バインミーが好きでわざわざ食べに行っていたお店が身近な川越に出来たと聞いて早速行ってきました。 日本人の旦那さんとベトナム人の奥さんのご夫婦でやられていてお店はアットホームな感じです。 キッチン担当は奥さん、そのため本場の美味しいバインミーが楽しめます。種類も9種類あってどれも美味しそうです。 バインミー以外にもフォーやスィーツ、ベトナムコーヒーにベトナムのビールもあります。 今回はテイクアウトで利用したのですが、一つ一つ丁寧にパッケージされ、どれがどれなのかわかるようになっているのがうれしいですね。３種類購入したのですげどれも美味しく、フランスパンは程よい硬さで大満足でした。 旦那さんが日本人だからかもしれませんが、日本人にわかり易い様に入口の看板には説明が書かれていてうれしいですね。 2023年4月2日 今回は店内でフォーボー（牛）、バインミーオプラ（卵）、ベトナムコーヒー（ブラック）を注文。 フォーボーは、優しいスープでさっぱりと食べられます。味変用のニンニクを入れるとパンチが効いた味になり美味しくなります。バインミーオプラは目玉焼き入りなのでマイルドになって食べやすいです。 追加でスオンサオ（漢方の原料になる仙草ゼリーとココナッツミルク）を注文。思ったほど癖がなくココナッツミルクの甘さも程よく美味しいベトナムスイーツでした。 帰りにバインミー用のパンを購入したのでいろいろ挟んで楽しめそうです。

Quán của hai vợ chồng Việt - Nhật, cả hai đều rất thân thiện dễ thương và cực kì nhiệt tình. Quán nhỏ, sạch sẽ. Bánh mì cũng khá ngon.

The food is AMAZING. The owners are so sweet and kind and made us so comfortable. The banh mi is so crunchy and soft the pork cooked to perfection with a smokey salty flavour. The pho is rich and authentic with a plethora of sides to throw on top and add freshness to the salty umami soup. For three banhmi and a large pho we paid under 3,500¥. Cheap, delicious and worth coming out to kawagoe for.

Great little place - had an incredible Banh Mi and there was a vegan option on offer (Tofu) alongside the usual options. Owner very lively and welcoming! Recommended!

This is the best food I've had in Japan. The banh mi is out of this world delicious. Crunchy bread, fresh and perfectly diced vegetables, plus flavorful perfectly cooked tofu. Amazing customer service that makes you feel at home. Go now and have some of the best food ever! 🤩

Very friendly couple own this shop Japanese/Vietnamese. They speak a little English and willing to communicate. Great spot on the way to the old district in Kawagoe.
