We had a very good stay at the resort. The lake view outside the room was excellent. This is a child friendly resort and our 10 month old child really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very co-operative and promptly responding to our requests. Vegetarian food option can be improved. Other than that everything else was good.

Very good place to unwind and enjoy the view of reservoir sitting in the balcony. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The road to the resort is very narrow from the main road, for about 1.5kms. The staffs are polite and courteous. Mr. Prajeesh, Manager is very helpful and responds quickly to the requests. Good to stay with family and friends. They have badminton court, swimming pool and indoor games. Some of the indoor games are not in working condition. They serve breakfasts and dinner at 8:30 am/pm. As the place is atheist 1 hour drive away from all the attractions, this leads to delay. Better to avoid breakfast at resort if you are planning to cover more attractions. Overall it is good and worth trying.

VERY GOOD BUT HAS A FEW NEGATIVES: Positives: The rooms are too good and classic. Each room has a balcony with the most beautiful and breathtaking of views. We loved clicking great pics. The owner and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The campus and the rooms are well maintained and very clean. There is a dance floor with disco lights & a speaker. There is a well lit recreation room with games like TT and Foosball. An outdoor badminton court and a play area are also available. Many adults and kids were happily playing there. Food is the biggest negative: For the amount paid, one would expect a pretty good complimentary breakfast spread - but this was lacking. The taste was a little bland too. And the dinner menu is costly in comparison to other restaurants and resorts in Wayanad. Another negative: Each room has a nice bathtub. However, the extremely small water heater just negates the use of this bathtub. Was disappointing. We had to wait for 4-5 rounds of water heating (roughly an hour) to fill the tub for one person. Things were good but we left the resort thinking that the stay could have been a little bit better. If the resort corrects these 2-3 issues, it would be simply great! I believe they will..

Ambiance is superb. The Sunrise view in the early morning is really good. No flexibility in swapping the food items in the menu though they are already making it for other customers.I have to experience the Worst dinner ever during my stay here. Need to improve a lot in food and customer satisfaction/flexibility.

We had an amazing time at the resort with my family. All the rooms have a lake view. The view from the balcony was amazing. They have maintained the swimming pool very neatly with the amazing view. Nice interior with hygienic bathrooms and other facilities. The food that they have given was very nice and yummy. Everything was perfect . Can't wait to visit again!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room, we could view the karapuzha dam and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful.I must say the location of the resort is at best place

We booked 4 rooms for our entire family of 12 members. The looks are very clean and maintained very well. The view from the rooms are mesmerising and soothing. It’s the best place in Wayanad to relax and enjoy the nature. Even the food at their in house restaurant was good with a limited menu. The staff at the resort were very polite, helpful and guest friendly. The pool is very well maintained. I recommend this resort for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

We had an amazing time at the resort. We stayed for two nights. All the rooms have a lake view. The view from the balcony was spectacular. They have enough parking space to fit 9-10 cars at a time. Everything was perfect . Can't wait to visit again!

It is an awesome place to stay, very serene and very quite with some really breath taking views. Staff is amazing and welcomes you with great hospitality and puts their best effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are very neat and very well maintained and all rooms have the beautiful lake view for you to have meal, sit and talk and have great time. Must stay place.

Location of this Resort is really awesome... quite away from city hustles .... All rooms were facing lake and the view from the balcony was amazing.. one room is enough for a small family... And to a surprise for me it has a bathtub!!! As per my point of view being from north food was ok ok ... but service was good ...all staff will treat you with warmth.

It was a lovely place to stay with family and kids. Lake View: The lake is the highlight for this resort and all the rooms have balconies facing the lake. I loved the view of the lake and enjoyed the sunrise. Resort: The resort has almost all the amenities: Clean rooms - AC, Fan, Wardrobe, TV, Bathroom with bathtub. Kids play area. Dance floor. Badminton area. Dining hall. Sports room - Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Fussball. Parking. Complementary campfire on weekends. Food: Food options are limited especially during weekdays. There is room for improvement on this area. But the taste was good. Service: If it was the lake that got me to this resort, it is their service that impressed me while leaving. Service was top notch. The staff was very polite and helped me understand anything I asked for. I think it was Prajeesh (sorry if I was wrong) who took care of my stay. I had issues with TV channels and AC remote. He instantly responded to my concern and fixed it. He also tried to help me get additional matress since I was staying with my kids, but I didn't needed it later as I was comfortable with the bed provided. Coming to the food, my kids were asking for Idiappam. Though it was not available for dinner, he tried to check with the chef to make it available for breakfast next day. Also, I had to checkout early before the breakfast is open. He and the kitchen staff were so kind to prepare us something so early and packed Idly for my kids. So kind... Location: The place is awesome. But the road leading to the resort is narrow and might be challenging driving at nights. Overall, it was a good 2 nights stay with a wonderful service from the resort staff.

