Food was on point, well located

Amazing hotel with beautiful scenery ! You will love the menu, rooms as well as environment. Sadly the pool was empty when we got there and the room service was very poor... Ordered a chocolate cake on vanilla icecream twice only to get two scoops of icecream. This was very annoying.

The beauty is in the detail... WOW 😮 You can't imagine what is behind the 2 fronts you see at the road side. Its like you walk into a whole different location altogether. For a minute it feels like you are no longer in Bugolobi... Like you were in Italy instead. The Architecture is on point... Not to mention the French cuisine 👌 Its a cozy quiet space that I will definitely be going to often.

Spacious rooms, boutique design, convenient location and friendly staff. Just wish breakfast had a bit more options.

Overall very good experience, nice design and staff is very helpful. Big deception came from the senior management who seems to ignore best practices for dealing with complaints...irrespective of who is right or not. Some areas for improvement/advice to next customers: Ask for a room in the the extension building opposite to the reception, they are larger, more recent and don't smell humidity especially during rainy season. Avoid the laundry service, they tend to lose clothes as no tags are put on the clothes. No one will apologize nor offer any compensation whatsoever. Stayed here in March for 3 nights.

They have 2 wings at this hotel. I got the old wing which had dirty tap water and the lighting in the room was horrible. Only after threatening to check out did I get a better room which I had been informed earlier were fully booked. I got racist vybes the entire time. Would not want to experience the place ever again.

Very quaint French styled hotel with the best Steak au poivre and french fries in Uganda.

A bit expensive but a really nice location and the rooms and layout of the hotel is awesome. Great breakfast as well. If you want a really dark and silent room go for room 28. But check if someone lived in the room above you first. Heavy furniture that is moved on the floor above is the only thing you hear in this room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good service

Booked a room back in November 2021. Unfortunately I had to cancel. They informed me I would be refunded. Have been patient and flexible but unfortunately they’ve just dragged me out and are no longer responsive. Still waiting on my refund.

Great location. It's really close to everywhere and the food is great though not too much on the menu the rooms were better aerated nice scent but no view anywhere

Good hotel with some nice personal touches, a welcome from the faceless business class hotels that litter Kampala. Hotel set in a peaceful oasis contrasting the chaos that is Kampala. Rooms ok, a bit dark. Beds goodish. Good showers. Very nice staff and decent breakfast.

Awesome ambience. Classic italian design with natural homely flavor. Great food at the cafe, and very clean. Love the lounge space.

Love this place. I usually go to eat formula restore here that is good salad, very good stake and maybe little bit below my wishes desert. The French atmosphere and kitchen is a good escape from Ugandan reality. I have also stayed overnight in their luxurious rooms that are good value for money including croissants on breakfast. I'm happy to recommend this place as I'm also happy to book few nights for myself for October later today.

I think the environment is great. I went to the restaurant for lunch. The menu is boring and the food was uninspiring. Would probably enjoy staying there if I could eat my meals elsewhere!
