発熱外来を受診するために利用しました。こちらのクリニックは、今回で２度目の利用になりますが、刺々しい言い方や、食ってかかるような言い方をされたことは少しもなく、ましてや怒られたり怒鳴られたり…といったことは１度もありません。 コスギコモンズクリニックは、JR武蔵小杉駅から歩いて５分程の所にある、落ち着いた、清潔感のあるクリニックです。先生も質問したことにはきちんと答えてくださって、何の問題もないと思いますし、待ち時間も短くて助かりました。先日行った元住吉のある内科などでは、ここの10倍以上は待たされましたし、そういう意味では非常に良いと思います。また利用したいです。

受診前に前日発熱したが現在は平熱である事を事前に電話で問い合わせをし、受診しても大丈夫と言われたので行ったのにも関わらず、「本当は発熱外来の日ではないから」と一言。また、 「来てしまったので今回は特別に問診と薬の処方だけします」と言われました。 事前に確認して来てもいいと言われたのに？と思いました。 また、医師の問診もひどかったです。診察室に入って5秒で終わり。 事前に別室で伝えた症状を一切無視した処方内容で、薬局でもなぜこの処方なのかよく分からないと言われる始末。 本当は星一つもつけたくはないです。

アクセス:JR武蔵小杉駅から北口タクシー乗り場を越えて南武線沿道路(武蔵中原駅方面へ)を行けばあります。 支払い:クレカOK 初診でも事前にweb問診に答えておくと早く呼ばれる。血圧測定してから診察みたいな流れです。 受付は特に普通でした。割と優しめ。 問題は医師の方。自分で調べて緊張型頭痛かもしれないと分かっていても1週間以上続く頭痛に悩んでるから詳しく調べて欲しいと問診に書いておいてもCTさえ撮ってくれず。 あまり顔も合わせない。早く終わらしたいの見え見え。ちなみに水曜日担当脳神経外科医師。 色々言いたいことあったけどこれはダメそうだなと思って即出ました。 手足も痺れがあるのにCTで調べず、他に緊急性の高い病気とかあったらどうするんだろ。 以降行かないと思います。

水曜日午後の脳神経外科にかかりました。 時間とお金かけて得られたものは不快感のみ。 いろいろ症状をかかえて苦しんでいたところ、やっと行けたクリニックでした。 CT撮ったところでわかりませんから　と言われて セカンドピニオンの病院でMRI検査をしたところ　下垂体に異常がみつかりました。

先生には私が辛い症状で苦しんでいるということがあまり伝わらなかったのかな、と思う。 3～4回通わせていただきましたが聴診器をあてる以外には検査はしてもらえず、最後にレントゲンだけ撮ってもらいましたが結局は異常無しの判断となり気のせい(心因性)では？と言われました。 耳鼻科に行ったらすぐに診断がつき、現在は耳鼻科に通っています。 のどの症状なのに最初に内科を選んだ自分が悪かったのでしょうが、聴診器をあてて異常がなくそれ以上何もできないのであれば「1度耳鼻科で診てもらってはどうか」と一言いただきたかったという気持ちはあります。 症状が出てから最初の3週間程を無為にしてしまいました。 やはり検査をしっかりしてもらえる病院にかかるのが良いのではないでしょうか。 スタッフの方、予約システム等はとても良かったと思います。 先生も話は聞いていただけるので診察結果を出してもらった上で合うか合わないか、ということなのでしょう。

先生の診察は丁寧で安心だが、患者の数が多くない時間帯でも受付の方の態度が冷たくシステマチックなのが残念。予約通りの時間に着いても30分以上待たされた。クリニック内は綺麗でストレスフリー。

インフルエンザなんか放っておいても治りますから、と院長先生から言われました。発熱を伴う風邪くらいで来院するなということでしょうか。 それなら発熱外来などなさらずに、放っておいても治るとホームページに謳われたらよろしいと思います。 前夜から39℃を超えた発熱で辛いですし、育児や仕事に差し支えるから早く治したいと思うわけです。インフルエンザかどうか検査をしてほしい事情がこちらにもあるわけですが、やるんですか？！的な反応でした。 起き上がるのもしんどかったですが予約をして行っても診察していただけたのは40分以上経ってから。ある程度待つのは病院では仕方ないと思いますが、それでこのような対応で非常に不愉快で残念でした。看護師の方も事務的で無表情な印象しかないです。 患者に寄り添うとか、ご立派なことをホームページや他の記事でおっしゃっていますが、ほど遠いですね。 処方していただいた薬を服用したら発疹が出ました。よほど私は相性の良くないクリニックだったのかもしれません。速やかに医師に連絡してください、と処方箋に書いてありますがご相談もしたくないレベルです。 発熱程度なら、このクリニックはおすすめしません。

事故に遭い頭痛が治らなかった為CTを受けに受診しました。 院内は綺麗で空いており待ち時間もほぼなかったですが、医師の余りにいい加減でやる気のない態度に呆れました。しかも、CTやMRIを撮ったのにも関わらず診察中肝心なその画像は一才拝見させてくれず、私の画像の代わりに、他の患者様20人分程の個人情報を最初から最後までスクリーンに丸出しで公開していました。。 どうゆう神経をされている医者なのでしょうか？ その上、私の脳の状態等については、何をいくら質問しても"解りません。"の一点張りで何一つ答える事もなく、まともな会話にならず全くやる気のなさそうな先生で、本当に幻滅しました。こんなに信頼出来ない、いい加減な医師がいるというだけで恐ろしいです。それに受付の中年女性スタッフの態度も悪く、冷たくシラッとしていて気分を害す感じでした。 とにかく、時間とお金の無駄でした。
