Really really bad branch. The queues on the second floor are really long and the workers work very very slowly. There were about 15 people in front of me and it took more than an hour! Very strange to let customers wait more than one hour in the queue. My time has been greatly wasted. Not recommended to visit this branch, especially for tourists who have limited time.

We chanced upon this store as we stayed at hotel Celestine nearby. Huge variety of items from Kit Kat to Yakuta (summer kimonos 👘) but the layout was confusing and can get crowded. Catered mainly for tourists and the tax free is only on the second floor. Lots of Pokémon stuff and somehow I found the prices more expensive than the supermarkets! The layout are a bit confusing and rather on a small side. I was fortunate enough to go there when there weren’t crowded. Not enough options to choose comparing to the other branches I visited. However, the location was good and it operates until 2am which is nice.

Not the best Don Quijote or even the biggest but it was the lowest one to us and it’s easy to navigate because of it being all in one level in a straight line. They have the usual stuff for foreigners and even a surprisingly large selection of LV bags and other second hand high end brands. There was a long slow line but at least the tax free line was there. They also have so gatchapon’s near the north entrance. It’s above a supermarket and down the road from a familymart.

We only came here for the inkan. It’s been marked-up to 800 yen apiece for the cheapest one, but it was luck that this branch had the machine. The store was very big, since we were instructed to walk straight and it would be at the end, and we kept walking and walking that we started to wonder if perhaps it wasn’t there and if we were lost because it’s not a straight straight as we had to slightly veer due to the layout of the shelves. Lol

Amazing range from tidbits to vitamins to cosmetics to clothes to alcohol. Popular and naturally fairly packed. A tad too much clutter and messiness for me though. Stone’s throw from Shimbashi station JR line.

Smaller Donqui store with only two floors. The sections are much smaller because of this and they have a limited selection of candy and packaged foods when compared to other Donqui locations in Tokyo. However they still have a decent selection of souvenirs for tourists, and they do offer tax free shopping with the tax free checkout located on the second floor. I saw some Hello Kitty things here that weren't available at the Donqui Asakusa store which has seven floors.

You can buy almost everything in here..also if you want to get tax refund..you must first make payment on the 1st floor than after that you should go following the red line on the floor in the 2nd floor to collect your tax refund and to have your stuffs in bags

Bigger on the inside. Really thought this was a small store, but it's very long. Hidden in the underpass. No restroom.

Your standard Donki, meaning tons and tons of goods spread around two floors and prices on some items are great, even best in town and some more expensive, so keep an eye on that. Japanese whisky selection here way better than in any other supermarket or Donki I have seen in Japan early 2019. Of course the selection here neither is great and prices are extremely high as we have now getting used to. Tax return route across the store is almost comical on the length of it.

This shop is only double storey but wider space. Better to shop, lesser tourists, seems more catering for local. Didnt get what i want, shibuya and akihibara store have more varieties.

Horrible tax return operations. Followed the sign to walk through whole second floor to reach the tax return counter in the end and was surprised to see the sign there indicating that all items required tax return MUST be paid on the ground floor first. Had to walk a long way down stairs and then walked all the way upstairs all over again. What a unprofessional way to waste customer's precious time.

I am not happy with Don. Everything I bought was cheaper somewhere else! Dassai sample set was ¥1400 cheaper at the Dassai Ginza store, the Hakkaisan was a couple of hundred ¥ cheaper at Narita airport duty free. Even the Mochi was cheaper elsewhere. The employees were polite - that always earn a Star rating from me!

Amazing, spectacular, one-of-a-kind, unique shopping experience. You can get basically everything but be aware of prices, as you can definitely buy some of the things cheaper elsewhere. Jingle will be forever stuck in my head.

A man working as the duty free casher, was so rude. He didn't wait the previous customer packing in her bag, and shouted "next" hitting the gard. When a next customer was hasitated, he said "F"word and laughted with a co-worker. I don't recommend Ginza Donkihote.

