Just had pizza, didn’t stay, good location close to all the cool bars and restaurants. Worth checking out

It was fair however it’s hard to rest at night. There was a group of drunkards fighting and quarreling for about 2 hours from 3:00am- 5:00am in the morning and nothing was done about it. I went down stairs and talked to stuff and nothing was done. Couldn’t sleep and yet had flight to catch! Seriously for the price we pay, they should have called police on these 3 drunkards as opposed to letting them distrust everyone. For breakfast, there is no variety. I was there 3 nights but had almost the samething. Would I sleep here again, I don’t think so for my piece of mind and rest. The few positives I noticed was the cleanness of the rooms. I salute the cleaners and the receptionists too because they delivered.

Nice and quiet place. Not a high end not a low profile too. Quality Indian cuisine. Nice and neat place. Cordial stewards. But the restaurant can be a bit creative instead of a mundane and mean crafts. Local craft work can still be made more presentable.

A perfect 3 Star hotel! Situation in the heart of Nakawa-Bugolobi with quite an ambiance. Serenity and Tranquility defines. Quality customer service, ample parking space, great food both local and international. Good venue for meeting, get aways and luncheons.

The service is not upto the expectations. The staff doesn't have the understanding of the service to be delivered. Where I had my guests for a week and I make payments and in between the hotel staff asked my guest to make payments without informing me. It's a disrespect to my guest. They have europian plan and with the dinner there is nothing to drink like water or juice.

Nice place, the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is also good. WiFi speed could inprove only 5mbps.

It's very okay. Very affordable especially with the weekend offer for the health club. At 20,000 you can get gym, steam, sauna and swimming. I love it

They have to improve the rooms the linen, towels, kitchen the food, and training the staff to clean well. The waiter need clean the tables in the restaurant everytime the guest goes. The service was good.

A resort type hotel where non- residents are allowed in as day visitors to use the pool and other facilities. Pool is a few meters from the rooms, so do not expect a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Music from non residents party from restaurant until after 11am also not conducive to an early night. Avoid if you want a tranquil hotel setting.

Quiet, peaceful setting in the heart of Bugolobi with warm service, decent accommodation and gym and pool facilities. Food is good too.

We really appreciate all the staff of this place! You were very kind to us! It's such a nice place to have rest with good environment and excellent service! Before visiting this place we read feedbacks and were ready to different things.. But: Every day they clean rooms (2 times), swimming pool. So the place is very clean! The place isn't noisy at all! We had neighbors but did not hear them at all! WiFi is very good! Food is tasty! Sauna and steam worked till night! We really enjoyed! And special thanks to manager who helped our friend to organize a surprise for my husband and me! It was amazing! And a very strange feedback was about absence of an elevator.. There are only 3 floors.. And it was not a problem for us at all Thank you! We will come back for sure!

It's a serene and good place to relax. You wanna swim,go to gym or sauna and steam bath, they're all super relaxing. I love their chips and chicken, they're a whole lot different from other restaurants taste💕

Dolphin suites has a good number of sites to view,swimming pool,massage,sauna,garden and many rooms.Generally it's a comfortable place.

This is a nice place it is a tropical Paradise in the middle of the City the staff works very hard and they are polite the food is excellent I recommend the stuffed chicken breast

There was enough space for the kids to celebrate their friend's birthday.

I found it difficult to write this review. I stayed here many times. At first I really liked it but it went downhill rapidly. Over the months service went down. Rooms were not clean as the sheets were stained and ripped. Staff is wayching sports games late at night on loud volume. The bars stays open till late even on weekdays. Night staff does not care about the noise, does not do anything or even apologise. Unfortunately this was my last stay here.

My stay at Dolphin Suites was more than satisfactory. Their reception and hospitality is exceptional. The rooms are very neat with comfortable beds. The food surpassed everything else😋. The chef is on another level. They also have a gym, sauna, swimming pool and a conference room. If you are visiting Kampala, I highly recommend this facility.

It is a shadow of itself. The waiter that served me was uncouth and shabby. Uncouth without necessarily being rude or anything like that. Place needs some TLC because its a nice location with acceptable infrastructure. My host a resident didnt have alot of kind words.

The speakers daily by the pool regardless of guests are loud and nonstop. All rooms are by the pool which is also not quiet. It’s impossible to relax peacefully here. I’m addition, the TP being delivered to rooms is transported in dirty water baskets - pretty disgusting. I’ve tried to give this place a chance many times but this is my last.

Good location. But a Totally run down place. No proper management. Breakfast was horrible. Not even can provide a cup of cappuccino. Second day breakfast did not even have bread. Workers start work and making noise at 6am when clients are sleeping and working still at 8pm when clients are having dinner. Room hygiene was not good either . not gonna book again.
