Big and crowded station...

One of the most busiest railway junction which connects the southern and northern part of cities, and traffic from kasara and kopoli side, its a local and as well as a express train junction, its crowded all the time but at peak hours its very much crowded.. There are 7 platforms in the station and one home platform said as 1A

One of the worst Railway station on Central railway.! Beggers and Unauthorized street vanedors have captured station area, No proper Entry and Exit for passengers from Platform No. 1 towards Kalyan bus stand, Overally crowded place which is always jammed by Auto rickshaws.! Sky walks filled with Dirt and Unauthorized street vendors! To enter in the Ticket booking office from Bus stand route is a big hassle now a days due to uncontrollable and mismanagement of traffic.!! Most of the time escalators are turned off in the peak hours !! Sometimes they do turned off automatically while using which might be dangerous for passengers!! No proper seating arrangements or waiting hall for passengers on platforms or within station premises though its a Junction station.!!

Anyways porse,clean,neat,strick and we'll maintained with railway ethics.

Average railway station... Waiting room very poor

Not clean. No clear signs. The only good thing is that coach positions are displayed correctly

Need to solve the auto rickshaw problem at kalyan station. It's a very crowded place.

I like this station in the entire maharashtra because this only one place in this station the all train are stop for 5-10 mins.

It's good more of outstation train halt there. Need more of cleanness and railway shed on platform is needed. In rainy season express train coach passengers stand with umbrella because no shed there and sitting accommodation is needed.

Railway Minister needs to pay attention to Kalyan station which is a very big junction point of the country, all the platforms are upside down, one platform ends where the other one starts from there, only 7 for years. There is only one platform, there is no connectivity between the same platforms, all the platforms should be made together by taking a good architect from any country, as has been done at Andheri station of Western Railway, and all the offices should be made on the first floor, as has been done in Western Railway.
