母がこちらで入院しておりコロナ陽性になったと病院からではなく母から連絡がありました。 ずっと連絡なくこちらから連絡すると順次、先生が対応中と言われましたが、看護師から連絡くらい出来たのではないかと思います。 その後夜に先生から連絡がきて状態を聞くと死ぬこともあると軽く言われ、院内感染だから責任は取れないしこのご時世仕方ないとの事。人の命をなんだと思っているのでしょうか。 後日病院へ行くと先生から看護師にクレーム入れたと言われ、コロナについて早く連絡して欲しかったことや、感染経路を聞いただけです。 二度と行きたくありません。 評判通りの病院です。

昨秋、右肩内部の神経痛につき、行き付けの内科でもらったロキソニンが全く効かず、眠れない程の激痛に見舞われた。救急車のお世話になるのも申し訳ないので、神経痛の激痛に何とか耐えながら、モルヒネでも注射してもらえると期待して、何とか片手で、自転車をこぎ、深夜2時頃、当病院の緊急外来に到着。即対応してもらった看護師からは、整形外科医は当直しておらず、対処できないとか。痛みに耐えながら、何とか帰宅し、何とか朝を迎え、整形外科に一目散。上福岡総合病院は、「総合病院」を謳いながら、激痛で眠れない程の人間に全く対処し得ない病院とは実に驚き。羊頭狗肉もいいところ。医療を何と心得るのか。医は仁術ではなかったのだろうか。21Cになったにも関わらず、緊急医療体制の貧困さに、大変に危惧の念を抱いた。

８時に受付して、実際に受診を受けれたのが、１１時過ぎでした。周りの患者も遅い等と愚痴をもらしていた。当然だと思う。待たせ過ぎ　４人も担当医が居るにも関わらず、ありえない。 その後、併設している薬局も実際に薬を受け取るまでの時間１時間半掛かりました。 星１すら付けたくありません。 こんな病院ありえない。 こんな病院二度と行きませんし、お勧めしません。

当院の整形外科を受診しました。 受付にいた水色の服を着ていた方の態度がすごく悪かったです。 呼ばれて中に入ると先生は触診もせずレントゲンを撮って折れてないと言われ帰されました。 後日、痛みがなかなか取れず別の病院で診てもらったところ骨折しているとの事でした。 受付の人は当たり外れあるとは思いますがそれにしても態度は悪いし、先生もあまり見ていないんだなと思いました。 二度と行きません。

朝一番での初診受付でした。電話で、確認したところ、早目の受付をしてくださいとのことだったので、９時に受付しました。結局呼ばれたのが、１１時４５分、その後レントゲン。その後結果報告が１３時。私の後に一人だけ待ち番号がいましたが、本当の最後の最後。これなら受付時間の終了間際に行ってでも同じじゃないかなと。腰痛での通院だったため、４時間以上の立ちっぱなしでした。 予約があるのもわかりますが、なんのための受付なんでしょうが。ファイルを自分で提出するのですが、初めての人には全くわからず、しかも親切ではありません。医師の方達はきっちりと診察してくれているとおもいますが、事務関係の人は事務仕事過ぎて病院勤務に相応しくなさそうな対応ばかりでした。 あれから一ヶ月。予約していたので通院しました。 予約の１５分前に発券し、予約時間３０分間、待合で番号待ち、結局その後更に３０分待機しましたが、番号すら表示されず、診察やめて帰宅しました。 なんのための予約ですかね。 結局、１時間１５分の無駄でおわりました。 もう救急車で運ばれて来る以外は自分から来ることはないだろうとおもいます。 せっかく綺麗に建てなおされたのに、悲しい気持ちです。

どこの口コミみても総合病院なんて殆ど良く書かれている所なんか皆無でどこもみんな同じようなことが書かれていて一緒ですよ。たいがいが星1個2個がザラです。総合病院なんてどこもかしこも待ち時間は内科、皮膚科なんて3時間はあたり前ですがね。結局は最寄りの行きたい科のある病院に行くしかないのだからね。あまり他人の意見は鵜呑みにしないで無視していってみなさいよ。

近所に住んでいるので何かとお世話になってます。 先生たちは今のところどなたも良い方ばかりで有り難いのですが、受付の女の質がヤバいですね笑笑 特に中間地点の受付Bによく座ってるいかにも性格悪そうなキツい顔した女、話しかける際には要注意です。 この前喉が潰れて初めて耳鼻科を利用することになり、病院入り口の壁に耳鼻科の方向が書いてなかったので、受付B地点で不安になりしゃがれた声なりに頑張って「耳鼻科は向こうで合っていますか？」と尋ねたら聞き取れなかったのか「は？」とキレ気味に聞き返され もう一度聞くと目も合わさずめちゃくちゃ早口(私怒ってますよ、とアピールしてる職場のお局みたいな喋り方)でご丁寧に説明していただき、全くわかりませんでした！笑 前にも形成外科を利用する際、Bで診察券を出したときなんかヤバい看護師いたなと感じたことがありましたが同一人物でした。 受付B、魔境です。

歯科にいきました。休みが取れず、自費で1回で歯石除去してもらいました。総合病院もいうことで、いろいろな患者さんが来ていると思いますが、衛生士さんはとても上手で、対応は素晴らしかったです
