Staff
do
not
know
how
to
behave
with
customers,
overall
attitude
of
the
staff
was
more
casual
than
professional.!
I
wish
I
had
taken
photos
of
the
rooms
cleanliness
standards.
The
bathroom
was
not
cleaned
properly,
there
were
urine
stains
on
the
seats.
The
cups
which
are
used
to
serve
the
coffee
had
stains
in
them
The
staff
were
not
professional,
the
staff
who
was
at
the
reception
who
checked
us
in,
had
an
attitude
issue
as
though
he
was
doing
us
a
favor
by
checking
us
in
to
our
rooms.
Next
the
staff
at
the
restaurant
had
given
us
a
soup
spoon
to
eat
rice,
when
asked
he
pointed
to
the
buffet
counter
where
they
had
placed
only
soup
spoons
and
told
me
it
is
there.
I
thought
this
was
a
basic
training
that
is
given
in
hotel
management
institutions.
It
is
sad
to
see
that
a
chain
like
lemon
tree
give
customer
service
and
cleanliness
the
least
priority.
PS
:
I
did
not
highlight
these
issues
to
the
hotel
as
the
attitude
of
the
staff
was
a
clear
indication
that
I
would
be
wasting
my
time
on
this.
