The
Bukoto
Heights
Apartments
are
serviced
apartments
that
you
can
rent
for
short
or
long
time
periods
of
time.
The
location
is
not
very
good,
off
the
beaten
path,
and
away
from
major
grocery
stores
or
restaurants.
However,
you
can
get
to
some
of
these
using
a
Boda
in
less
than
10
minutes.
The
rooms
are
large,
clean,
and
comfortable,
even
though
the
furniture
is
a
bit
old.
The
bedroom
had
a
television
that
was
tiny,
approximately
20”
square,
and
so
old
that
it
had
a
DVD
built
into
it.
The
living
room
has
a
32”
TV,
but
it
was
not
a
smart
TV
so
you
could
not
connect
your
gadgets
to
it.
It
also
has
a
restaurant
that
is
not
bad.
The
apartments
do
not
have
a
gym
or
pool,
but
they
do
give
you
access
to
the
Kabira
Country
Club,
about
a
15-minute
walk
from
the
complex.
The
worst
part
of
the
apartment
is
the
service.
I
booked
my
room
using
a
travel
website,
and
when
I
arrived,
they
did
not
have
my
reservation
nor
my
room
ready.
I
showed
them
the
reservation,
and
after
about
20
minutes
they
finally
found
it.
Obviously,
they
do
not
check
whatever
partner
booking
system
they
should
be
checking.
It
took
a
good
30
to
40
minutes
to
check
in,
and
they
didn’t
even
offer
me
a
complementary
drink
for
the
inconvenience.
The
room
they
gave
me
had
not
been
prepared
for
guests
either.
The
Wi-Fi
and
TV
were
not
working,
there
were
no
hangers
in
the
closet,
and
while
they
had
an
ironing
board,
there
was
no
iron.
I
called
for
all
these
things
to
be
fixed,
and
eventually
they
got
to
it.
I
went
to
the
restaurant
for
dinner
and
breakfast
the
next
morning,
and
the
service
was
also
subpar.
Both
times
it
took
them
forever
to
prepare
my
meals,
and
on
both
occasions,
they
messed
it
up
the
order,
and
I
had
to
wait
for
them
to
get
it
right.
The
morning
of
my
second
day
there,
they
came
to
clean
my
room
and
took
all
the
towels.
I
told
them
to
please
bring
me
some
towels
ASAP,
because
I
needed
to
shower
to
attend
a
meeting.
This
was
about
11:30
a.m.
At
12:30
I
called
the
front
desk
and
told
them
to
please
bring
me
some
towels
again…
nothing
happened.
By
1:30
I
called
once
again,
but
I
could
not
afford
to
wait
any
longer,
so
I
started
to
pack
my
things
and
prepare
to
leave.
By
2:00
p.m.
I
had
to
go
to
my
meeting,
but
I
also
checked
out
because
they
were
so
inconsiderate
of
the
customers’
needs
that
they
were
forcing
me
to
go
to
a
meeting
without
a
shower.
I
do
not
recommend
staying
at
this
place,
there
are
far
better
options
all
over
Kampala.
