    ordered a large potato olay but they didn’t have large so got medium but instead salty goodness rushing down my throat I was met with a mouthful of unsalted potato mush and when I swallowed it was like I drank a glass of water so disappointing I left in tears

    0 stars. Should not even be open. This is not "fast food" if I wanted to wait an hour for my food I'd go sit down at a restaurant, and trust me, you will wait nearly an hour, (and pay nearly the same price) I am not exaggerating, 1 hour for a few tacos. Do not waste your time here unless you're into overpriced tacos that you'll fall asleep waiting for. Whoever owns this place does not know how to run or manage a functioning business. Save yourself the money, time and headache by going literally anywhere else, you'll thank me later

    "New management" must not know what they are doing. Got my donut bites and there was just a blob of the cream on top and no where else within. Customer service was poor and the manager on shift was needlessly frustrated when the cashier forgot to give me my change, and food altogether is just a lower quality than it used to be. Worked at this location for a year and it's not tough to put in the little effort to put out a half decent product, which they've seemed to fail producing the last several times I've ordered.

    This was about a year ago When an employee calmly walks in and notifies you that they are quitting and getting their last check and everything situated you do not get to lie and say that they came in yelling and screaming. That just didn't happen. There were several witnesses. I dropped off the employee and saw that nothing at all like that happened so did another employee, who incidentally got fired for looking into other jobs. Stop lying for drama. Hope you got replaced too.

    Dear Taco John's. If you are not going to ever take door dash orders then stop giving it as an option. I know your all just "too busy" to actually do your jobs since your parking lot is always empty. Hmmm wonder why 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 maybe bad service? And trying to trick the system so you don't have to do your jobs maybe? Just saying....

    Me and my pregnant friend both got food here yesterday and both got food poisoning. All we got was a 6 pack and a pound. Only ate one burrito each because the meat tasted uncooked. They have a bunch of kids working there. THAT NEED TO BE TRAINED AGAIN IN THE KITCHEN! Im definitely not going there again. Maybe only for the potato oles and huge sodas. Thats about it though.

    Not happy!!! Waited 45 minutes for food had terrible service the team was yelling at each other because they couldn't get orders right the manger was no where to be seen the whole time didn't help her team out what so ever everyone fustrtated at each other when the manger finally showed up she didn't help her team she sat down at a table with her family... Do better!!! When I finally got my order it was wrong and can't get ahold of anyone on the phone keeps hanging up on me! I'm very upset about this experience!

    Ordered a meat and potato burrito with no Lettuce or tomato and they gave me two soft shell tacos with Lettuce and tomato.... what the heck! You guys weren't busy as at all. Tried calling the store to see of they can correct this but it just kept ringing for so long.

    Our order was messed up. Missing items and we got charged for an item we never ordered. The teenager at the drive thru taking payment and expediting orders was rude and threw the food bags at us instead of handing them nicely.

    Managers need to NOT lie about how their employees left and stop acting like awful lying 🗑️to make themselves look better. The entire store should be shut down and redone. Basement needs to be cleaned, they clean it maybe every 6 months. Turnover is constant. Please dont go here. It's my hope that this behavior discontinues immediately before action needs to be taken.

    Can't be bothered to follow their own posted hours, drive through is inexplicably closed at 1:30 with a sign stating it is "closed for breakfast - come back at 10:30"... Why is it so hard to keep a drive through open? How many overpaid, undereducated children does it take to sell food through a window? Genuinely pathetic... What is happening to our society?

    Ordered from this place through DoorDash and about a 1/3 of our order was correct. We knew they wouldn’t take the food back so we tried to eat what we were given and it was ice cold. Obviously not DoorDash’s fault. Even the driver said that when he went to pick it up for us, the entire staff was goofing off and not paying any attention.

    It seems like everytime we go inside to eat we see an employee helping someone. On our last visit, an elderly couple ordered of the $1 menu and their card wouldn't process. The manager took care of their meal. This is The Montana way. Love their spicy chicken tacos!!!

    Mediocre at best. Cold chicken in my tacos makes me sad and worried I'm going to get food poisoning. It can be so much better if you all would only try harder. Every Time I try to go back it's disappointing again. Unfortunate. Kalispell deserves better.

    It was good except the lettuce is bagged not heads cut up in the store. Bag lettuce is treated to keep it from browning and that triggers my Parosmia I always know.

