One of the worse dining experiences in a while. - Waited 40min to eat - Server took the order of the two tables who sat down after us - Asked the server about it and didn't really apologize - chicken wings were just standard - eggplant with garlic: aweful. Dry and undercooked. - noodle soups: worse than instant ramens from China. Broth watery, meat just meh, noodles: pretty much instant noodle level Overall, terrible food and service. Hope they go out of business and replace the location with a better restaurant.

This is the same chain from Hong Kong. Very clean and neat. Thr taste is similar to the one in Hong Kong. The topping selection is less than Hong Kong as expected. Come if you miss the taste

Tamjai is always my favourite hongkong style noodles! I haven't been back to Hong Kong for 4 years and this restaurant tastes literally the same as the one I had in hongkong. The flavour might be a bit less spicy, but overall everything's good. Drinks are authentic and the chicken rings taste the same as well. Staffs can understand minimal Cantonese and they are nice. Worth coming if you miss Tamjai or wanna try out some HK style noodles.

As a Hongkonger, I must say the mixian here tastes exactly the same as the one we have in Hk. Some ingredients even taste better, probably cuz they source them locally in Japan. Highly recommend this place to everyone!!

It's not okay at all for this one but the same in Shinjuku is pretty good. I ordered one for take out today in the store but I founded out that a lot of things are missing after I got home and opened it. I paid the price I should pay but did not get the food equal to the price. I know this because I've been ordered a same one in their Shinjuku store. They also make a mistake at first that the assistant there asked me if I want the order for take out and I said yes, but they still forgot and I wait there for another thirty minutes to get my meal with almost only the noodles inside at the end. So angry and will never go to this store again.

Love their ramen and considering to bring our friends here! The portion is huge, the soup also has thick taste of broth. I tried the Mala soup with mild level — turned out it was not too spicy and only felt a little bit hot. Not so kids or baby friendly, but baby stroller can enter the store. I would suggest coming here before dinner time as there will be a queue line near 7pm.

I like here. Ordered on uber eats a lot and visited first time. But idk why always they use frozen pork. And they cooked right away. So like 3 pork pieces all together and you can have bit bad smell from porks. Hope you to change the way to cook. Will be perfect.

There are few different soup bases to choose from. It's not easy as we're not familiar with those flavours. We all chose different flavours to try. The hot and sour one was the best. Most of them had a lot of 四川胡椒 and was not pleasant. It would be a difficult battle against Ramen in Japan!
