittings are leaking. The water is hardly portable. Overall , there is no value proposition for the amount you pay. You get pretty good hotels in the heart of the city with more facilities.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, hygienic food with quality and the staff's was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here. The con is only the location.! In by Near no bus stopping is there ..!No travel facilities are there.! If you're search any taxi or auto they will charged 350RS/min- within 2 km..!! I request them to It would be great if they arrange some kind of travel facility for people coming from outside..! It is a good hotel. Definitely recommended for families and friends. They provide good hospitality. Staff are very curtious and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. But it is situated very far and outskirts of the city. Literally 7 kms from railway station and city centre. Airport is little close to the hotel . Other than the location of the hotel everything is fine.

Chef Arun - Continental in charge, Deepak F& B Manager, Ritzwa the restaurant staff n Gokul the front office staff deserve a special mention with their very polite, sensible n graceful behaviour.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and staff was well spoken in English and very helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. As soon as I entered my room I smelled smoke and within 5 minutes someone sprayed my room with air freshner which helped however the next morning same problem. It's a lovely hotel but please dont allow smoking in the rooms it affects others. On the negative side all the metal fixtures was tarnished and unsightly. It would make a big difference if changed. I absolutely loved the lemony scent of the hotel.

Everything is good about lemon tree hotel. Great parking space with all the amenities that anyone needs. Has good restaurants to cater too. Though the location ia bit far from the city centre, its very near to Bangalore highway.
