☆ 0 . ☆-10000. It was the first time I was examined by a part-time doctor who graduated from Tokai University in internal medicine. As soon as I entered the examination room and met him, he saw from my medical records that I was attending a psychosomatic medicine clinic, and his expression changed, and he threw my medical records on the desk and said, "The only place you should go is a psychiatric clinic." Ta. Even when I explained that my blood pressure was 180 and that I wasn't feeling well, all she said was "I'll see you next time." I'm just talking about the symptoms. Blatant prejudice and discrimination. Even though I greeted them properly and asked them to keep a low profile, they just said ``check'' and gave me a small smile. As I turned to the side and tried to regain my composure, he asked me, ``Why are you going home?'' "Please. Please examine me. Please tell me how to cure it," I said, bowing my head. The teacher then snorted and glared. It was disgusting. A nurse told me in the hallway that I was holding up well. The in-hospital consultation room does not function at all for outpatient consultations. Why do patients come to the outpatient clinic because they are sick and worried? After that, I consulted the Hadano Health Center, the Medical Safety Association, and the Tokai University School of Medicine about the doctor's real name and the circumstances at the time, and they answered that the doctor lacked ethics and humanity. I was shocked to see that basic human rights were being violated. Since patients have the right to choose their doctor, I was advised that I should change to another hospital. This experience made me decide to always carry an IC recorder with me. I can't record unless I get permission. Every time I went to the doctor's office, I smiled and endured. However, I was transferred to another hospital because he was arrogant and continued to give me inappropriate medical examinations. That was a lot of harassment💉👨‍⚕️

It's only a phone call, but it's less than 1 star. When I took an antibody test that I had, it came out positive for coronavirus, so I called this hospital that was referred to me by the infectious disease hotline. Then, I was told, ``We are running a fever outpatient clinic, but we have reached the number of reservations today.'' There was a moment of silence, and when I asked, ``How can I make an appointment?'', I was asked, ``Huh? What do you mean?'' "I don't understand," he said. I can't understand the language. I looked at other people's reviews, and it seems like their attitude and language are bad. Just a phone call was enough. I'm glad I didn't have to go.

I saw a female employee yelling at a staff member in public. (Is the perfume too strong?) I don't know if he's a great person, but I'm surprised that someone who speaks from above is working at a hospital. The faucet in the toilet on the first floor is broken or there is no running water. Is this hospital's hygiene management okay? I used it as an outpatient, but it was scary and I don't want to go again.

(Translated by Google) Only for phone calls. I was hung up with "I can't accept it today, I'm sorry, yes yeah". When the holiday night clinic is not open before Even when I was told by the fire department "Even if you have the flu, it will not be the result unless you wait for ○ hours, so even if you are sick, if there is a possibility, it will be a problem if you come. I was refused and eventually went to the JRCS. I will never call you again.

November 2022 I visited the orthopedic surgeon again. This time, I came to the hospital because I was unable to walk due to pain near my hip joint and on the outside of my thigh. He performed a thorough examination including X-ray examination, palpation, and walking test. The results revealed that the femur, which had been fractured in the past, was deformed. The pain was so bad that I was prescribed a compress and oral painkillers. This time, I was asked to come back in two weeks to see how the pain progressed, so when I came back two weeks later, the doctor was investigating the cause of the pain due to the deformity of the femur, and thought it might be this. The doctor carefully explained his opinion. After two weeks, the pain subsided and I was able to walk again, feeling relieved mentally after knowing the cause. Furthermore, the examination revealed that my feet were of different lengths, which placed stress on my feet, and I was also advised to wear orthopedic shoes to reduce the strain on my feet. This time as well, the receptionist, nurses, and teachers were kind to me. In September 2000, I visited an orthopedic surgeon. My hands hurt so much that I couldn't even hold a spoon to eat, let alone chopsticks. The doctor asked me a thorough question with a smile on his face, then took an X-ray and palpated the area. As a result, I was completely cured in about a week with prescribed ointment and oral medicine. There was a long waiting time of one hour, and when an elderly patient who couldn't wait got angry, the nurses were very kind and treated me well, so I thought it was a good hospital for both the nurses and the doctors. However... I'm not good at doctors other than orthopedics, so I don't go there anymore. The outside of the facility is very old and doesn't look clean and looks suspicious, but the inside is well kept and clean.

