Worst Experience in terms of Billing !!!! Whoever is planning to stay there, checkout the billing part first. Wifi also not working. We complained they simply ignored. If you try to argue, they would simply laugh.... Maybe they think they own 3 stars. Anyways, I would personally never go for this to stay again.

Room: Comfortable and Spacious Rooms with Dine In option. Location: Easily reachable even if you are not familiar with the location. Near to Highway and APSRTC bus stand. Staff: Courteous staff with ready to help mindset. Food: Wide Variety of Food is available. The service time could have improved as they are taking around 30mins for 2 items as well Service: For my room, Geyser was not working; due to time constraints I never asked for the help and repair. Parking: Basement parking is available

Decent hotel but expensive for the location. It has open parking which is full of mosquitos and the basement parking stinks like hell and is not connected to the lift. Staff at reception were courteous and quick to attend. Room is spacious but very outdated. Bathroom looks like it is from the 90s. You need to waste tons of water before you can get hot water in the tap. You need to ask housekeeping for basic stuff like bathroom doormat, dental kit etc. They should already be in the room for a 3 star hotel. Room service is bad, took forever to deliver water bottles. Didn't have food so can't comment on that. The guy who helped with my luggage kept pestering me for tip. I would probably choose a different place if I'm in Kurnool next time.

We went for dinner and the service was very very slow. The good thing is the food was tasty. Needs to improve in service. Their response was very lazy even after repeated requests. The hotel location and look is very good. It will be very nice if they serve customers without being too late.

My friend and me had Sunday buffet brunch here. The experience is very good. It's first in kurnool and this buffet is underrated. The starters are very good but the main course curry and pulao could be much better. The overall experience is very good.

Though rooms are spacious, cleanliness levels are just okay. It is not the most immaculate. Neatness of washrooms could be better. Another point to note is the lack of service support at the hotel and restaurant. You can keep calling Room Service, hardly anyone picks up your call. Even if they pickup, it is likely they will not help you with simplest of your requests. Similar is the condition of the Restaurant. You can place your order and it may take ages to get fulfilled. You may have to ask the Restaurant staff again and again and again to get your things done.

Decent hotel for that locality. And mostly hub for all sales people for their stay. Amazing staff behaviour and very helpful in managing stay more comfortable. Rooms are pretty big. But room cleanliness could be more better.

Premium rooms were not as per standard. Bathroom mirror was broken and exhaust not working. House keeping staff especially Om and Manish were very polite and quick in service. Food was prepare as per our requirement, without onion and garlic. Overall a good stay.

I had been to this place for a function. This is by far the best hotel in Kurnool. Rooms are clean and spacious. However their restaurant sucks, very horrible service speed. Taste was good and specially the ghee rice is a must try. The front office definitely needs to improve on behaviour, nothing too concerning but they need to be more polite between themselves as well

Rooms and atmosphere here are good. But about the service, I feel not up to the mark. I tried calling them for an entire day, but no one answered the phone, and nobody called back. The rooms and the staff are really nice and give a premium feeling. Dine in available with enough space. It's a considerable option if you are visiting Kurnool.

We had stayed here for a night. The staff and management were very kind and welcoming :) Our booking included dinner and breakfast… The spread was too good and loved it. Surely a great value hotel while visiting in and around Kurnool 👍

This was our third time visiting the location the hospitality of the hotel was not good at not bad so we travelled from north Jammu the entire belt was spicy and the south had some different foodstuff anyway. In the Restaurant Sanjay is the good guy who makes and feel special by making some good foodstuff for us and Suchita serving service is unique and this makes our travel pleasant, thanks.

The room is bigger in size and the hotel is not too far from the NH. Hot water was not coming, what is the use of everything else and you don't hot water get to shower. There is no lift from basement parking to the ground floor

We booked a suite and totally disappointed with the house keeping and hospitality. The bed in suite is queen size and not comfortable, decor is pathetic, bedsheets and blankets had multiple dirty spots, pots in bathroom are dirty with yellow stains. Surprised that they only give 1lt of complimentary water even for suite which is suppose to be high end,charging more than 7K per night. Managers at reception not at all helpful or accomodating. It is just a Lil better version of a lodge and nothing like a 3 star hotel. At last, after checking out and bill printing they told that there is a mini bar consumption whereas we didn't took anything from it. Overall a terrible experience. Not recommended for family as this experience will only give you headache and the place is not worth your money.

A decent hotel in kurnool. The room which I have got has some shortfalls. telephone connection not working which they are unable to repair. Water is getting logged in bathroom. Quality of towels are not up to the expectation. No hangers in the wardrobe. I hope they will take action on the feedback.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. The restaurant is good too. Had no trouble checking out early morning around 5am.

