Very worst experience in this hotel. I am ordered szechuan chicken rise but delivary chili chicken rise . What the heck!! Please ony one Don't buy szechuan chickan rise......

I'm an old customer of suvai. The food taste will be good and the service would be soo good before. but it seems it has diminished in quality and service. The taste of food is so average.. service became close to poor. Went with my wife, thought of sitting next to each other on the sofa but they asked to sit at a table where we could sit only opposite to each other. Asked them if we can sit together on the sofa but they insisted on sitting at the single table. FYI we were the only customers, all tables were free. Regarding serving food, they served it properly but it seemed they had disputes within themselves, there were heated arguments and even filthy words. We came to the hotel for a peaceful environment to eat but we felt so depressed there! I request the management to look into these matters

I ordered a chettinadu chicken masala from suvai braiyani through Swiggy. While I was eating I found chicken’s feather in the gravy and This is the second time something like this happened. Worst experience and poor cleanliness. Please don’t order anything from here.

Taste of the food they served is too good and the ambience is not so bad. They're providing classy foods and dishes at best prices ..i really want to tell about customer service.. it was too good they are treating customers with respect and our each order didn't take more than 5 min...

This food is mind-blowing in this place. The leaf parotto was exceptional and even all the other foods were good and up to the mark. I didn't expect this kind of taste in this hotel. But the ambiance needs improvement. The parcel waiting space is so noisy and suffocating The AC restaurant. But I can't blame the hotel because it's due to the public.

Third class restorent and Worst staff I’ve ever seen.they don’t have basic sense of hospitality and treat customers like cattle.fried rice man works less and sounds more like selling peanuts.prices are too much higher then nearby small outlets and food quality is zero.you should try kms hakkim/Kannappa or behrouz instead of this useless restaurant.I’ve given 1 star due to old parking person’s effort.He’s the only one having dedication towards his duty.

Very delay service, we came at 1pm now it's 2 . They delivered the briyani just now... Still starters has not arrived yet!!. 6 months ago the service was good, now due to popularity service has become worst. They only serve briyani, nonveg sides for lunch. Rice varieties, parottas,...... Nothing is available for lunch. If you want to try different things this place is not ideal and advisable. Food taste is good. Ambience is good.

Old chicken not cooking properly worst pls don't go.

I have made a mistake by going here last night. They serve hot food, water every thing in Polycarbonate plates and glasses which is very dangerous to the customers. About the food, we ordered Mutton Biryani & Tandoori chicken half. The biriyani was reheated and not fresh. The Tandoori was tasting very subtle and no professional prepration. Overall, this place is overhyped.

Some items are priced much like Chicken 65 is 100rs per plate but they serve only 6 - 8 peices. But Chicken biriyani for 100rs is worth and Poratta 12rs per peice etc

Food quality is good, pepper chicken gravy is really good that aroma will make your mouth watering, gollysoda is very popular there don't miss that kulfi also available, nice place to dine out with friends and family

Worst briyani I ever had , even my hand made tomato rice tastes better.. Suvai is only their name , not in the food. Maintain some standard! Kindly avoid this restaurant

Location - Wireless road, mostly crowded. Good restaurant to dine in with family. Try to book earlier on holidays. Enjoyed their menu plenty of time as it is near our home.

I tried the tandoori grill and tandoori roti at this place. The mayonnaise was good, but I noticed a slight sweetness in it, which seems to be a common trend in many places. However, it didn't take away from the overall taste. The food, in general, had a consistent and standard flavor, and I didn't have any specific complaints. I give 5 stars. On my birthday, me and my son went to get take away of 1kg mutton biryani and two chicken biryani. After a long time I enjoyed the fullest. That taste of both the briyani was excellent. My family enjoyed the lunch party which I have for my birthday. Worth for money even it's expensive compared to other restaurants nearby.

I had the pleasure of dining at Suvai Briyani, and it was an extraordinary experience. The briyani was the best I've ever tasted - worth every penny! The restaurant's interior could use some improvement, but the delicious dishes and warm ambiance make it perfect for family dinners or outings with friends. I'm an old customer... We had an experience with dine in and take out many time. Taste and quality of food also good.Before the renovation of suvai we had some issue in take out dish they make a concern and change the dish. But today we purchase 2 chicken noodles.Taste is so bad whether they use old chicken or noodle I don't know. We call and ask them they not respond correctly. Plus we ask to verify cctv for properly cooked or packed the old one. Their behavioural is so bad... Worst.........

I take away food from this suvai briyani center like mutton briyani and chicken briyani.all average in taste. But in sundays little bit crowd may earlier to foods finish in weekend. A/C family room available here. They Take online orders and cashless also.

Food and service is very good quality, taste is so good, they provide all type of non-veg products like fish, crab, prawn, mutton, chicken. Fresh hygenic products at cheap price.

Food was average for their money online it was cheap and if you go directly it was expensive and before they had good offers in delivery but now its expensive again. We can get better price for good quality in other restaurants. Please check in delivery app before you go

Atmosphere is one of the best in trichy, all the food we ordered were tasted great except for Hyderabad chicken masala, in which the gravy was good but the pieces aren't cooked properly. Grill chicken, parotta, fried rice and biryani are must try.
