Colter Coffee is a great place to get a cup of coffee and hangout while you’re in Kalispell. The coffee is wonderful, plus they sell local business creations inside. It’s a great place right off main street and the owners and staff are precious people!!

Downtown Kalispell's best coffee lounge. If your looking for a taste of local caffeine this is the spot. The baristas were very helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped by to grab coffee on our way out to glacier national park and definitely glad we picked Colter Coffee. Make sure you try one of their croissants too!!!

Very good coffee. But….my banana blueberry bread was not made that day. Don’t we expect NOT to wonder how old our bakery products are? Nice staff also.

Very kind service and great, truly unique signature drinks! I loved the Huckleberry White Chocolate mocha. It comes with a very creamy house-made whipped cream and they even make their own marshmallows! Never had a coffee like it

Colter is my go-to coffee shop when I'm in town. Not only is the coffee great but the whole atmosphere is worth the visit. It has such a cozy feel and is a great spot to work remote or grab coffee with a friend. Local art is sold on the walls and there is a little corner of goodies for sale too. They always have nice 'coffee-house' music playing and it smells amazing. Definitely recommend stopping in when you're in the area 🥰

The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was quickly and accurately filled. The atmosphere is relaxed. A wonderful place to have a cup of tea or coffee and a pastry to eat while you visit with a friend, read a couple of chapters from a good book or work on your laptop. An absolute favorite!

This place is my jam! The coffee is delish and you can't beat the atmosphere. I suggest getting the Corrado with a pack of raw sugar pulled through the shot.

Perfect spot to sit out a summer rain shower. The best dirty iced chai I’ve EVER had - I got mine spiced. My partner got a White Russian latte which was also tasty!

The coffee here is exceptional but it's not just the coffee that makes this place special; it's the staff and ambience. Randomly searched based on the reviews and convinced my friends to join me before we drive to Spokane for our flight. They all loved the vibe that every single friend bought some drink for them. The gift section is amazing, I bought myself a small diary 📔 which I keep for my travel experiences. There was a basement and top floor; the top floor was closed I believe because of Labor day holiday and not enough people but the downstairs basement was spacious with some books and privacy. I got a huckleberry chocolate or coffee I forgot but it was a good cup of joy, enjoyed every sip of it until I reached Idaho. 😅 But, I highly RECOMMEND and you must stop here to get yours if you’re driving through Kalispell.

Had a great quick chat with the young lady at the counter about how cappuccino’s only come in one size (she was in complete agreement), although to their credit they do have a Corte Del and a macchiato in the appropriate single size option. Unfortunately, the espresso was not great, just sort of a burnt flavor, and as you can see nothing approaching microphone whatsoever. For reference purposes, Blue Bottle, Cat & Cloud, Verve are the standards to which others are compared.

One of our favorite coffee spots! We’ve come here many times and had a large group a few of those times, doesn’t bother them at all. They’re pastry selection is top notch and their drinks are really good!
