Fire alarms occurred twice while I was there because the residents didn't follow the rules (close the apartment door when cooking. Ventilate when frying. The fire department only comes when the alarm goes off in the apartment AND in the hallway). Personally, I never had a very dirty common room, but I did have regular problems with my neighbor, who also partyed until 3 a.m. during the week. Despite everything, Stuart Apartments tried very hard to address these issues, evicting my neighbor and offering me another apartment until things got better. I can understand many of the reviews here, but these conditions have nothing to do with the administration, but rather with the residents. And they are students... If something isn't okay, I think the administration will always help if they talk to them. I left no defects and received my deposit back in full immediately.

The location is really perfect. The whole of Hamburg is open to you from Altona. The apartments are functionally furnished and there is both a shared kitchen and a spacious common room. The rental prices are high, but still okay for the location and the possibility of planning security. The pick-up and delivery went perfectly, I can't understand the negative reviews here. One drawback in the old building is that the temperatures can rise significantly in summer because there is no central air conditioning.

I've always enjoyed living here. The apartments are really well thought out and modernly furnished. The caretaker is always friendly and takes great care of everything. The same applies to management. Had no problems with the deposit The Rewe is also convenient right in the house and of course the general location is unbeatable.

A very nice student residence in a central location. Always very well maintained and with top equipment. Caretakers and management always take care of concerns quickly. The caretaker in particular is doing a really great job. The handover also went smoothly. There were no defects and the deposit was refunded after a week. I can't understand the negative experiences. However, it doesn't surprise me that some residents suffered one or two damages and additional demands

Super nice apartments in the middle of Ottensen! I've always really enjoyed living here. The location is simply great. Everything you need can be reached in a few minutes on foot (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, train, etc.). In addition, the residential complex is very well maintained, the employees were always very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable! Can really recommend the STUART Apartments!

Olaf Skora does a great job as a caretaker, always thinks in the interests of the tenants, and I was always able to have a nice chat with him!

I have consistently had positive experiences during my two years at STUART. The rooms are excellently designed, and the location is optimal. The value for money regarding the overall package is more than reasonable. However, what truly impressed me was the dedicated staff on-site. The caretaker is extremely helpful and available for any concerns. Even during move-out, any potential issues are addressed independently, instead of resorting to expensive professionals and diminishing the security deposit. I want to emphasize that I wholeheartedly recommend anyone encountering issues to directly approach the caretaker. They are on your side and will work with you to find a cost-effective and prompt solution! Cannot understand the negative reviews on here.
