Excellent room and service. Staff was humble and friendly. Great views and atmosphere. If you are looking for a calm and refreshing experience from the outside world on your journey, this would be the stay you would want to consider.

Stayed there for one night on 05/12/2023 at room Siniolchu.It's a very big hotel(wrt the location and nature of it )and managed by Bengali people. Room,Service and Food is very good.Location is not that great.One can have view of Kanchanjangha from some of it's rooms. I couldn't understand one thing when I did my final payment during check out it was credited to a personal account.

Excellent service and supportive staff... Very well maintained in cleanliness and amenities... spectacular view of mountains and scenery... serene surroundings, and a nice place to take a break, rest and relax, for a change... feels homely - a home away from home. Would like to come again in the future.

Rishyap is a nice little hamlet in Kalimpong district from where you can have a fantastic view of Kanchenjunga on a clear day. And "Sleeping Buddha" luxury hotel is the perfect place to stay in Rishyap...apt location, view from lying in bed (room no 9), excellent service, good food... everything is pitch perfect here. You can book it without hesitation. Keep up the good work team 'Sleeping Buddha' (Bani da, Subrata da, Hashim da and others)

Big luxurious rooms offering great view of kanchanjunga from bedside window. Lip smacking food,great hospitality. Overall we had a great stay there.

I have travelled lots in North Bengal and Sikkim...stayed at many resorts and hotels. I am including this one in my favourite list. Good behaviour, good food, good room..cozy and comfortable. The staff is very good. In charge Mr. Banibrata Chaudhary no doubt is a good person. Impressed 👍. Cons: 1.Approx. Two kilometres before reaching the hotel, the road conditions are not good. You will face GPS malfunction after the 6th mile. Keep contact with hotel staff, they will guide you. 2. Rate of food is somehow little bit expensive. But still you will get good food above 8500 feets ❤️❤️.

I didn't expect this kind of luxury in Rishop. Rooms were neat and clean. Very spacious with all kind of amenities (except WiFi at the time of writing this). Main highlight is however the staff and their service. Manager Subrata babu was at the front desk all the time helping us with every small request. Food is awesome with pure Bengali taste. Cost is a bit on the higher side but if packaged with buffet breakfast and dinner it offers great value. They charged nothing for the food of kids. We stayed at rooms 5 and 6 which provided full view of Kanchanjangha. Really enjoyed the stay and wish to be there again.
