Nice setting, poor unprofessional service Im a massage fanatic and was looking for some place closer than Soothing Spot. We went and booked a 60 minutes couples massage. Long story short, my masseuse gave me a 45 minutes massage and leaves (my husband got the full 60 minutes). I mentioned it to the receptionist and they still charged me the full price!! They said 'we are so sorry ' like if you are really sorry why are you charging me full price for 2/3 the service? These people need to learn the meaning of customer care
