The staff, especially the owner, is very accommodating. They take the time to answer your questions and don't rush you along. Everyone employed there seems happy. They always have a smile on their face. They happily greet you when you enter and always say thank you for your business. If you buy vape liquids, they have a punch card, and after you buy a certain number of liquids, you get one free. They also love stepping outside and seeing your pups. I can't express enough just how friendly they are! I'd recommend this store (and have) to anyone. They are completely awesome!

Just love the Older woman that works there. She is a hoot, she knows her customers and likes the new people that come in the store. Can't speak much about the three guys that try to run that place in the mornings. Seems that if they can't push MODS or the Juice that go in them. They don't know Didly!

I've been going to this store for a few years and now I'm very close with these ladies and Connie the owner will go out of her way, they all will to make sure her customers are happy. Connie and staff are wonderful , always so willing to help and or find the answers for you ... they will help you find n will order if possible the product your looking for . Connie has went to the end of the earth to help me . I don't care how many smoke shops come to kalkaska I'll stay faithful to Connie n her shop .