I happened to stay only for a few hours but was impressed with the quality of everything here. Clean rooms, service and a decent breakfast spread. The puris were soggy as they were made of maida, but idlis, chutneys, sambar, sandwich were all good.

I have ordered Veg Biryani from the restaurant through Zomato. The biryani is full of smell. We got afraid that it would impact our health and did not eat. Never expected this worse food from so called and so self declared 3 star hotel

It is located behind the New bus stand, Rooms are good, food is not that good, spicy and oily... Breakfast is complementary different breakfasts are there, I like breakfast here..

The best available stay in Kurnool. The rooms are neat and. Lean. They also have twin beds for business stay. Rooms are spacious bathroom had toiletries. It also had a refrigerator. Additionally the rooms are very big. They also had a SPA which seems not expensive but given the only one available they must have kept it high priced

The room is average but expensive. Restaurant food is not pocket friendly and tastes below average. Hot water problem.

The place is definitely not 3 star as it is advertised. There is no swimming pool as advertised in pictures and staff are not very well trained. All floors stink of smoke and the property is not very well maintained. Wifi is very slow and disconnects often. Rooms are pretty big and beds are nice though. They charge 51 rupees for a bottle of water and the helping staff are very demanding of tips. It really bothered me the bell boy literally called me out of the room and asked me to pay him. Not a very nice experience.

Noisy fan in premium room. Can’t get a decent sleep in the night. The walls are so thin you can hear people snoring in the next room This is a pathetic hotel. Food is bad. Very bad. Everything is exceptionally spicy …. The hotel’s fssai license must be cancelled. The room service fellow, one Rajnikant asked for tips and refused to leave the room until paid. The staff is untrained ! The guy at breakfast came yawning with the dosa… I can go on listing.. NO WI-FI. There were mosquitoes in the room. The spa did not have staff… or for whatever reason non functional.. The location is surrounded by garbage dumps and pigs… & here I was being so happy to find a known brand so close to the highway, expecting good sleep and normal food.

Booked directly through website. Overall experience not up to mark. Let me start with parking. It's mess , we have to find tight spot in already not so well lit Street. Check-in was quite fast no issues about it. Inside ambience is good. Room is neat and clean but toilet tap and faucet is rusty. Coming to room service, i would say pathetic. You need to wait atleast 30 minutes for simple coffee or tea(that too not so warm enough) and to taste wise of coffee/tea not good. On top of this, they just give coffee jug, cup and sugar with out any stirrer ( wonderful right?). I ordered food as well and it took almost 45+ minutes to deliver to my room. Food taste is ok but quantity is not up to mark. I ordered 2 water bottles via room service at night and it's not delivered. Luckily i have extra. Over all room service is pathetic and some times they don't even lift calls and have to dial reception for room service related queries. The electrical points to charge mobile didn't worked. I tried 3 different points in room but none worked. One more point to note, before i checked-in, i had to make an amendment to my booking for which i called numbers mentioned in booking mailer(confirmation mail sent to my gmail) relevant to this specific branch and and even mobile number available through Google search which shows up hotel information but no one lifted to my calls and keep getting busy tones for numerous times. With no hope i mailed to support and the reply i got is just one liner ( just mobile number- how bad it is - is this what we call 3 star rated hotel standard) with out addressing properly to customer as i mailed on top of confirmation mailer which has all details of me. And one more, the entrance. It's tight. They had two doors at entrance and inbetween they have metal detector( non operational :)). If you have heavy baggage you have to face bit of inconvenience to get through these doors which has additional blocker in the form of metal detector. Overall if i compare the charge with the services provided, i don't think it's 3 star standard. ( It seems they don't have much staff) One more, they don't have room boy who usually helps in locating room. We have to find ourselves. It's ok for normal business persons they can find themselves what if it is elders who may find tough to identify their rooms.

Pretty great and pleasant experience there. Staff was courteous and humble. The food at the Bridge was Awesome. They even couried our lost shirt without much hassle. Pretty great stay experience. Highly recommended

Rooms are spacious but cleanliness needs improvement, both in the basement parking and the outside. Otherwise good place to stay and approach from Bus stand road is better. Google maps will take you through a small, badly lit Kallur road.

South Indian Food in Hotel is very average. Sandwiches were good. Did'nt try anything else. Staff does not speak local language - Telugu. Room Telephones not working. Food Menu is extensive but availability is Limited. So don't get excited seeing the menu. Bathroom accessories have gone rusty. Water pressure in Shower is Low

It is a nice hotel to stay at Kurnool. However, the bathrooms need to be maintained. Due to wear n tear the fittings have become old. The staff also took a lot of time during checkout. However the check-in was smooth and quick. If in Kurnool I do recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Bathrooms seems old so rusting was there so they were just OK to use. Food and room service was good. Loved the dinner we ordered via room service. Rooms were quiet clean.
