新車購入からもうかれこれ8年くらい乗っています。この店のアフターサービスに不満があり他で見てもらおうと思いましたが、特殊な車が故になかなか見つからず。我慢してこちらの店にお願いしていましたが、やはり限界。。。家族含めて数台買いましたが、みな不満です。何年かで買い替えないお客はどうでもいいのかな？と思ってるように感じました。車のことも分からなすぎるし、カタログの中身ですら知識がない。。。アウディの車のことを分からずに販売する。。。でもこの店のせいでアウディは手放したくないので限界まで乗るつもりです。本当に今の車が大好きなので。家族でも話し合いましたが、みな、その程度のレベルの会社と諦めるしかないという感じになりました。車は国産を含め数台ありますが、この店以外のディーラーさんとはとてもうまくいっています。本当に残念です。。。最近買収？されたのかな？あまり良い噂は聞かなかったから、そういうことが積み重なったから業績不振なのかもです。。。実はうちの親がアウディの新型を買いかえる予定で、別のアウディディーラーで注文しました。自分もそうしようか検討中です。