100 points for location. All their rooms are lake facing and the view is nothing short of mesmerising from the rooms. Very hospitable staff. Gave us early checkin as we arrived three hours early. Food at their restaurant is authentic, delicious and priced very very reasonably. They also arrange for an auto / cab if you want to visit any tourist spot and if you don’t have your own vehicle. Jinesh is very prompt and at your service even before you ask. I travelled here solo as well as with family of 12 members. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. Best place in Wayanad!

Small property but beautifully build with fabulous lake view. Had stayed last week and over all experience was great and beyond our expectations. The view from Bed and balcony are stunning. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and clean. The balconies offer beautiful view of a water body that's also good for swimming.

It was one the best stays we have ever had. The view from the balcony was so mesmerizing and fresh. The stay was so cozy and don't forget the washroom with the bath tub was just like the cheery on the cake. Talking about The staff, they were the ones who made it so comfortable for us to stay there by having such a welcoming nature, ready to help 24/7 and being so polite. Worst choice ever!! Do not make the mistake of staying here! The only good things about this place is the view and the breakfast buffet. The property manager's attitude will irk you right away. The whole place is pathetically managed. To save a penny or two, they have put customer satisfaction at stake. There are no ceiling fans!! The AC units are old, and no-one knows how the switches work! There are no intercom in the room and the manager doesn't share an alternative too! So everytime you need something, you need to go and fetch them yourself. Also, there's no security in the premises. They lock the gate even if they know you'll be returning at night. Such a shame to Wayanad!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Sharing my thoughts on the same. Stay: Stay was pleasant enough. The room was big enough for 2 people. But, not big enough for more. Maybe they have larger rooms for more 3-4 people, but I did not see those. The room that we stayed in was well maintained. The balcony was quite spacious and have an excellent view. Service: The staff and management are quite courteous, but sometimes are not proactive enough and require a bit of prodding to get things done. Location: The location is great, with a very gorgeous lake view as promised. However, the way to get to the resort is very narrow for the last 2 KMs or so. So, you have to be very careful driving there. Food: There is limited menu for breakfast (usually a Kerala item, a north Indian item, some fruits, boiled eggs, and cereals). However, the food tastes good. There are no other eating options till at least 4-5 KMs around the resort (which takes about 15-20 mins of driving due to the roads). Even for dinner, you have to order what you want in advance so that they keep it ready. Again, the quality of preparation was good.

Stayed here twice!! Both were nice stays, they gave special discount at second time as well... Food was nice but they made it little earlier and prepared food became cold as we went there to eat at restaurant!! Overall experience was good from Casa

First of all i would not call it a resort. It gives a vibe of home stay. - The balcony view is epic and every room has lake view balcony. However the chairs on the balcony is not comfortable to sit - The location is situated in an isolated place. - last 2 km is Off road and narrow . Overall the road to reach the place is not good - You need to inform 1 hour in advance for lunch or dinner. It takes 7-8 km to reach a restaurant. - Staffs are easily approchable through mobile. However having an intercom would been nice. ( As you claim it as 3 star) - its hard to open and close balcony doors and bathroom doors as its poorly constructed. - No bucket , no mugs, an open bin in bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay here. The view is the USP of this resort. Staff has been very prompt in attending us, with special mention to Mr. Prajeesh. Food availability and taste was pretty good. Rooms are tidy and spacious. I personally felt the bed mattress a little uncomfortable, The quality check might need a slight attention there. Overall a stay that can be recommended to family and friends.👍

