Took 3 rooms for a family vacation and satisfied by choosing this property. Though on the first day of check in was disappointed due to water problem at two rooms, my decision of giving a 4 star rating changed to 5 star rating because of the Intern Staff Rameez for his dedicated work in making customers feel happy. Pro: 1. Great ambiance with lake view 2. Wonderful Staff (Ajit, John & Rameez) 3. Children play area and camp fire Con: 1. Without Google finding this location is difficult 2. If your choice of food is vegetarian, dinner is not worthy for it's taste 3. Quite pricy for a weekend stay. I got a good corporate deal, else for the cost mentioned by John it's not worthy for the services available Best time to visit during Jan & Feb for good weather. During peak summer some of the tourist places are closed

A very good place to spend a day, just to relax and enjoy nature. Decent rooms, located a bit away from the towns but right in front of the reservoir. Good place to view the sunrise. You have a place to play badminton, not a professional one but just to have some fun. The only down side is the limited food menu and that's because of its location. But other wise and pretty good place.

Me and my family recently visited this resort and happily stayed for two days. We stayed in Vannilla cottage it's a good water frontage cottage.

Place is in good location, nice to spend time with family and friend, there is water falls n cave near by place n resort is located near by big lake n good view.. but service is poor no proper food arrangements, rooms not that much good ....there is arrangements for camp fire... Over all I would say good apart from rooms n services...

It has nice view and located in a wonderful place too. It is being run by a enthusiastic and hardworking bunch of people. Food has limited options but were tasty. Rooms were large in size. Hygiene and cleanliness must be improved. Via kalpetta is the best way to reach this resort.

Nice view and clean. Only food may be problem Less options. Location is interior. Roads are average because its typically in village. So the ambitious is close to nature. Room services is good. Lake is just in front of resort. Outdoor Badmintion court available.

The location is beautiful, next to the Karapuzha lake. The view is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are okay. No amenities like fridge, kettle in rooms. View from rooms of lake is blocked by trees a little. Food is economical but not good. Service okay okay. Overall I felt it is expensive for the weekend price i paid for it.

The place have a good views nice place to sit and chill out. The rooms are ok. Some rooms they are not properly maintained. Geyser was not there in the bathroom and problems with the tap. Don't get food from the resort. The food is horrible. They add too much masala in the food. If you are booking from oyo don't opt for breakfast as they don't provide the breakfast from the menu. They have a buffet and they will provide some tasteless food which in outside you can have in much lesser price.

Nice resort... Not much chill during daytime... Air conditioning is needed for the rooms. They don't have restaurant as mentioned. It is just few items they intend to cook by asking u befor 2hr.

Awesome place to enjoy your vacation with family. Food was really excellent and the rooms are very clean and tidy. We had very good hospitality and service experience provided by the team. Overall it was a very good experience.

Very poor service. Closet hand shower water was very hot, totally unexpeted.
