This is one of those “you get what you pay for” type places HOWEVER, it’s truly not that bad. The bed was clean and they had toilet paper that’s all that matters half the time. Parking is a little limited sadly but in the off peak time of year it doesn’t matter much. The folks at the desk were lovely I really applaud their customer service. I do think the cleaning standards could be upped but it’s an older building so I’m sure there is only so much you can do!

Old rooms that need to be upgraded. Average breakfast. 1st night at 2am awaken by a truck outside our room working on an engine. The gas fumes poured into our room getting us sick. We left the room very early for the day. We arrived back at 4pm to find a different vehicle have breaks being worked on. Clearly they let their little parking lot be used as an car repair shop. Avoid this place.

Not too bad of a stay!! I booked the day of so it was a little more expensive but it wasn't too crazy for Kalispell I suppose. The room was quite nice and I slept like a baby lol. Breakfast options could've been a bit better but also sometimes budget hotels don't have breakfast at all so I can't say too much. Overall, pretty solid stay!

This was one of the two dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. We couldn't see a piece of carpet Without a stain!! Wrote in the dust on the wooden headboard (I see this was also posted a by someone else!), crusted dirt by tub, curtains hanging off the rod and would not close at all. Finally took the safety pin which was laying on the floor and pinned the curtains together. Outside the room, all carpets were heavily stained and couldn't have been vacuumed for at least a week. Staff were hanging out in the cleaners room, visiting for long periods of time instead of working.

It shows some wear, but for the price you can't go wrong. Everything in the room worked just fine, beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

I love this quaint little hotel nestled on top of the hill on meridian and hwy 93 in Kalispell, Mt. It has really came a long way, the staff and general manager has really cleaned it up and updated it, and always are working on improvements from the rooms to the lobby to amenities and the staff! It's even pet friendly!! If you're looking for a decent, comfortable, reasonable and friendly hotel, this is it! It is close to any shopping that one might need to do, and the lovely and grand Glacier National park is only a short distance away.

Overall: A sorry state of affairs. Was visiting Glacier National Park and stayed for 3-nights here and regretted the decision of booking at the place every moment of my stay. Good: Price - was the cheapest online booking available for my weekend of travel. Acceptable breakfast. Has essential amenities. Has potentials. Needs improvement: Everything else - mainly maintenance, safety and hygiene. The room had missing smoke alarm. The bathroom door was stuck halfway and wouldn't close. No housekeeping was done despite the manager accepting the housekeeping requests. Shower was out of provided body wash - seems no one checks. Hallway carpet was dirty and desperate need of shampoo/wet-cleaning. Front desk was apologetic. It seems they are aware of the issue and maybe they may even have plans to fix it. But in contrary to the name - America's best value - for close to $100 per night, it provided no value at all.

Recently in Kalispell and stayed at America's Best Value Inn. Generally the location worked for me and my reasons for being in the area. The room was worn but they are working on updating / upgrading the rooms. There was a breakfast included but I didn't check it out as my schedule didn't allow it. Most importantly, the bed was clean and the bathroom/shower worked so that's what I needed. The price point was very good for my stay. Oh, and kudos to the gentleman at the front desk, when I was checking out, he pointed out that I had a brake light out on my vehicle - so I was able to fix that before heading out onto the highway!

You have been warned: this place is a verifiable dump. Filthy. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Patel, are never there, according to Jeremiah at the front desk. These are actual pictures of this revolting endroit. And it was hazardous because I found a nail on the ground -- much like a construction site. Again, you have been warned. This place is revolting. I have filed formal complaints with the health department, as well. There was garbage all over the place and dirty laundry right in the hallway. These pictures are from their lovely hotel.

