Good massage - bad ambiance. The massage was good (full pressure deep tissue). No complaints whatsoever on the massage itself. However, there is a music studio or something above the massage rooms which was blaring music (Roxanne by the Police and several other cover band tunes). While the band wasn't bad - it was so loud you couldn't even hear the relaxing spa music during the session most of the time. If the location was better sound proofed etc. I would have rated the massage higher.

They treat the customer very well. Facial, mani, pedi, hair wash and blow dry was very good. Prya, Irfaan and Triveni are skilled, experts. Must visit to experience a good service. Only problem was, many follow ups for appointment confirmation and jabardasti ka feedback. They continuously ask for feedback. It was a bit irritating for me. Overall a good experience. I 've been calling them since two days to now the exact price of services also mentioned that I have voucher of 500 that say 1000 plus taxes I can redeem. I was okay with that. When I reached there they did not have rate card for services instead they had told to visit as they have it there. They are not allowed to send. Prices for honey was extremely high then what they told me over the call. I felt it to be all illegitimate. They said this voucher can't be used with services like wax , pedicure it's for slimming or beauty servi ce. Later they said we can consider it. But the prices were so high that it was useless. Atleast during the covid 19 they must me clear. Before visiting and even if you visit please be clear about rates. They will cheat you.

The dietitians and the therapists are always on their toes to provide with the best suggestions for effective results that will leave u always satisfied Therapist Anita has been of great help and i have loved my therapies with her and i always opt for her for all my therapies...☺ Along with the amazing therapies the diets offered by Ms. Seema helps me to keep a track of my health..she gives the best advises according to your daily schedule which at times gets difficult to manage but still she is there to address each and every concern I have regarding my health...the responses are always prompt and to the point...☺ All the other staff members are also very attending, polite and friendly as well they are best at their jobs and i love the advises and service i get.. CHEATS HERE! BEWARE! VLCC looted my friend of Rs 9,000 a few years ago. She paid the amount for 3 treatment sessions for a mark on her arm. Upon requesting money back because her skin stared showing signs of irritation on the 0th day treatment, she was set a meeting with the doctor. Doctor, it turned out owned the place (probably) but instead of returning the sum started coercing her into taking another skin treatment instead, intimidating her with statements like such marks can be there on the chest and back, and she might not get the marriage proposals in future. She politely thanked him for the free advise and again asked for her money multiple times. But Nada!

I had really bad experience with these guys. Don't go by the overall ratings. These are bloody money suckers. The service is pathetic. I paid for full body laser treatment and ended with severe burns and they are getting away by saying sorry. I paid like 60k and have undergone hardly 3 sessions of the 6 sessions now they are not even refunding the rest of the amount. Never ever visit this center. They have given be multiple cuts and burns. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

This is my first experience with Triveni and now I have got someone best I can always go to. I must say she is an expert. She is very informative and has best suggestions for hair & other services too. I really loved the services and the politeness of the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I booked an appointment at 1pm and when i reached the centre , they denied me consultation or service saying that i had no booking.....i travelled for 40 mins and spent 200rs to reach and had to come back without getting any service. Horrible experience Horrible centre. Im a doctor and had to manage my duty and go there and then i come back without any service.....worst service provider.