    Prices are up so high. No more "Twilight Taco" value after 8:00 pm 😔 Very little cheese on my tacos. I ordered the "6 Pack & a Pound" and upgraded to the Large. Easily fed 3 of us. They do have an excellent coupon offer going on...$2.50 for a $5.00 voucher! Not sure how long this sale is going on? Posted 11/11/23

    The food was fine . I've had better there . It took 15 minutes to receive my food. It was not busy in the restaurant. I would have given it a 1 or 2 star rating but the lady that took my order messed something up and told me my order was "on the house "

    Well I'm pretty frustrated. I want inside to order since I was customizing some of the food due to picky eaters and food allergies. The first time I didn't get most of the order right. Since i had made it home then returned once I seen they were made incorrectly/ missing , I had asked for my entire order to be remade since at this point all the food had been sitting for atleast 20-25 mins. They declined and after going back n forth I said fine just remake what was wrong and give me what's missing , I still never got my nacho cheese sides. And then looking at the burrito I thought was made correctly was absolutely a different burrito. I understand it's fast food but I spent my money on something to eat and in the end still it was wrong and had stuff missing. I just don't understand

    Went through the drive through. Gal taking my order and at the window were super nice! Gave me a large water and even dog treats once she saw them in the truck! Tacos were good as usual!

    Rockstars. We showed up tonight and there drive thru was packed. About 6 cars plus us and it stayed that way the entire time. We had a HUGE order and they busted it out with absolutely no mistakes and cheerful smiling staff. Absolutely amazing customer service and our food was hot and good.

    At first I was confused when I didn't receive my second Taco that we had ordered at the drive-thru. But then after inspecting the computer the manager told me that only one was ordered. He didn't clarify this mistake by supplying me with a free taco . The staff was friendly and very helpful... thumbs up in my book, way to go taco johns !!

    Staff to busy goofing around and Manager talking to ex employee about how much he makes at side gig to realize customer standing there waiting 20+ minutes watching for there food nor another employee coughing on prep station no less then 6 times in a 5 minute period. Save your money and health.

    Like anyone else, they are having staffing issues. That being said, the food is great. It's fresh and made to order. Tastes great. The place is clean on the inside, located in a good spot, and the restrooms are clean.

    Online ordering was easy to use. Curbside pickup was a pain as they don't want to bring your food out to you. Food quality was ok for the price, could be alot better. Order accuracy is hit or miss with this place. I got a note in my bag stating no large for the potatoe oles but was still charges for a large. Overall it's ok Food for the cost but could be improved alot. Don't expect it to look like the menu.

    The staff wasn't great (but I can forgive them for that), and the cashier needed some help, the food is about what one should expect from fast food, and the food was out fairly quickly. Overall, it's pretty good if you just want some quick tacos.

    I was given the wrong items and charged twice for them. When I brought it to the drive through cashier’s attention and went over my order again they gave me the correct items but still made me pay for the items I did not want nor ordered. I am very unimpressed with the staff tonight.

    Ordered online for pick up. Defaulted to the wrong time, tried to call to advise and kept getting a busy signal for an hour. My mother went to pick up (order was under her name) and they wouldn't allow pickup through the drive thru, only in store. She explained that she was on crutches and they still said she had to come in. Crutched inside, explained the issue about trying to call, employee acknowledged that they knew about the phone issue but refused to remake the now 1hr old food. So the food was soggy and cold. Very disappointed with the staff for not being understanding of someone being on crutches not being able to walk in easily as well as having a known phone problem but being unwilling to compromise on that and remake the food.

    Had a mishap with the order but they fixed it quickly. The cashier Michael is super friendly and awesome. Felt very welcome.

    Service was pretty good, the food was okay. Restaurant was not as clean as it should have been and no air conditioning. My chair was missing a portion of the foot so kept tilting if I shifted position, actually shifted over an inch so felt very unstable.

    Whomever had the BRILLIANT idea to fire the BEST employee that you've had in the last 20 years should be FIRED!!! That guy Frank kept the lines moving, the times down, and the customers HAPPY, the three MOST important things that are needed to keep a business thriving in this economy, so now someone needs to put their big boy pants on, pick up the phone, apologize to this man, and do whatever it takes to get him back on the line making tacos, but I'm sure that Taco Bell can use the extra customers if your not willing to do what it takes to keep your business thriving.

    We were excited to try this place and first impressions were good but didn't last long. They messed up almost every item we ordered and while some food was good, other entrees were inedible. But, give them a break, they're shirt staffed and doing their best so maybe things will get better:)
