Talk about class this place has it and always on top of their game. The rooms, they all kinds of rooms, single rooms, double rooms with bathrooms of course, conference rooms. All those rooms are clean and waiting for their next customer to use them. The entire place is beautiful to watch the buildings have great designs and staff. The pools always clean. I recommend this place to anyone who wants classy or you want to go on a honey moon, or outing and relaxing. The services are a bit slow but otherwise worth it. Recommended.

One of the longest serving hotels,i have known silver springs from when I was a child.located in bugolobi along the main road,clearly standing out therefore can't be missed.most beautiful environment one gets into the moment you set foot there.Gone through major refurbishment,I would consider it to be among the top notch hotels in uganda.scrumptious meals,serene conditions, beautiful everything and not forgetting always spotlessly clean.service is without a doubt,one of the greatest.Go witness experience never forgotten.

Nice hotel spread out across a large area. The restaurants and poolside area are good to hang out in evenings. Wide breakfast spread. Indian food options available. Rooms are old though. Plug points and light switches are not by the bedside. No fans in the rooms, just the split ACs.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks on a business trip August 23. One of the nicer hotels in Kampala. The rooms are adequate with most necessities. The bed was my biggest complaint as it was very firm and was like sleeping on a rock. The late night loud music can be very annoying sometimes going past midnight. Also, I was awakened one night at 2:30am due to construction at the hotel. Lots of hammering and loud noises. There is a a restaurant onsite with decent food. Free breakfast is included with most food having an Indian influence. Overall, probably as good as it gets in Kampala without spending a lot more money. I would stay again but would be sure to bring earplugs.

This place is classic inside. Very spacious and can host any type of event including conferences. Their buffet is simply magical. It’s green atmosphere helps you breathe, relax and reset. Highly recommend 💚

Silver springs hotel is located along port bell road bugolobi _ Kampala in a cool environment with minimal noise from the City. The hotel is amazing with a very welcoming reception team, a variety of services offered including room service, bar and restaurant with food and drinks in variety and and calm music playing along. Free breakfast is provided to the guests, lunch and dinner providing local and international food There is a variety of food and drink to choose from. There is gym and swimming pools for refreshments. The self-contained rooms are spacious, with adequate ventilation and power socket for charging gadgets are available. The rooms contain double beds, television for leisure. The restroom is large with cold and steam bath available, face, body and hand towels placed for wipes, and a large dressing mirror. Within the hotel is all walkable pathways connecting all the arenas, from the rooms, voyage restaurant, meeting Halls, reception, gym room and swimming pools. I Loved it.

We had a national Cooperative consultative meeting and UCA's members Annual General Meeting. They have spacious conference halls and big parking space. The service was good.

So Silver springs is beautiful, enough parking space on a good day, space for outdoor functions, super green and clean environment . I was here for a conference, and the service was good. And before I forget, the food ...it wasn't bad either

Was at this hotel attending conducting a 4 day workshop. The conference facilities are okay. Adequate space, visual aids (projector), free Wi-Fi and the complimentary stationery. The facilities are generally adequate for large group congregations. Out of 5, I score 3 as the experience meets basic expectations. The culinary experience is well.. okay as well. Nothing special to write home about. The cons- it is situated some meters off the main road so participants can access it by public means with ease. Has adequate parking space. The cons- I didn't see appropriate access for wheel chairs.

This is a historical hotel that has been around since the 70's. It is an excellent venue for indoor/outdoor parties, poolside parties etc. they serve hood food and their swimming facilities ate top notch. Just that their prices are above average.

Nice place,lovely atmosphere..food? I've had better,it was also quite noisy today when I visited,there was a wedding reception going on. You could not hold a conversation. It could be a one off,but yeah.

The food was better than expected. Had a T Bone pepper steak with trimmings. And the chicken spring rolls are really good. For small eaters just the spring rolls and coffee/tea etc would be enough

Tea cups are too small, there is need to consider that this is Uganda not India, for us we use big cups 🤣🤣 otherwise buffet was nice

Here all you need is available except play ground but tenis / vollyball /netball court's are available, all kinds of dishes, rooms, access to internet, watching, swimming, sauna steam gym, car parking and all kinds of person have access to the place either VIP, ordinary, able and disable so the place is enjoyable

Large pool, large kiddie pool. Unfortunately, it is rarely clean, the lifesavers don't pay close attention to the swimmers, and the music on the weekends is too loud to hear the person sitting at your table. Arrive early on a weekend to avoid the loud music. Huge bouncy slide is set up for kids on Sundays. Food selection is limited.

Went on a Sunday so it was a little busy but the staff did everything to make all guests feel welcome. The health section could use a little refurb though.

Last experience was bad. The management admit people for bookings even when there is no more space leading to poor service and over crowding

We hang out around the pool area and was beautiful but sad to see the workers turned off the music and started watching a football game while we were still dining. They can definitely improve on their customer service. However, food was delicious and they serve great portions.

What I loved most about this place was their space. They are situated on a big piece of land and so parking is not a problem at all. You could hold a big event from here with every guest having a car and there could be space for almost all of em. Food is just above average. They should get a better recipe for their chicken and have their food tasting better. Good customer care as waitresses and waiters are always up and about to provide the services. It was a great time there and a friend's wedding was worthwhile while in their premises.

Mainly, I have attended workshops and usually get to check their facilities. They also have an open upper bar where you sit watching the swimming pool, major restaurant and bar downstairs. Lovely view. I also love be their big car parking and almost seven halls for indoor parties and workshops or conferences. If you are lucky, some days provide fresh food and other days recycled foods especially their rice and sauce - beef and chicken.

Hosted a party here, the service was great but the food portions are very small considering the price. The most disappointing thing was the swimming pool. It was completely overpriced, compared to other hotels, and the pool service was poor. Lifeguards would not let my kids and the party swim (mind you it was a birthday party to which I paid a hefty deposit) even after assuring I was headed to pay! Not to mention the adult pool had green algae growth. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Well-organised! Food was delicious. We had the lunch on Christmas day. The children had fun swimming in the vsrious pools. There was a swimming supervisor in every pool to make sure the children were safe in the water. Although we, as parents, of course kept an eye on them also. Nice music. Highly recommended.

Well only that the food doesn't taste fresh. Food seems to be refrigerated for some time before it's prepared making it not taste fresh. Kindly improve on that. Otherwise the rest are very thankful

It is a nice hotel located at Bugoloobi- Kampala City, has an ample parking space and a tight security team, good for wedding venues, birthdays, proposals and has a variety of conference rooms. It also has hospitable waiters and waitresses, a conducive environment and a swimming pool in case you needed to,sauna, cuisine and massage spa.

The two gentlemen at the reception lack customer service ethics. We walked in and none of them bothered to look out for the person we had gone to meet evwn after we introduced ourselves and stated that we wer on appointment. They just told us to call the person and didn't even bother offering a seat. They feel entitled and lack professional ethics.

Good place. Near the city centre and easily accessible. Good for functions like weddings, parties, conferences and workshops. It have a very nice cottage and serves a barbecue every evening.

Definitely a great place for accommodation in Kampala. We had some Pork, rice, and sizzling chicken. The portions are quite large - so either go when you are super hungry or you can order a few portions and share. The salad that comes with the food is to die for!! 🤤 Service was great! Room service was great as well

Despite being assured that our rooms were "quiet". The night disco and partying noises were intrusive. Otherwise service, food, cleanliness were good.
