    牛まぶしということで、いろいろな味があって楽しめました。 〆のお茶漬けは、山椒がよきでした。 追加でいただいたメンチカツは肉汁たっぷりで好みです。 2人での食事だったので、楽しめましたが、 お肉のクオリティはコスパは良くないと思いました。少し火が入りすぎ(・・?) 予約をしてましたが、ご案内は 好きなお席へどうぞと、、、ご用意いただきたいです、、 ごちそうさまでした！ 和 あくまで僕の主観となりますので、ご参考になれば幸いです。

    ・和牛ひつまぶし御膳 ・メンチカツ とっても美味しかったです！ ローストビーフは炭火の香りがして、噛むほどに甘く美味しい。炭火焼きの方も噛むほどに美味しい。どちらも美味しいけも、私はローストビーフの方が好き。 山椒、唐辛子、ワサビ、大根おろし等で味変しながら食べられます。 ひつまぶし用のお出汁も美味しかったです。お出汁だけで飲んでしまった。個人的には、ひつまぶしにしなくても良いかなぁ。 メンチカツは、お店の外でも売っています。室内で食べるより、食べ歩きの方が楽しかったかも。 店内は、靴を脱いで畳の部屋でいただきます。 コロナ対策の透明プレートがシッカリし過ぎていて、向かいの人の声が聞こえにくいのが残念。早く透明プレートが無くなる世の中になって欲しい。

    Very nice place at the heart of "Mini Edo" in Kawagoe. The tatami room with chairs and tables is particularly enjoyable. The food, especially the hitumabushi, looked and tasted great (and they even had English instructions to accompany the Japanese instructions!). I definitely recommend it!

    和牛ひつまぶし御膳を食べました。女性にとってはちょうどいい量だったので、たくさん食べる人は1.5倍の上をお勧めします。 ローストビーフと炭火焼きの2種類のお肉がお重に入ってます。 お肉の柔らかさ、甘さ、美味しさを楽しめてよかったです。おろしポン酢や山椒・七味があるので味変もでき、最後はお出汁でしめる、食べ方が多くて素敵な御膳でした！
