The staff at Hotel Eliana was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the Lobby. Pretty decent accommodation that is centrally located in Kampala. Rooms are huge and clean, with working air conditioning. The bathrooms are also very well equipped. The gym has a well trained gym instructor, I really enjoyed his classes and would be the main reason I come back. The only downside was the breakfast was below average and can be improved with a larger variety of options like cereals, sausage, bacon, pancakes etc.

The place is easy to access, clean, ambience great. One thing though is parking space is so limited so if one has a function there, it inconveniences the people attending because getting parking is a nightmare. Food is awesome and waiters and waitresses polite and helpful

Very beautiful and spacious rooms and very polite and friendly service providers. The bathrooms are small compared to thevsize of the rooms. There is little variety for breakfast - They don't serve the typical English breakfast.

It's quiet though next to the road. Parking is a challenge it appears it doesn't have underground built up parking.

So close to the road for easy access though not really good for those looking for a quiet fun place

I have not been a guest in their rooms yet but judging from the spa that I've been from time to time .. e ambience, spacious steam and sauna, very courteous and polite waitresses that serve tea and snacks for sauna clients Not forgetting the clean towels, clean bathrooms with hot water, I use this to infer that the hotel package must be great too

A bit of a quaint hotel with very spacious rooms. Right in the heart of Kampala and choked between clusters of residential and commercial buildings. The higher floors gives you some view of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make you comfortable.

Accessible, looks clean and modern. During my stay, wifi was acting up but otherwise good for it's location, surrounding businesses, bar and restaurant at the premises.
