Road access to this hotel is very bad, parking space is fair but not adequate for high traffic days, reception and customer service is good. Architecture is very nice, the view is soothing. Security is fair.

the hotel is located in a nice hideout off the main road. the rooms are also quite nice. they also have a spa/ sauna and gym. though i would recommend visiting the sauna late evening because they take long to set it up

Has good food prepared and served on order, good wifi😊and clean enough. However food takes long to be served. Hospitality good but rooms, although spacious and maintained on a daily, I didn't find the beddings comfortable because sheets were old, no net and bathroom tiny. The shower flows just on top of toilet sit.

They're not punctual, indeed they over delayed me the Currier and at the same time the customer You can imagine waiting an order for an hour 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The place is tidy and the rooms were clean. The noise from the bar was a bit loud and no care in the world for the customers needs.

Usually the prices at the Acactus Hotel are a little higher than what I want to pay, but stayed here last week on a special rate. Now I understand their higher price- the service was excellent. Great service with staff while there and then after accidentally leaving my iPad in the gym, they found it, and delivered it to me. I'll be staying there again.
