Vegan rolls at Idenbrockplatz are most likely to be found here. Interior is large. But it's also good to chill outside with a coffee pot (photos), listen to the fountain bubbling and watch young German-speaking mothers take a break from their (e-bike) bike tour with their well-behaved children. Contrary to many clichés, this district is not only characterized by precarious environments, but also by decent citizens. So just chill out at Idenbrockplatz and experience it for yourself.

Lovely place for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Busy bakery where there is a constant flow of freshly baked German rolls. But you can have a perfect and affordable delicious breakfast there. Good coffee and friendly service.

Were there several times for breakfast on Sundays. Nice to sit down, super rich breakfast plate with something for every appetite, big and small! The service is great! Always professional and friendly even under the greatest stress, that's rare!

If you buy them s**t and you want to stay out at the table, they come at you and ask you fore more money!

It's actually quite pleasant to eat a muffin there after visiting the swimming pool, for example, and I've really enjoyed taking something there for my son and me. However, I find the fact that you are not even allowed to stay there for 5 minutes in the cold season because you are not a customer of the café to be quite customer-unfriendly. I just wanted to eat my share so that I could drive my son home in the bike trailer, but I was turned away from the house after the second bite, even though I had bought my pastries there. I wasn't offered to just have a coffee or cappuccino there in order to stay. Since I'm not allowed to stay in Middelberg, which is less than 100m away, I'll get my baked goods there in the future. They don't even deserve one star!!! Today I was at the branch in the children's home opposite woolworth. Sooo unfriendly, no sensible sales pitch, the lady didn't feel like working, wasn't interested in selling, she slapped the bag of rolls on the counter for me.