Not as big as the other Donki. But quite sufficient products, even like "sex toy". Also they have bags or suitcases if you running out of luggage space 😬

Two floors of Don Quijote goodness. Don't be fooled by how small this store looks on the outside. You'll still get the same craziness as you do at any other Donki. Tax Refund is available after purchases at the Tax Refund counter in the store. The store also features a Hello Kitty popcorn vending machine. Definitely a great stop for those last minute souvenirs.

Worth the stop. I would save a good chunk of money for all the souvenirs and Japanese specialty items you could purchase here. Not much of the merchandise is in English, so I would do your research on what to purchase before hand! You could spend over an hour just walking through all the sections.

I’ve gone to many Don Quijote in the past but this one has a lot more stuff that you think! Especially, imported snacks, particularly from Korea, are highly featured at the store.

Not much to say , If you've been to one you've been to all. If you haven't been before, it's a great bargain shopping store. These stores carry about everything you could imagine at discounted prices.

normal donqi. entrance is bit difficult to find at nights, because they close other doors except one (could be due to the pandemic)

Bit small as compared to other stores. They have tax free counter & different section of especially Japanese souvenirs.

Too much things condensed in one store ! It’s a lot messy but that’s the charm of it - from food to pharmacy, luxury goods and kids toys, interior and electronics… don’t ask the staff for help they probably not know where it is and if they carry it - but that’s the fun of it - a lot of promotion / cheaper prices than other supermarkets/stores It’s an experience!!!

Good place to shop. Many things can get from this shop

  • 5/5 Ja R. 8 months ago on Google
Dutyfree cashiers available but lines can be long. Quite well stocked although it runs out pretty quickly too, especially if you're looking for medicine as some tourists packed their shopping trolley full! Buy the cosmetics, snacks and chocolates before you head home. Fresh veg, meat and seafood available. Prepacked food and fried snacks too. Staff always courteous.

Very big and long store. Came here by chance and was surprised by how much stuff they sell inside. Also, I didn’t know they have pre-loved luxury items too. Quality a big selection actually. In general, the store looks a bit dingy. Some shelves were left empty too when the items ran out. Lots of tourists and when I came to pay, had to wait in line a long time because there were many tourists shopping tax-free so they had to process one by one. Good if you’re looking for random souvenirs.

If you stay nearby, this is a not bad place for shop at late night since all shops would be closed after 8-9pm. They do duty free for tourists.

  • 3/5 James B. 1 year ago on Google
Too small and over crowded. Didnt really enjoy shopping there as the aisle was a little bit tight for even 2 person to walk through. Its a hit or miss place.

This is ridiculous services they provide. I thought Japan are well known for their services. Guess I as wrong. Shame on you guys. I went on duty free check out and at the same time I need to exchange one bigger luggage because I buy over 1000 usd dollar worth of stuff and the counter lady refused me right away. I am still there and the item has not even leave the door and the items is not even a discounted product. And after I -argument and told them about their exchange policy on their website and they agree. And they even forget to bring me my last bag and told me that is my response to know how many item I had brought. This is just ridiculous. Tourist be careful about this location!! Shame on you guys

Can do tax free during 12:00-22:00 but staff still inform customer to go up to find out that the tax free counter wasn’t open!!!

  • 4/5 Abun G. 1 year ago on Google
Provide varieties of Japanese and non Japanese products, such electronics, kitchenwarse, shoes, apparels, alcohol drinks, chocolates/candybars/cookies/crips, cosmetics, luxury bags and watches, toys and many more. Good place to buy Japanese souvenirs. Store layout is not so good and quite confusing inside.

😠 Exploring Japan and visited this store since all my mates said it was a nice clothing store to go too. The old man staff and young guy with a perm had the worst attitudes. I wanted to get a beams shirt just as a souvenir and ended up not buying it because they had a very rushed buy or gtfo demeanour...
