Food presentation was great. Staff was great. Baked potato barely warm, steak was very fatty, no sauce on the “coleslaw”, and and rib tips tough and chewy. Amazing corn muffins though

This was our first time at Famous Dave's. We were met by a young lady with an, "I don't care attitude." She sat us in front of the door so I asked if we could sit at another table because it was so cold. She said. "No, I have to alternate," then she just walked away. I looked around and there were plenty of seats available so she could have sat us in another spot if she would have been kind enough to do so. Our waiter was a young man who was everywhere except at our table. It took him about 10 minutes to come over and take our order. Then it took about 20 minutes to get our food that was delivered to our table by some other employee who didn't get all the information for our order so we had to wave our waiter down for our drinks, twice (he forgot after the first request) and our condiments that we requested with our meal. Then my hamburger that I ordered "WELL DONE" came to me medium rare. I would have told our waiter but I couldn't find him and everyone else was running around doing their own tables. So, I ate the edges of my burger and my fries. When our waiter finally came around to give us our check I told him about my burger and he said with a snotty tone, "Well I wish you would have told me sooner". His tone made me angry so I chose not to reply to his comment because I would have been very rude to him. He never came to our table to ask us how our meal was or if we needed anything or to refill our drinks. He was an absent waiter with a bad attitude. Our ticket showed that he gave us "FREE DRINKS" (just iced teas) to make up for the burger (I am assuming) that I could hardly eat but he should have refunded my whole meal instead. That's what a good waiter would have done. Both people represented Famous Dave's in a very poor light. I understand times are tough and things are different then 2 years ago but there was NO reason for them to be as unprofessional as they were. We left giving NO tip and choosing to never return.

First time customer. Service was friendly and knowledgeable about the food selections. There was some gluten-free options. The chicken was moist and delicious. The Dave's sassy salad was delicious with brisket on it was tasty. The spiked strawberry lemonade was delicious. Full bar with any requests are made.

Great, great, Great ! Low price, great taste, quality & portion. The place was built with logs. Two fireplaces, bar and three dinning areas. Bar has large UHD Flat Screen Tv's. The ambiance is rustic and very interesting & charming. See photos. Every where you look you see something you did not see before. I was in Texas and had Texas Bar-b-que but Kalispell, Montana you have them hands-down beat. What a super-super nice place. It's now my favorite place. Outside covered dinning during warm weather with views of the Mountains. Plenty of easy in & out parking & well lit at night. Credit-Debit or Cash is accepted and if you ain't got that then there's plenty of dishes to wash. I highly recommend this business and I know I will be a repeat customer again and again.

Love the Family Feast BBQ meal. There was more than enough great and tasty food for 4-6 people.

I wanted a memorable dinner for my birthday and I had one! Although the main seating area was closed, after a short wait, floor manager invited me to sit at the bar where I was welcomed by the front of house staff.. despite having been short staffed this season, amidst other dramas of the keg cooler variety, the atmosphere was welcoming and downright cozy and the service was everything I would have hoped for!! My bartender (SHOUTOUT TO MEGAN!!🥹🏴‍☠️) made sure I had everything I needed! And although the restaurant had faced a busy Sunday service she made the night by taking my order with super relaxed and warm and conversational and super composed service! Thank you!! My food order came out so fast and the ribs were awesome and along with the Mac and cheese they really stood out. Definitely up your order to a baked potato cause the kitchen nailed the crispy outside and fluffy interior. Thank you famous Dave’s!! See you soon! 😜✨

WOW!WOW!WOW! I’ve been waiting to eat here again since I was a child and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! I got the meal for 2 for me and my husband and it’s was the best choice, you get everything and the brisket is amazing even without sauce!

Ribs weren’t bad, but the brisket was dry. C+ from the health inspector posted at the front door was a turnoff. We ordered a few items, following the recommendation I got the ribs and the texas beef brisket combo with fries and coleslaw as sides. The ribs were good, not the best but good. The brisket however was dry and didn’t look appetizing. The other combo we had was brisket with chicken, same issue with the brisket, but the chicken was good. Portion wise the two meet combo is good for an adult. Our friends got the single item sandwich that comes with one side and they said they weren’t full. The restaurant has a cool decor though.

We came in with a large group and they were able to accommodate all of us without any problems. Food was served in an orderly fashion. Didn’t wait long for our meal to arrive. Ultimate burger is great for an all around type of deal. Interior of restaurant is decorated like an old cabin style if you like that. Really good place to eat out with friends or to just stop by and grab a bite for yourself.

My husband and I love coming here. We had Kenzi twice and she was amazing both times. Excellent service here. The place is clean, warm and cozy. The barbecue is delicious. Oh and did I mention the excellent service!?

