I never write bad reviews.. simply because I’m a human who has bad days where I know I could’ve been nicer and tried to be more helpful.. but I have to write this one. I was at the Ross is Kalispell, Montana shopping. It’s arranged slightly different than the one I’m used too.. so I tried to ask an employee where the restrooms are, as she walked by me, she ignored me and kept walking.. no biggie, I thought she didn’t hear me, as I could see her earpiece in.. so I said excuse me, she turned ever so arrogantly and dismissively said, I’m sorry I’m in my lunch.. I stood there dumbfounded.. did that just happen? It was then I turned because I heard a woman say, “seriously, did that just f**king happen?! It sure did I said. Wow. Final thought, people that work in the service/customer service industry, shouldn’t be so bothered when they’re made to work.. while at work.

Ross is great on prices. The only thing I do not like about them, is they won't return any item if you've worn it. Let me make this clear, say you spend $40 on a pair of shoes there, and they break in two days of use. They won't replace them. Oops, you're out $40. And they'll send you out of the store apologizing with a smile. I personally do not like spending my money on a place that can't replace something in a situation like that. If my money isn't worth to you what it is to me, then I'm not spending my hard earned money there. Maybe fix this policy Ross. And I'll consider spending money there again.

The store is great. It was decently clean, orderly, and easy to find items we were looking for. Customer service is seriously lacking. The cashier was rude and refused to answer questions we had about some items. A few other employees were nice enough though. I'll most likely be back to the store and just hope next time we get a cashier with better CSA skills.

Great place when you have time to check out all the stuff. If you want to try something on be prepared to wait for a dressing room. They have some good prices.

Great store to buy discounted branded items. Lots of paitence required to get your size as limited selection exists.

Ross is a great place to find designer clothing, furniture, and household items for some awesome prices! The staff are helpful, the store is clean, and everything is relatively easy to find. If you want it for less than you can find online even a lot of the time. Check out Ross and you may luck out!

It’s a good Ross. They’ve got their typical Ross things: Good prices and good variety. The particular Ross had a horrible chemical smell. It’s was almost too much for me to stay too long inside. Not sure if it’s always like this, but sheesh it’s hard to breathe.

Clean store, good amount of merchandise. Good service, just not enough checkers.
