通院するなら頭に入れて置いた方がいい事
・電話で予約する時、事務の人は医者でもないのに他の病院への通院を勧めてくる。
(いつもなら電話した日に診てもらえてたのに年度切り替えで診察曜日が減少したらしい←受付では教えられず病院HPを見て推察)
・炎症を起こし高熱が出ている為、早めに診て貰いたかった時は電話予約から1週間後で死にそうだった。
(診察してない曜日多すぎ)
・通院日、受付に診察券を出すと検温&コロナに対しての質問をして来たり、受付での滞在時間があるが、診察券を出しても受付の人同士の会話の方が重要みたいなので無視される事がまあまあある。
(一言待って欲しい旨を伝えれば良いのに、席について呼ばれるのを待とうと立ち去ろうとした瞬間、「検温などあるのでお待ちください」と冷たく言われる)
・初診の場合、問診室と言う他の病院では無い部屋へと通されるのだが、どこだか分からず迷子になった。
(扉が従業員専用みたいな頑丈な扉で受付に通じてるだけだと思い、開けて良いのか迷った)
・診察室への呼び出しの声が死にそう過ぎて全然聞こえない。

という事で、担当の先生や診察室の看護師さんは優しくて感謝しているが、それを相殺するほど受付、病院システムが悪すぎる。
私の場合、自治医大に通院していたが、癌などの重い病気の方しか診察していないと言う事で、週1で診察しているこちらへ転院した。
自治医大からお世話になっている担当医が年度始めでいなくなったことに気付かず1週間待った。
担当医がいなくなってしまったので、正直いい所がなくなった。
病院自体変えようか悩み中。