Ate here on a Sunday. The waitress was great. I had a chopped beef sandwich, but there was a lot of fat and some gristle in it. The sauce was good. We had a large group and they did a good job taking care of us.

We had a lovely dinner here tonight. Our server Lexi was the best. She was super sweet and attentive to us and our kids. She really blessed our evening. Our food was so delicious! Our kids, some of them picky eaters, ate all their food happily and loved their lemonade! Thank you Famous Dave's and Lexi!!!

Stopped in around 8:30 after a long day in Glacier National Park and really enjoyed a frozen margarita and some ribs! Service was friendly and helpful despite being the only server on the floor. Three of us enjoyed ribs with our choice of sides and one had the brisket sandwich. All of our orders came out very quickly and the food was very good. The coleslaw was very tasty. I asked to know what was gluten free and our waiter brought me a sheet of potential allergens in their food items that was extremely helpful.

Visited in August 2023 and this was our first visit based upon numerous recommendations from family & friends . Restaurant is conveniently located near Costco , Target and Walmart with ample parking . Staff were polite, courteous and extremely attentive. Upon arrival we were seated immediately and server promptly arrived at our table to take our drink order . Restaurant was out of brisket - which was strange for lunch and a little disappointing as we drove from Canada to try the brisket ( well my wife did ). Enjoyed a tasty burger and my wife had the pulled chicken sandwich- which she said was super tasty ! Food was delicious and well priced , Restaurant and washroom was clean ! Would recommend for families and all ages ( maybe not for vegetarians )

Absolute disappointment. I paid fourteen dollars for the burnt ends appetizer and $3.39 for what is literally three bites of Mac and cheese. I’ll never eat here again. Desoto Grill is way better bbq and I would highly recommend going there instead.

We ended up here after watching a movie across the Street. The food was good and the service excellent. Erin, the manager on duty checked in us at the end of our meal. We very much enjoyed spending time speaking with her and leaned a bit about the restaurant. The food was good and the portions were appropriate for the price. This location has a good selection of draft beers on tap. All in all, we very much enjoyed our meal.

We ordered online. The 2 meat combo and a loaded baked potato. When it arrived, the portions were tiny! Just 2.25oz of brisket and 1 normal size sausage cut in half. The macaroni and cheese portion was almost laughable, it was maybe 2 normal bites. It also contains sweet corn, so beware if you have allergies or don't want sweet corn in your macaroni and cheese! Oh and the potato wasn't fully cooked. So disappointing.

The wife and I stopped by on date night. It wasn't all that busy and fairly early (like 16:00, I want to say). Had all six of our dogs in the pickup and asked the host if we could be seated on the patio as to be able to watch them. Not that they need watched as they are very well behaved. However, the hostess stated that the patio was closed and so seated us along the outside wall adjacent to the patio. When our server arrived and struck up a conversation we asked about the patio because there was another couple out on the patio. He immediately said yes and moved us to the patio. Great move. We hit it off with the other couple, who also had their dog on the patio. We ordered drinks and food (definitely recommend the three meat plate) the brisket is fantastic. Anyway, long rant for short story. Food is awesome servers are phenomenal and our server earned himself a big tip.

The restaurant was really nice and well maintained in terms of cleanliness. The POS systems were out of date and didn’t have the rewards system in place when my party and I went to check out. None of the employees knew what I was referencing (which was worrisome. The server and manager had to talk with their IT person who knew what I was referencing. I was informed that it was in progress but this place hadn’t had their systems replaced or updated in 10+ years. 🤨 That aside, the food was good and the server staff was attentive. The only thing that was a little weird to my group and I was the portions of the food. We are used to larger portions and even our muffin was really small. Outside of the normal that we are used to. When I inquired about it we were told that they are training new staff and they haven’t learned the proper portioning for the restaurant. A bit surprised that they would serve it knowing it doesn’t meet brand standards. Outside patio area was generous for larger groups as well.

My husband and I came in for dinner and we were greeted by Alan the front of house manager. He was soooooo amazingly awesome! He brought such a positive energy that made our night. He was doing everything to make sure he was helping all staff. I'm sorry if I spell this wrong but our server Cinda was also equally amazing. The attentiveness and kindness was grade A! The food was fantastic but these two wonderful people have made the night and I thank them so much for all they do! We will definitely be back because of these 2! -Lulu

Staff was amazingly happy and friendly! Ten years ago famous Dave's food was much better now it just seems like it could be made in a cafeteria. I was not expressed with the quality or the pricing. Job well done for cleanliness and handicap accessible restrooms! Don't try the brisket. The ribs were tasty though.

The ribs were hot an delicious, but little too fatty and small. The sides didn't look that appetizing and we small, but tasted pretty good. The corn muffin was super moist and yummy! Our waitress was very friendly and helpful! The bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream was AMAZING! The prices were not cheap, so plan on paying at least $20 per person.
