    The place is easily accessible to the public doesn't have a car wash, no spacious parking space and it no shelter for passers by. It doesn't have any refreshment drinks like liquor, there's a station near by for those who would like to catch public transportation to kitwe. They equally do not have public toilets.

    In the evening it is congested and most of the time there is shortage of gas. They do not have enough competition for the business. The attendant's are few and besides that one of the petrol pumps has been down for a longtime.
