We were traveling for the first time with our 2 year old daughter. Definitely we were nervous as we do not know how things will turn. Since 2-3 months prior to our vacation, we started looking for the decent stay where she can be comfortable and also where we can cook something for her. While researching, we came across Mezzanine Villa. We read a lot of positive reviews about the place (mostly about the ambience), about the beauty, about the cleanliness etc. But one thing which we noticed in every review was that everyone was praising the care taker and his sincere efforts towards making his guest have a comfortable stay. So, after all these comments we knew this is what which we were looking for. After our stay, I can strongly say that this villa is the best. Since our arrival, the quality of service provided by the care taker is beyond words. He is even better than the reviews itself!! He has a solution for every problem. He not only guided us with the villa amenities but also arranged for our travel to the main city. He is very helpful and gentle. Property is also very beautiful and well maintained. Everything is neat and clean and stylish. And I must mention that the utensils provided were more than sufficient, clean, and top class quality( if you require any additional utensil, just inform the care taker. He is just a call away). Only demerit is the distance from the main city and the lack of lift facility. Rest everything is just perfect.

It was a great experience. Caretaker's services and cooperation are noteworthy things. Location is little bit far from the city of pondicherry around 10 km. However, caretaker resolved the problem by providing a bike. All required details are existing in the property, also there is one security person. Owner also is very cooperative person as we asked for BBQ party and he didn't mind at all. Overall it is a very interesting trip.

Hassle free cancellation policy I had to cancel the booking due to some emergency and the owner was so considerate he immediately initiated refund and was very quick to respond. I will definitely refer this place to try if you are looking around for home-stays in Pondicherry.

When we checked in I didn’t have mach expectations from the stay but it was more like an exploration. Then when I entered the apartment, I was actually flabbergasted with the interiors and the quality of the accommodation and the hospitality level. I can certainly say that - this was better than a 5 star. I was really happy with the quality of service that Krishna delivered. He is a very kind, courteous and trustworthy young man and not to forget highly qualified for the job. What amazed me most was that I liked the door stoppers in the apartment and I asked Krishna to assist me in buying the same. Since, we were short on time, Kishna couriered the stoppers to my residence. This was really touching and heartwarming. I wish them all the best.

It's quite a good place to visit with friends or couple as well. The friendly caretaker is always there to help us. Overall the villa was amazing and you can cook and enjoy also (all the utensils are there).

Good stay. Room is in 3rd floor but no lift. Wifi is weak. Room is awesome and hottub is great. Utensils are available for cooking. Overall nice and warm stay.