When I called to make an appointment for the fever outpatient clinic, she seemed like she was having a hard time and simply told me that she was fully booked today and couldn't do it. Even if it can't be helped that they are fully booked, I wonder how they handle the phone calls. As expected, it is a hospital with not very good reviews, as other people have said.

(Translated by Google) The other day, my wife fell ill after 18:00, so I was referred to Yagi Hospital on the advice of the fire department. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't have a health certificate, so I paid a provisional payment of 10,000 yen and went home. Later, when I went to the hospital with the health book, I was charged an additional 5,000 yen after applying the health book, even though I hadn't had a major medical examination. If you calculate with a 30% self-pay (15,000 yen) with insurance card application, it will cost a total of 50,000 yen. It's a rip-off no matter how you look at it.

The person in charge of answering the phone has a lack of understanding and insists that ``I'm busy and I'm always in a bad mood,'' making it difficult to have a conversation, so I think it would be a good idea to change the person in charge of answering the phone. Every time I call him, he's always in a bad mood, and it seems like he's always having a dissatisfied day, but I think he's the one who's causing this. It seems like he is purposefully making enemies every day. He's the kind of person who doesn't try to end the conversation with "all reservations" and can't even make suggestions on what to do after that. If today's reservations are full, they will not inform you about reservations for the next day or later. I'm not suggesting a time when it's not too crowded. When it comes to talking about your symptoms and whether you should see a doctor, it's ``the company's decision.'' When I said ``the company's decision,'' I almost laughed. Since the company is not a hospital, it is supposed to be the hospital's job to make decisions, but the person in charge of the phone didn't know that and was working as a hospital receptionist. No, it's not work. The people answering the phone are not working. "Neglecting one's duties and causing a hindrance to the performance of one's duties is 'neglect of duty.'" I am not able to handle the phone calls at all. The doctors and nurses are still kind and treat me in an adult manner. At least I don't try to appeal to the person answering the phone's childish behavior or irritation from the first word. This is a hospital that gives a bad impression due to the telephone service. Let's work properly with the person answering the phone.

Both the woman at the reception and the elderly man on the phone have really bad attitudes. It seems stupid that I even treat others with the bare minimum of courtesy. I think it's best to approach them with that kind of attitude as they will respond in a rude manner.

(Translated by Google) I went with a coronavirus vaccination. The first time, I waited for more than 40 minutes on the 4th floor without air conditioning. When I measured the temperature at the entrance in the heat that was likely to cause heat stroke, it was okay, but I forgot to fill it in and the temperature was 37 ° C. Then I was told that I couldn't do it today. It was hot, so when I sweated, I asked for another temperature measurement, and I was able to inoculate safely with a normal fever. The second time, I had to wait for an hour in the parking lot under the scorching sun. As expected, this is no good ~ (Original)

I was told that reservations for health checkups could only be made by phone, so I called the number listed on the perflet that was given to me the day before, but since it was a public holiday, there was no one available to answer the call, so I called without looking carefully. It's my fault here, but just before I hung up the phone, the person I was talking to was whispering something that sounded like a throwaway line at the end, and although I couldn't hear it properly, it made me feel very uncomfortable. Then, I was asked to call again on Monday, so I tried to ask if it was safe to call at the time listed on the perfret (I don't want the response time to change due to the coronavirus), but I was sure they could hear me. However, as soon as I started talking, I was cut off. I'm sure the staff members have a way of responding to calls, such as saying, "We're waiting for your call," even if you receive a call outside of business hours. What about as an adult? I wonder. It's a terrible hospital, even if you look at the other evaluations and see the doctor.
