This establishment is disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: -- It is Not a family Hotel . 🚫 – The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them.😷 – Our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work.🤮 – There was no hot water because there is fault in geyser.🤖 – Oh, and I caught impetigo which for those of you that don't know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene.🤒 - Behaviour of receptionist is Rude . 🤬 - Fault in AC functioning . 🤖 - Lift of this Building is not working . 🤖 - So Expensive . 🤑🤑 - Outside Food is Not Allowed . 🚫 I am ashamed😑 that we stayed here and embarrassed that we are blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. 🙏PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID!

Few points I have observed during my last stay- 1. Room size is very small. 2. No cupboard inside the room. 3. No mirror in the room/bathroom. 4. AC remote not available. 5. TV not in working condition. 6. No hanger in bathroom. 7. Dirty building attached photo. 8. Lift also not in working condition and the oyo is in 4th floor. 9. But the stuff behavior was good for that only giving another extra start.

It is in isolated place. On oyo they mention it's 2 km from ranchi airport but actually it's 6.5 kms. There is no board outside to identify this hotel.There was no geyser in room. The caretaker was high on weed and had not kept the room clean though I checked in at 9 pm. Was asked to use blanket as bedsheet as there was no bedsheet and towel. It is on 3 rd floor and Lift is not working and the staircase has no lights. One star is there only because atleast they had their TV recharged with Tata Sky.

NO SUCH HOTEL EXISTS! I had booked for today 1st Oct 2022, 5 rooms. I had paid full amount and when I went in the morning from railway station, no such hotel exists. It's even showing we are checked-in !!

Dirty building ,not good service, not right place to stay. Even most of the time lift is not working.

Location wise GOOD, but No need to go there if there is no any other option available.....Because This Hotel is just a FRAUD... PRICE is Very High..No CLEANLINESS No Electricity Low Quality of Food... Mosquito and Flies on food😡😡. If you come for EXAM PURPOSE in TUPUDANA Try to stay in RAILWAY PLATFORM and for food Eat from Local Street Stalls.... Don't WASTE your Money on Booking These Types of Hotel............

When reached the hotel, hotel staff told electricity is not available and will come in few hours,then when it was asked why this type of service is provided provided,they told we are not servicing through Oyo,it's sold out When contacted Oyo,they told we are not able to contact hotel.This type of pathetic service is quite common in Oyo rooms ,I have witnessed the same in so many cities . Previously,they used to ask for extra money while reaching hotels,the hotel staffs but now they have gone beyond limit,saying we cannot accommodate the customers.Main,issue is with the hotels and their owners who want to get bookings directly as well as Oyo and want to get more and more money from customers and it has created havoc for Oyo who cannot do anything at the ground level.. Nevertheless no more oyos in my whole life..

Very cheap hotel never expected no elevator dirty bedcover ,bathroom,staff was rude too idont knoe how they get 4.5star giving one star cos no less option no proper sign board even rating has been done by staff personel by default asking sir zara app kholiye and without asking he gave 5star pls avoid this hardly 500rs is more then enough

I had a booking for early morning...my guest was made to stand for 3 hrs outside the building..the guard argued the staffs also argued...extremely bad and unheigienic services..communication between staffs missing and they trouble the guest...the environment was not at all safe and pleasant.

Worst place not a hotel its something else.not to visit with family. very poor experience. I recommend not to go there if going with family.

Most of the rooms were dirty beyond belief.

Horrible experience. No electricity for 8hrs. Couldn't sleep at all. No one was taking any kind of initiative to solve the issue.

Good Location, Okaish Rooms, Cheap Price and Rooms are kind of according to them.

Hotel is on third floor in a multipurpose building so finding it is a little bit difficult. One thing that happened to me is I booked this hotel on oyo app but when I reached at hotel they demanded 500 extra amount. I called to oyo customer care they took some time but helped. There was a discount of 78 rs using online payment but hotel staff forced me to pay at hotel itself. The hotel has their own rule so be careful while booking on oyo app. But all oyos are not same. This was 2nd time when extra amount has demanded to me. All other thing was good and hotel is nearest to hatiya railway station.

Good room available here . but It was far away from main town location of Ranchi. Service of welcome was fair but after that service was not that much fair.

My exprience in this hotel is awesome... I love the way the staff and the manager treat us.... Specially manager mr gourav choudhary.. Are well behaved he talk like a gentle person...... Evrythig i want he said i will go for you sir.... Brave hai good person #gourav.....

The room was nice compared to the other hotels and rent as well. The staff service was pretty good. The cleanliness of the room was average. Overall a good stay.

Lift doesn't work, no lights in the stairs. Ac doesn't work properly . No mirror available in the room. Poor quality of bed . They don't provide any sanitisation
