I have just left the place and they could not treat my child because of a technicality saying the finger print issued was for the mum and she has to be there otherwise they can't treat my child policy indicates if the child is 5 years and above they can log in them selves and the receptionist was not willing to look it even when am the principal who has brought the child without wasting time I went to kaserena and was immediately treated with no hesitation.
