Customer care is appalling and the service is slow. Attendants/nurses are rude & slow. I took a patient on 16/04/22 who had a fever on Easter eve (a low key day). I received rudely at the reception and was not advised clearly how to proceed. I sat with my patient for an hour before seeing a doc. A long time for someone in distresa. After which we now had to wait for the lab tech who was reportedly having lunch. After a long wait, we gave up and had to go elsewhere. I managed any further delays by the attendants by leaving them with a big note so I could hastelt take my patient to receive medical care. Please be warned if you would want medical service not to go there. This mediocrity could cost your paten their lives!

Terrible experience with Dr Emma Denis and his team today ! I went for a lab test that took more than 2 hours to have my results out ! I requested for my results to be emailed to me and l only got them at 8:30pm after going to the clinic at 3:00pm . When l called to talk to the Dr l was told they close at 8:00pm . Terrible place to go to if you have an emergency , don’t risk going there ! They are extremely slow and don’t serve clients on first come basis . The staff don’t have empathy ! I paid consultation for no service !!!!

Well this hospital is very expensive. They conduct tests and then refer you to their branches where they also conduct more tests and then charge alot of money for the same thing. I would not recommend it at all because you end up at IHK hospital in Namuwongo.

Beautiful facility but they are very slow at attending to patients. Sat there for about 2 hours for routine check up
