皆さんの写真だと綺麗に見えますが、 立地が悪すぎる。すごく汚い飲み屋街の小道にあり、え！ここ？と、 写真とのあまりの違いに唖然。。 いくらホテルが綺麗でも、立地、駅からの道の治安の悪さ、道の汚さ、 どうしても気になります。 他の方は気にならないのかな。。 入り口も飲み屋さんの奥？にあります。 予約入れて、迷ったけど、あまりの 汚さ立地の悪さに、Uターンしました。 中や入り口は確かに写真通り綺麗でしたが、あそこまで立地が悪いと、 綺麗になって朝出てきた時すごく 嫌だろうな、と。 あまりに立地が悪いと、中が綺麗でも、なんとなく空気も悪いし、 人も選びます。 こちら上野でも見かけて、立地という意味では上野なのがマシかも。。 でも、どこもあまり綺麗ではない立地選びをしていますね。。 だからリーズナブルなんだとしても、 気にならない方用かと。。 自分は無理です。悪い場所には悪い気が集まってしまい、リフレッシュする場所としては良くないから。。 マンションやホテルは、立地もとても 大事です。 少なくとも、入りたいと思える綺麗さ は必要。街の空気そのものがモノを言います。。 ここは悪すぎた。。 交通費が無駄になりました。 大井町はそもそもそこまで綺麗出ないと思ってたけど、駅前やアトレはなかなか綺麗でした。 でもこのホテルのある界隈は無理。。 空気も気にされた方がいいと思います。。 駅近だからと選んでも、この空気感では。。 部屋を失敗したものから　苦笑 私はこういう立地だとエネルギー取られて、弱ってしまうので。。 キャンペーンで安くても。。 新築だけど。。 立地、大事です。 ここだけでなく、このホテルまでの道も汚すぎる。。ごめんなさい。。 エネルギーの充電になる場所、 いつもの御用達のところへUターンしました。。

オープンして間がないこともあって設備もきれいでよかったです。

清潔なダイニング、ゆったりくつろげるラウンジ、そして大浴場とサウナが魅力！おすすめです。

Not bad

The overall experience was great. The atmosphere, the service, the experience was good. The location was perfect, there is a 7-eleven right next to it and there is a street full of restaurants. The Oimachi station is next to it, so it's easy to take the train. You can easily take the Keihin-Tōhoku Line (from Oimachi) and the Yamanote line (from Shinagawa station). The only thing I can say is that compared to other capsule hotels I could do, in this one you have to exchange your key for a card to get out and exchange it again to come back in. The pro is that the frontdesk is opened 24 hours a day, but it's kinda annoying to get to the frontdesk each time you want to get out. But the overall experience was fantastic !

I would recommend doing it for the capsule experience, it has a lounge full of manga and comfortable seat to read, really clean, staff is helpful. But the mattress is really hard, I woke up with back pain. As I said, i would recommend only for the experience.
