I'd been craving good ole American BBQ since moving to Japan, and this place nailed it!! The brisket, pork, and smoked bacon were amazing. Awesome selection of craft beers. I'll definitely be back.

OK, so it's not the brewery itself (take your tent and get out there sometime), but this venue is better than the Tokyo one. There was a wide variety of beers - and tasted just fine. Downstairs smelt somewhat smokey from the cooking, but upstairs was better. Service was fast and polite. I didn't eat here.

Not a ton of options but selections are wide enough. Mostly a Pale Ale and IPA place but they still have an excellent barleywine and a superb wit. The food is simple and excellent, extremely flavorful with as much sauce you want on the side. Fantastic place to bring a couple friends, have some good beers, and eat some incredible food.

Small little spot but the food was amazing. I had the brisket sandwich, baked mac and cheese and the potato salad. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad but everything else was amazing. The customer service was quick and very nice. The music that was being played was awesome as well.

Great local beer spot. The staff was very friendly, they even put the Dodgers game on for me while we drank beers. The nachos we delicious and a great pairing with the beer. The imperial IPA is a must try!

The food and beer were excellent, but a little pricey. The mac and cheese reminded me of home, the brisket and pork were both tender and full of flavor and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. And it's the best restaurant pecan pie I've had in years.

Had a fantastic night here. So many beers to choose from. They even had a hand pumped ale. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere. Highly recommend.

One of the best craft beer spots in the Yokohama area. This place has been around a long time. Beers are delicious, but they have that distinct Baird flavor that can be divisive. The barbecue sandwiches and plates are great, and volume is just right for the price. I’ve visited many times before and will be back many more times. They could do some better work on cleaning the 2F bathroom, though. Important parts are sanitized but it has gone from “rustic” to just plain “needs a thorough cleaning”.

Came to have a cold beer on a hot day. Cozy little space, had quite many kinds of beer. I had a porter that day and it did not disappoint, rich, tasty and clearly can taste the chocolate note there. They also have quite funny way of naming their beers

Was greeted by the smell of wood smoke when walking in. Sat upstairs. I don't recommend sitting next to the faux wall in front of the bathroom, it tends to fall on the patrons sitting next to it. Thoroughly enjoyed the beer. Descriptions were on point. Ordered the brisket and was disappointed in the portion size to price point. Brisket tasted good and had a good bark but could have used some additional low and slow time to fully render the fat down.

Real Texas BBQ! Great beer selection along with good eats and service! Take the overpass over the river from Sakuragicho Station.

Bleh. I don't know why other reviewers describe this as authentic barbecue. The meat is dry, and more salty than smokey. Oddest of all the cuts are all wrong for BBQ. Who serves pork loin? Beer wasn't much better. Slightly warm, slightly sweet. Pale imitation of what can be had back home. If you are American like me, you would be better off going for a traditional Japanese Izakaya. Experience what you cannot back home here. You can wait for the brewpubs back home.

Great food and beers but be careful with the clothes you bring they will smell smokey afterwards!

American prices, Japanese serving sizes. Good selection of interesting beers and the BBQ wouldn't be out of place in the US

In all my years in Japan I've never been treated so rudely by staff. Oh hey, you're white, but you're speaking Japanese to us? We're going to use body language exclusively with you. This went on for almost an hour with the younger male staff members. Do they treat all non Asian people this way? What about Asian people who aren't native Japanese speakers? The Baird's in Osaka is much better because they treat people respectfully regardless of their race, linguistic capabilities, or other factors.

Thank you for a great memory. In 2016 my now wife and I watched Super Bowl 50 live at 7am. My Panthers lost but we had a memorable time eating and drinking. This place made this Sailor feel like being home in the USA again. We can’t thank you and your staff enough.

So, Japanese craft bar in downtown Yokohama. I was there early on a Saturday evening and got a spot at the bar. Couple of Americans and a couple of Japanese guys drinking. Easy laid back feeling. Beer roster is good and staff stay busy.

Oh my Dawgs!! This joint is on point . Beers of the top grade. Bbq . The ribs have an insane chew plus tenderness. Pro tip :. Order the pickles . Like a Stevie y wrister from the top of the circle . Top shelf all the way baby!!

Excellent barbeque and beer, especially the brisket. Small servings of beer (200-250 ml) are available which is great because they have a lot of beers to try.

Stopped in here for lunch with friends before a day sightseeing in Yokohama. The beers were great as always but we also all enjoyed the smoked BBQ sandwiches. Not as good as authentic Texas BBQ but it still hit the spot.

Not as strong of smoky flavor as it used to be, still, very very delicious Texas style BBQ. Try on Tuesday for their tacos!

When I am in Tokyo or Yokohama, the Bashamichi Taproom is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat and some beers. This location specializes in American style BBQ and the food is pretty decent considering the limitations on making proper BBQ in Japan. Fortunately, Baird’s beer is good and they offer a good selection of regular items on tap as well as a good selection of seasonal and guest beers.

Delicious food. Great beers! Come on down.