This place has a perfect lake view location, which can be viewed from balcony of every room. Its a very pleasant stay here. If you are looking for a relaxed vacation to spend some quality time at resort this is the place. The food is really delicious both veg and non veg. They have different varieties including south and north Indian dishes. The hospitality and service is very good. The Staffs are very welcoming and the Manager Dipin P. S makes sure that your stay is very comfortable. Though the place is little far away from town, its a perfect place to stay for nature lovers

PROS: 1. The view from hotel is amazing. Thats the only USP of this hotel. Actually its very good if don't want to travel around just want to sit and relax. Cons: 1. outside of city, you lose out on proximity of finding taxi, food etc. You are stuck in that location basically. 2. Food is below average considering the price. 3. No Gym 4. No heated swimming pool. 5. No drinks. 6. Rooms are okayish. Conclusion : Take this hotel if you have own personal vehicle. We didn't had so to find taxi, auto was difficult. View from hotel is best and worth staying if you are okay to compromise on average food considering the costly stay.

Really great view and outdoor location, but tough to reach in bigger vehicles. Food is good but leaves a bit to be desired in options. We opted the resort for the WiFi for work reasons which was good. General ambience is average.

We celebrated this Christmas Eve at this resort. We were a group of ladies only. While going there we were little worried about how will be the security over there.. But once we reached there we felt just like our home... Very co operative staff... Well maintained.... More over the location is just awesome. Any group like ours can just go there and enjoy without a second thought. Food provided by them is also super. We would love to be there again..

Our stay at casa Lake view Resort was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in lake view room, the views and sound from the karapuzha dam were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the room the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service from the staffs .

Awesome location in banks of Karapuzha reservoir. Best location if u want to chill out on a weekend or any special day. But may not not be convenient enough to travel back and forth for a sightseeing due to poor road connectivity in ahead of around 400 meters. Thanks to their staffs Mr Arvind and Ashwin who helped us to carry the luggage till junction where the road is good. Scenery is excellent, they perfectly maintain the interior and gardening. Ample parking space available. To spend some time in leisure, Badminton court, indoor games and gym are available. Food is average and they can also improve the food availability. Staffs are friendly to approach and polite in responding.

Great view!! Best location!! Dinner menu can definitely be better and not the same menu. breakfast was excellent. Well behaved staffs. One suggestion is to have a phone in the room so that it's easier to contact the reception. Over all it was a good experience!!

Overall it's a great property. Service, location, room and amenities are great. We had great time with lot of fun. You will enjoy the lake view from the room balcony. Taking off one star for food quality and variety. Food is really average. There was no more option for breakfast apart from 2 items with one small cup of juice. Really disappointed😞. Mr. Prajesh and Jenesh helped lot with good service. Just a suggestion management has to look in to restaurant and food service.

They have a total of 12 rooms all of them are lake facing and offer a great view . They have a decent restaurant. I liked all the items that I had ordered. The last stretch to the hotel is a bit narrow. They have adequate parking space, uncovered though.

In the woods, next to the lake and full privacy. What else would you expect for a nice weekend gateway. It's a chik resort next to a huge lake and away from city or town. The rooms are modern and well designed with big lake facing balconies. If you are looking for a calm and serene place to unwind, this place should be in your bucket list.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Casa Lake View. The room was very neat and clean. The balcony was spacious providing an excellent view of the lake and distant mountains. It’s the place to be during early mornings and in the evening. Food served at the restaurant was very delicious. Staffs’ hospitality definitely needs a mention. Their manager Ms Anitha was very friendly with the guests. Special thanks to Mr Prajish who made our stay very memorable. He was always available to attend all our special requests and resolving our concerns very quickly.

The total vibe of the resort is very calming and relaxing. The rooms are huge and have all the modern, luxurious amenities that one can ask for. The highlight is of course the view from the room balcony. It is unbeleivably beautiful and serene. Lastly, the hotel managers Miss.Anita and Mr.Prijesh are very helpful and accommodating. The ala carte food options taste awesome and they customize it as per your taste.

Though slightly difficult to reach, this place is definitely a must-stay! The view of the lake is just splendid, especially early in the morning watching the fog lift. The staff are friendly and their service is great. Any request is attended immediately with care. And their food is just too good. The kerala parota and vegetable kurma are definitely a must try! Their breakfast spread was also very good and delicious. The entire stay was so pleasant, and definitely worth every rupee.
