As compared to overall ticket rates of nearby multiplexes... SM5 Multiplex is cheapest... But according to the rates, you will get the facilities... The theatre waiting lobby is very dark... I don't know why??? It must be brighter... The sound and screen view experience is not that bad but it should be improved... Chairs do not have numbers and some of the chairs and arm rests were broken... Which needs to be rectified asap... Location of the multiplex is nearby to kalyan station and all kalyankar's...✌️✌️✌️ Recently, we saw "Adipurush" 🧐 with my family in 3D on one of the screens... In this, my 3D experience with sound and visual experience was quite good... I must say don't visit SM5 with too many expectations... It will entertain you as per the cheap rates...😇😇😇

Before starting movies they don’t even allow people prior to half hour also and they make people stand outside even though pregnant women and sinior citizens Worst experience of the staff and bad management This theater has no ventilation fans or ac in the sitting area and charges same as other multiplexes, even food prices when brought down these guys are selling at the same rate as they were before,bad staff, if you have to use loo after you come out of the theater which is on the way they ask us to use ground floor, when we have paid this much the services are pathetic ,the lifts are also not working for senior citzens Never go to this theater, there are also broken chairs inside the theater, screen 1. Nice place to watch movies with family. But beware of the booking counter executive who will tell the price of platinum class only while booking tickets. So that you go ahead and buy it. It's their responsibility to give the ticket price of all three categories platinum gold and silver but they will not reveal the price for three categories. People who are in rush to catch the show will obviously pay and go inside instead of checking for other categories. That way they earn more revenue. So one star less for such loot at ticket counter. Check online before buying. Food is good also available in combos if you want to save money. Cleanliness in the auditorium is good but the toilets are ok. Review on 21 July 2023. Post covid it's reversed now....food is more expensive than movie tickets. With so much less audience don't know how much more they can sustain with the cinemas as far as running costs are concerned. Sad to see the cinema culture going down and replaced by OTT 😟 Review on 2 October 2023. The washroom is renovated with a pleasant look. Now the washroom looks amazing 😍

Worst experience always. Show time was 1.45 but another movie was still running. No body was bothered to look into this. There were almost 20 to 30 people standing in waiting area but air conditioning was switched off. And there were no fans also. Entire area was smelly and too suffocating.

It's not that well maintained. If you don't have any option left then you can go watch a movie here. The seats are broken and I think the theatre's sound quality is also not that good.

My first worst theatre experience ever. I won't prefer going back there. Most of the seats are in torn condition, some are totally broken. The screen is small. Bad smell all over the place

We went to watch Chowk at 8.35 pm show, screen 1.. the theatre is not at all well maintained… we asked for an order at our seat and the guy said there is staff shortage so cannot deliver at seat.. the AC cooling was not proper.. screen volume was low.. a few speakers were not working or rather switched off.. even after complaining there were no actiona taken.. paying Rs 190 is waste of money.. never visiting this theatre again and would not recommending anyone to come here.

Theatre is okay type, the seats were broken, so we shifted to other seat. Prices are high, comparing to cities. No facilities. But movie was good.

Broken seats in theatre. Though it is a budget friendly movie theatre however cost is not always a concern. Seat comfort requires a lot of improvement. SM5 could be better movie theatre in region if it works on it’s basic amenities.

Bad 3d and averages sound. Small screen . Look like home theater type. Only watch if available at 90 to 110 rs. I watch at 90 rs so oky.. but screen is so blurr. Like you are watching 480p quality. Add some money go to pVR . Even metro mall is not good ..

A good place for enjoying movies. It has 5 screens total. The price range is reasonable. Only point of improvement is not having proper facilities to reach out to theater area. Lift are not working at its full availability, 2 are working out of 4

The only time I would go to SM5 is when I don’t have a choice to a watch movies due to constraints. The place definitely needs to amp up. It has decent parking space so that’s taken care of. In terms of experience, it’s pretty average. Do not order coffee here, there will give you some random coffee for 120 bucks which is totally a waste of money.

Black out during movie time and the chairs are broken, construction work sounds disturbing during the movie. AC cooling is not effective.

Recently watched Jhimma 2 in their newly launched premium audi. The seats were comfortable however the picture quality was very bad. Not a single frame was clear. It felt like watching a theatre print in a movie theatre. The sound system was average but the picture quality is below average.

More than half of recliner seats are not working. And nobody is here to listen just completely waste of money for recliner seats.

Worst movie experience. 3D glasses are distributed after 10-15 mins into the movie. Chairs are broken...no numbering visible.

Updated ratings from 3 to 2 star. Revisited after a long time for watching Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Screen 3). It seems that seats were not maintained or cleaned for ages. Half of the speaker systems were not working.

Lobby is very uncomfortable and non air conditioned. Food is way too expensive for its mediocre quality. Most of the Seats are broken and they stink. Sound quality is average. Spend 50 Rs more and go someplace else.

Pathetic experience with the staffs and it's management working for SM5 multiplex. They don't keep Jain food and also didn't allowed home made snacks inside. I was with my relative who is 3 months pregnant but still they didn't allowed to have our own food and she was made to wait for 3.5 hrs till we leave. We would have been happy if they were able to provide thier jain food but since they don't have any such in their menu they should have allowed her. "No Emotions, Only Business"
