It is so great having a family physician whose practice runs in the vein of the old fashioned country doctor. Dr. Grahgert is proactive in his approach to helping prevent care. He is friendly, positive, and striving to be an integral part of our community through activities in his space, as well as developing a community garden. He keeps our pocket book in mind by providing some medications at cost, as well as researching rates for tests, etc. I couldn't be happier with any other family services provider and have enrolled my staff with Bluebird health as well!

I was looking for a blood draw location in the Kalispell area and was greatly pleased with the professional care and friendly service that I received here at Bluebird Health. Kiersten was able to schedule me in on very short notice and provided outstanding care at a very affordable cost.

I was referred to Bluebird from my New Naturopath in Kalispell to have my blood drawn by Kiersten....I am a Very Difficult Draw. The Appointment went Great!! I am 60 yrs. old & NEVER had a Blood draw go Smooth!!! No Pain, No Bruises & On the Very 1st Stick Kiersten got All 6 vials of my blood.....Well about 2 weeks later I got Some type of Respiratory Virus (not Covid)....Well my New Naturopath failed me & out of Desperation I called Bluebird to see if by Any Chance I could be seen in their office (I literally could not breathe)!! Now this was Quite late in the afternoon & no one answered....But within seconds I had a return call....My husband answered & spoke to Dr Gragert for me....At this point I was unable to catch my breath enough to talk. Dr Gragert called an Antibotic & a Steroid in to Pharmacy. I have Never even seen Dr Gragert or have given him one cent at this point.The Doctor was on scene at a Raging Fire at the time & Still He did what he told me he would do & he did it Immediately!! Dr Gragert & Kiersten are my God Sends & I will FOREVER be Grateful to them Both!! I know if it wasn't for Dr Gragert I would be in Hospital or Worse!! I Will & would Highly recommend them Both!! This Is the way Health CARE (keyword) should be. After all isn't that the Most Crucial thing in Anyone's life??! Highly recommend. Dr. Gragert is more then fairly priced. I don't have insurance and this has been more then I hoped for with how much he is willing to see me with just a set monthly rate. Very quick to respond to message and will get you in as quick as possible. He has been understanding and helpful with my health issues and considerate of my income when deciding on treatment.

Dr. Gragert is open to listening to his patients. He also has treated me with respect when it comes to looking for alternative solutions, while keeping me on track with check-ups, labs, and overall health maintenance.

We joined Bluebird Health and met Dr. Gragert almost 1 1/2 years ago. It has been great having a direct care family doctor that you are seen by each and every time. He is very caring and has been available when we have gotten ill as well as having our yearly checkups. My husband and I are in our 60's, our daughter is in her 20's and he is a great doctor for all of us. Besides the perk of having a doctor who takes the time you need in an appointment and getting you in very quickly, his reasonable monthly cost and not having to fool with insurance with the steep prices that ensue is wonderful. We are also able to get low cost prescriptions we need as well as get a great break on supplements, and the labs are so much more reasonable than we have ever experienced anywhere else. Also, his current phlebotomist, Wendy, did a great job recently drawing my husband's blood for labs. (Elsewhere it has usually taken the phlebotomist several times to get a good vein.) We have recommended Dr. Gragert many times to others both in our Church congregation as well as in our community, and it has been great to see some of them join Bluebird Health.