This hotel is in need of a deep face-lift and cleaning. Floors were stained, chairs as well. Marks on the walls, drip stains down the refrigerator, bobby pins (not ours) found on our floor. Shower curtain was stained and hadn't been washed in awhile, shower floor needed a deep scrub. Dust everywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

This hotel is nice & your not having to pay 300 plus a night & it’s about 45 min from West glacier entrance. The bed was comfy & rested well for enjoyable experience to see glacier. They also offer free continental breakfast which makes it nice to start your day. Thanks for great stay!!

We were sent first to a room that was already occupied to the surprise of the front desk clerk. That room had the (ground floor) window screen torn out. We were then given a second floor room which helped us feel more secure. The bathroom door didn’t latch, and the plumbing made leaking noises constantly. The entry doors from outside that were meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key were open. No key required for entry. The morning clerk said nothing to us as we checked out and left. It felt really sketchy. Would never return.

I stayed here last night 11/5-11/6 and my room was absolutely atrocious. There were old empty water bottles under the beds all the drawers were lined with trash and food it had bed bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. I am extremely dissatisfied and want a full refund on my stay. I come here often every two weeks and would love to continue to so so for a very long time but I will not be accepting those standards or continuing business with your company if that does not happen. There wasn’t body wash the hand soap was in the shower and didn’t work the shampoo was at the sink and also didn’t work. Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. It was terrible. I’ve stayed here before without these issues. This is extremely unexceptable

This is a low budget hotel, but it's been updated with new beds along with other stuff. The breakfast doesn't offer much variety. I stayed for work, so it was just a spot to rest, and I got some great sleep. I would stay again for work

Nice staff but no one has cleaned under the beds in a while. Messed up our reservations and after walking in on 2 or 3 rooms with guests in them they finally got their acts together. Btw no elevator

The front desk staff makes it a nice stay in a budget hotel. Without the customer service, it wouldn't be good.

The young guys at the front desk very very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t fancy, but a good value.

Had the unfortunate circumstance to have our campsite road have trees fall which led to a late night search for a hotel room. We were able to get a room here. The room smelled awful, the carpet all over the room was sticky and grimey. The sheets were clean but otherwise we were very disgusted with our room. We won’t be staying here again even though we frequent the area.

Prices were better than everywhere else ($300-$600) but then again the whole town price gouges the tourists. Definitely not a $185 a night room. Bed was relatively comfortable but room was super run down and not clean. Was partially eaten food in the fridge even. Black mold in the shower area calking dirty towels, sink and chair and such. Hair dryer was broken also. Breakfast was pretty much cereal, bread, or yogurt. Expect a lot more for $185 a night. Most I’ve ever spent on a motel and was worse than $50 a night motel.

Check in was smooth except I was not happy they charged my card an hour before check in as I was going to use a different one in person. So now I have to watch that I don’t get charged twice. Got to the room and it was really filthy. Stains everywhere and hair in the bath tub. Then as we just got settled someone else came to our room. So they double booked us as well and there is a danger of someone coming in our room taking our stuff if we were not around. Does not feel safe. I would get a refund and go somewhere else except I cannot find anything last minute right now that is suitable. Update: I just took a shower and saw black mold all over the whole wall above the shower. And the hair dryer did not work. Only good thing so far is that the front desk is really nice and helpful.

As their sign stated when we visited, it is not the Hilton, but it will do. We came in for the Under The Big Sky Festival and decided to stay here this year. The front desk staff that I dealt with were kind and quite helpful. Evidently our room had been one that had been updated recently, according to the lady that checked us in. *We did have a/c, but it was super loud even when not actively putting out cold air. *The bed was super hard - my husband contemplated bringing his bag chair in to sleep on and we even looked at getting an air mattress at Costco. *I had to safety pin the curtains closed.

I am trying to find the words to describe our visit. We were there due to a medical emergency. We had never been here before and all we wanted was a hotel close to the hospital. A 2 day stay turned into 6. Stan, Rebecca and the rest of the staff became a family when we had none. Yes, the property is old but it’s super clean and always smells good💕 They made us feel at home during a very traumatic time in our lives. The welcoming smiles, the shared sodas....we met amazing people. Stay here. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
