Against Dr. I can't say anything to Morf because we weren't at the appointment. We are new in Flensburg and urgently needed to do the U4. However, the receptionist's two statements seemed a bit strange to us: a) our 6-month-old daughter is not allowed to have a scheduled check-up because she is unvaccinated (another pediatrician recommended that we wait until the 13th month) b) if we go to the other pediatrician once, we are no longer allowed to go to the doctor. Morf. What does that mean please? Dr. Morf wouldn't help a baby in need because it was unvaccinated or if you had been to the other pediatrician? What sort of sorting is this?

Very impolite. Both the team and the doctor. The entire practice seems to be completely overwhelmed. I look forward to a legal review with confidence. Your employee behaved unfriendly towards us when we simply requested an appointment. The doctor who was called then became abusive towards my girlfriend or reacted very irritably. He asked us whether we were cognitively incapable of understanding our non-admission as patients. He also assumed that he had been unfriendly to us, but was unable to specify this when asked.

Dr. Schenkluhn seems unprofessional and appears to be expressing his personal and not professional opinion

I would think twice about having my children treated here

We are in the community practice with both children. Both with Dr. Morf, as with Schenkluhn, we are very satisfied. Our little one was born with a congenital heart defect and has been cared for there ever since. You will receive an answer to all questions. The medical assistants are also very nice and helpful.

We visited Mr. Schenkluhn and felt we were in very competent hands.

No words needed they do a great job and help you as soon you need it. Really good docter and all the staff is smiling and help all what they can.

Dr. Back then, Morf “treated” me for high blood pressure. After measurements at home, in the practice and several long-term blood pressure measurements, high blood pressure was repeatedly confirmed. But nothing further was ever done because, as a minor child, according to the doctor, “I cannot have high blood pressure” and “my parents blame my illnesses on me.” He argued with my parents several times and made my mother cry because she was worried about frequent nighttime headaches and migraines. Dr. But Morf blamed her and didn't want to investigate anything. Several years later and I still have high blood pressure confirmed and the doctors wonder why the cardiologist didn't do anything back then It is highly discouraged!

I am very undecided about the practice. Yes, it's good if you get an appointment quickly, but that's what you should think... after all, it's about the children (they don't deal with illnesses very well yet, especially toddlers and infants). I also think it's a shame that children aren't looked at/examined "properly". A quick look is enough and the diagnosis is made. Little or no attention has been paid to the needs and concerns of parents. That's a real shame and it really makes you doubt the doctor's judgment. I would be very happy if things got better. Today I went to the practice for the first time with our son (12 years old) for an EKG. We got an appointment for a specialist quite quickly. The time in the waiting room was quite short and the doctor's assistants were very friendly and the doctor also took a lot of time and explained everything to us. We felt very comfortable and well informed. Great team, can only be recommended

We were on holiday in Denmark and our child developed a very inflamed abscess within a very short period of time. I called the practice in the morning and got an appointment for lunch at very short notice. We can only report positively about the appointment. The entire team was very friendly, Mr. Schenkluhn's treatment was very professional and yet attentive to our child. A mini-surgery was necessary and both the doctor and the staff who supported him were great. The child was totally relaxed and everything went quickly. Enough time was also taken to answer our questions about aftercare. We can only thank you for the quick help.

It was our first time there for a check-up and we were treated very friendly and courteously right from the start. Great appointment scheduling, no waiting time, plenty of time for questions, a dedicated doctor and super nice employees. Our child was treated very kindly.
