Really nice hospital. Good staff and services and all adequate facilities are there.

Good hospital with nice infrastructure, excellent treatment facilities,clean rooms and spaces. Management,doctors, nurses,other staff are superb. Greatly concerned about patients physical and mental health. Every staff in the hospital put their maximum effort to care the sick. There is a good ambience in the chapel to pray. Canteen services are also superb with delicious and healthy food.

Had an overall great experience 🙌 My 5 year old child was suffering from abdominal pain for about a week or so.I consulted the local doctors near my house but he never got better. peadiatrician in this hospital Dr.Deepak rightfully diagnosed what the cause was and my kid felt a lot better. Don't really knows about others departments but This hospital has one of the most child friendly and Efficient paediatrics department for sure

Such a great hospital . The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional! highly recommended ......

Very bad experience from staff. Already taken token through booking and they asked to reach the hospital at 10 am. We reached on time and waited there untill 12.45 pm with a child who is suffering from fever. In between, many tokens were given to those who came after a long time than we reached. The nursing staff were not at all behaving responsibly. Finally , we left the hospital after waiting about 2.45 hours, without consulting the doctor. The whole time the child was suffering from severe fever and pain. The staff, even didn't use their commonsense there. Horrible situation faced there. Will ever never go to that hospital at all. Whenever we went there, all the time had such bitter experiences.

This hospital give very satisfied experience.I think this hospital and it's staff's are one of the best in Kannur.I got great full behaviours from the hospital staff's doctors, especially angel dialysis department . I really want to say that all the staff's ( angel dialysis center) behavior with patients is very good. With their presence We the people with patient and the patient also feel we are safe because of their care. Staffs are well experienced and empathetic They provide mental support to all of the patients, the hearty welcome with sweet smile on their face makes to forgot all the pains of dialysis.

Had really good experience with the hospital...The staff had really good behaviour. They were always ready to extend any amount of help. They also have a really good canteen.

Worst experience and don't choose this hospital by seeing review as most of the rating and review here which are 5 star and 4 star given by the hospital staffs only. They are themself trying to give good rating and review.The doctors are giving unnecessary medicine and thus it makes the patient condition worse.In dialysis centre 8 patients are on dialysis and no staff is there .Who will take the responsibilty if something happened to patient.Even something happens means also the patient can't even move and some of them are old and weak as they cant even shout or ask for help also.This is what the hospital says very nice and good staffs and as of my knowledge most of the review was given by the hospital staffs only so please think twice before choosing this hospital.

I'm a retired school teacher and had a severe fever and breathing problems. My children suggested going to Kannur City Hospitals. With my husband's support, we went to St Joseph's hospital and were shown to Dr.Shabeer. We had health insurance too. After 4 days, I got discharged. During my admission time, I felt a homely environment in this hospital. Frankly, I can say that because of the good service, the good hospitality, the good treatment, and the good homely food, I suggest this hospital. Thank you nurses for the best care I ever received.🙏

Wonderful hospital at convenient location for many. Has got almost all facilities and departments as well as expert physicians. Moreover, physicians, nurses, and all other staff members are helping in nature and well behaved. Have visited three to four times already and this was my experience here. Hope they will continue doing the good work.

One of the best Diagnostic and medical service I ever had. Had my 7 month old daughter treated in this hospital and the paediatric department doctors very so nice especially Dr Deepak. I'd recommend this hospital if you're having trouble in other hospitals

Duty doctors are neither experienced nor well qualified . No details about the health condition of the patient was informed even to the bystander. Kindly provide better doctors. we expect better service.

Best thing about this hospital is the nurseing' care angles are doing a grate job here. Other paramedical staff are also good,my experience with dialysis unit is excellent. Canteen on the basement kichan is also good.

Very nice service.....& Please provide the diagnostic facilities such as MRI or CT scans .....we can't depend only on USG scans for final diagnosis.....
