Don't go to this place. It's not Hawaiian at all. The food is just some curry that you can get anywhere for 500 yen. The place is filthy and disgusting and charges a seating fee for their tiny dirty chairs. If you want to go to a beer garden, there are loads of other places that you can spend your money in.

会議室の3人がけテーブルに6人で座らされ、人1人通るスペースもありません。料理も少なく、美味しくありません。飲み物も全然出てこず、ハイボールやサワーも炭酸水で味はありません。責任者（外国人）の方に話しても料理もお酒も出ていると言って全く話になりませんでした。二度と行くことはありません。

There were times when it was difficult to order, people made a mistake on the bill, and the seats were extremely small, but considering the price and the all-you-can-drink option near Shinjuku Station, I didn't think it was such a bad choice. You should not go there.This is not Hawaii, is a place of Southeast Asia. The only thing you can feel Hawaii, that is sauce on the BBQ. Course menu had a dessert(I forgot to confirm), but we couldn’t receive it. This place don’t have any good point to take a picture.

最悪でした。 食べ放題のメニューだったのですが、2時間いて追加で注文したメニューが来たのは1回だけ。コースの最低限のご飯を出したらあとはどんだけ追加しても無視されます。 店員も全員外国人で、追加オーダーが来てないことを伝えても全然来ません。 取り仕切ってる人に苦情を言ってやっと一度だけ追加オーダーが来ました。 それなのにラストオーダーや会計の時間だけはきっちりした時間で来て、かなり腹が立ちました。

So bad. Avoid. Worst experience of Japan. Food was so oily, service was utterly useless, and everything was so budget, dirty and smelly. And then to top it off, we found a nice cover charge on the bill which almost doubled the cost of our 2 drinks and fried chicken. No mention anywhere that there was a cover charge just to sit on an empty dirty rooftop. What a waste of money. Really annoying place that shouldn't exist, to be honest.

店員が唐揚げを手で押さえながら持ってきたのにはビックリしました 食べ放題と書いてあり聞いたら六品食べ放題ではなくポテトのみとの事でぼったくり紛いの店でした 絶対におすすめ出来ない店です(店なのかも怪しい)

新宿ビアガーデン 天空ヒルズ ビアガーデン＆BBQ WAIKIKI（ワイキキ） 屋上ビアガーデン KING BBQ 新宿店 この住所でいくつか店名があることに、後から気がつきました。ただ、屋上は複数店舗があるわけではなく、席で分かれてる程度。 ちなみにビルの看板は、新宿アジア横丁　屋上ビアガーデン。 ビアガーデン＆BBQ WAIKIKIで予約したが、現地に行くとその表記はなく、案内された席に、『WAIKIKIテラス席』とはがれそうな紙が貼ってあって、他よりも若干椅子がいいくらい。一段上だからテラス席なのか？ 口コミ返信に、当店と関係ないことは書かないで、とか書かれてるが、どの席からの注文や料理の配膳も同じ窓口が受けている。店名だけ複数あるが、運営は同じに見えた。各テーブルに運ばれている料理も同じ。フライドチキンという名前の単なる唐揚げとか。 なお、書いてある料理は出てこず、説明しても『日本語が分からない』。 予約ページを見せても『読めません』。 サラダだけ間違えたのかとも思ったが、あとからよくよく調べると、出てきたメニューは、KING BBQのプランで、かつ一品足りない。 が、日本語が通じないのでどうしようもない。 ビアガーデンとしての雑多な雰囲気を楽しむくらいで行かないと、写真や説明とは全く違うので後悔します。 なお、住所同じで、入り口もスタッフも同じにも関わらず、口コミに対して、それはうちのメニューではない、店舗に問い合わせして、というような店からの返信もあるが、電話に出られる方も、現地の方も日本語がまともに通じないので、意味がないです。

I didn't have high expectations for the food or drinks. I was able to get a seat on the edge, and the location and atmosphere were good. I used it on a date with Kawayo.

My date got sick and had to cancel the reservation and they charged me a fee. EDIT: While I appreciate your adherence to your reservation policy, I find it concerning that the restaurant does not prioritize the health and safety of its patrons. This policy could potentially encourage individuals to come to the restaurant despite being sick, which puts others at risk of getting ill. I hope you reconsider this approach and prioritize the well-being of your customers.

After making a reservation on Tabelog, I panicked and tried to cancel after seeing the reviews on Google, but I was threatened with a cancellation fee and reluctantly headed over. The elevator was very crowded and it took quite a while to get in. All staff members are foreigners. There was no operation, so if I sat in a nice seat, I was moved. The course menu I ordered from Tabelog had dessert and fried chicken, but neither of them came out. A friend who came with me complained about the dessert in English. Wait for me, I'll put it out. I was told that, but no one came out even after waiting. I didn't want to be charged an extension fee, so I left. The most delicious thing is pizza fries. Others are not tasty. The drinks had the feel of an izakaya for students in Kabukicho (normal), but the drinks I ordered were served at a normal pace. It's cheap (4000 yen) for a beer garden, and the atmosphere is nice. Considering that it's Shinjuku, the price may be reasonable. However, I learned that in order to get good service, you need to spend a fair amount of money. It was interesting and fun in a sense, just as the reviews said. Kabukicho itself is a town that doesn't have any good shops, so it might be appropriate. If you go to Nishi-Shinjuku or other areas, there are many delicious restaurants at the same price.
