Overall
experience
not
up
to
mark.
Let
me
start
with
parking.
It's
mess
,
we
have
to
find
tight
spot
in
already
not
so
well
lit
Street.
Check-in
was
quite
fast
no
issues
about
it.
Inside
ambience
is
good.
Room
is
neat
and
clean
but
toilet
tap
and
faucet
is
rusty.
Coming
to
room
service,
i
would
say
pathetic.
You
need
to
wait
atleast
30
minutes
for
simple
coffee
or
tea(that
too
not
so
warm
enough)
and
to
taste
wise
of
coffee/tea
not
good.
On
top
of
this,
they
just
give
coffee
jug,
cup
and
sugar
with
out
any
stirrer
(
wonderful
right?).
I
ordered
food
as
well
and
it
took
almost
45+
minutes
to
deliver
to
my
room.
Food
taste
is
ok
but
quantity
is
not
up
to
mark.
I
ordered
2
water
bottles
via
room
service
at
night
and
it's
not
delivered.
Luckily
i
have
extra.
Over
all
room
service
is
pathetic
and
some
times
they
don't
even
lift
calls
and
have
to
dial
reception
for
room
service
related
queries.
The
electrical
points
to
charge
mobile
didn't
worked.
I
tried
3
different
points
in
room
but
none
worked.
One
more
point
to
note,
before
i
checked-in,
i
had
to
make
an
amendment
to
my
booking
for
which
i
called
numbers
mentioned
in
booking
mailer(confirmation
mail
sent
to
my
gmail)
relevant
to
this
specific
branch
and
and
even
mobile
number
available
through
Google
search
which
shows
up
hotel
information
but
no
one
lifted
to
my
calls
and
keep
getting
busy
tones
for
numerous
times.
With
no
hope
i
mailed
to
support
and
the
reply
i
got
is
just
one
liner
(
just
mobile
number-
how
bad
it
is
-
is
this
what
we
call
3
star
rated
hotel
standard)
with
out
addressing
properly
to
customer
as
i
mailed
on
top
of
confirmation
mailer
which
has
all
details
of
me.
And
one
more,
the
entrance.
It's
tight.
They
had
two
doors
at
entrance
and
inbetween
they
have
metal
detector(
non
operational
:)).
If
you
have
heavy
baggage
you
have
to
face
bit
of
inconvenience
to
get
through
these
doors
which
has
additional
blocker
in
the
form
of
metal
detector.
Overall
if
i
compare
the
charge
with
the
services
provided,
i
don't
think
it's
3
star
standard.
(
It
seems
they
don't
have
much
staff)
One
more,
they
don't
have
room
boy
who
usually
helps
in
locating
room.
We
have
to
find
ourselves.
It's
ok
for
normal
business
persons
they
can
find
themselves
what
if
it
is
elders
who
may
find
tough
to
identify
their
rooms.
