Centric mall, kind of meeting place in the middle of Kampala. Lots of nice shops and also local ones, not just chains. Is a relaxed atmosphere. Well guarded and with a nice outdoor “cafesserie” to meet people and talk about business. The factort “Spinner” dors not make a great view, but it is a good place to walk while shopping.

It is good place to be at if seeking quality services near the central business district but with less congestion. Found at the edge of the kampala industrial area, this mall has a number of ATMs, cafes and restaurants , pharmacies, and a number of cool places to chill out. There's a supermarket 🛒 so you can do your shopping here. The parking is safe, payable with automated payment systems. The mall can be accessed from 3 different roads in the area.

Wow! This is going to be my new regular stop on my Kampala trips. This mall has come a long way in 4 years. It’s pretty easy to access and parking isn’t complicated. We traveled here midday on a Thursday. Pizza Hut was our reason for visiting, but after walking around, we realized that Village Mall Bugolobi has much more to offer. Just On the ground level there is Pizza Hut, Carrefour, KFC, an apple re-seller, a pharmacy and Cuban. The dining area around Caffesserie is covered in greenery and is quite ambient and open air with nice shading. You will also find Caffesserie’s famous ice cream. Everything is very clean, including the ladies room. Floors well kept and greenery is lush and cared for. I like this Carrefour location over Acacia Mall and Lugogo Mall. So many places I want to try. Cuban has a cigar lounge. And there’s even a shawarma place. I will definitely be returning. Well done Village Mall Bugolobi!

It's a great place to meet friends. Quiet but not too quiet, the air flow through out the building is great. If you are working, it's a great environment to work while sipping coffee. It is quite secure as well, you dont need to worry much about your belongings.

The building is of 10,000 sqm net retail space on 3 levels, and 1 basement parking. As a shopping centre that has become a landmark in the city, The Village mall situated in Bugolobi is easily accessible and located at the junction of Luthuli Avenue and Spring road. Illuminated signage on the building exterior and concealed lighting can be viewed at a distance while approaching the mall. The building design is characteristically Tuscan inspired, with rustic colour tones, multi-level roofs, arch ways, narrow windows and simple forms. Provision of three entrances/exits resolved the issue of congestion in a high traffic area. Lettable retail space includes a supermarket, and large food court on the first floor. A modern glass elevator provides a view of the central courtyard. With approximately 200 parking slots for patrons and tenants, the mall comfortably accommodates a large number of shoppers and diners.

Village mall Bugolobi is the real place to live and enjoy the beautiful things.

loved this mall during my stay in Uganda! one of my favorite places as well. found it convenient since everything one needs is under one roof. it’s quite chilled and there’s many places to shop from. it was also less crowded when i visited (jan ‘23) which was the best time :)

Excellent service and clean. I’m always here for their ice cream especially the Bounty flavor 🤤🤤. Their juices are nice too.

So better place for hangout with friends and family members... and even for meeting this place Is preferable because in pizza hut or cafe cafesserie you definitely can arrange a meeting with your clients... Carrefour market will help you for shopping...

Village mall Bugolobi is one of the biggest malls within Kampala, it contains many business centers and companies including restaurants, like KFC, and Cafesserie, there is a petrol station nearby, shopping centers like a supermarket, and also clubbing and bar area is also there for those who enjoy, the parking space is big enough to house many

To be honest, I avoid going to Village Mall to the extent possible. I love some of the new shops, and think it has a lot to offer. In particular, I am curious about the cigar shop - which I am yet to explore. The security company at the mall is really aggressive towards motorcyclists though. They will only allow you to enter through one of the lanes, though there is no signboard warning you. They are very particular about where you park, and even when you park where advised to - you make find it moved, a guard sitting on it, or the guards using it to hold their things. I've complained a few times to no avail and so now just won't go.

Cafesserie staff are well trained and very professional. I had the fresh water melon juice. I do wish we were not given plastic straws however... Hence 4 stars only. We need to get serious about single use plastic pollution. Did you know they all end up in the ocean? Bamboo straws are available in Uganda as are washable metal ones. Let's use them - or ditch straws completely.

Average mall. For Kampala, a good mall. Good stores and as usual ... VERY pleasant staff and security guards. I now have cause to come back to the area ... This will be a regular haunt ;)

The Standard Chartered ATM at Village Mall looked abandoned and un-used. It was the only reason I was there to begin with so I was very disappointed. The mall does have good parking space though.

Variety of shops popped in for first time after units filled up. Parking limited considering shopping capacity and tight got a lift on this occasion frankly wouldn't want to go there with my car. Quick visit to opticians, stopped of for coffee ☕ Toilets need a little more work considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. One or two okay bakeries too . Generally okay nothing to write home about. My bugbear is parking and toilets.

The place is cool but the parking arrangement is Abit frustrating. Every time you get a parking card, you have to reactivate it regardless of how long you have stayed there. It would be better if only those who are supposed to pay ( longer than 30 minutes) activate the card with payment.

One of the most disorganized place with a lot of crowd that is only a nuisance. Coffee is excellent in one of the shops. The security guys at both entrances are uncouth. They need a bit of training to be more civilized considering the kind of crowd the mall gets. Otherwise it is another crowded place in Kampala. Enjoy

I have been visiting Village Mall Bugolobi for a while now and I always appreciate the security at the entrance. They are very friendly and helpful, directing me on the way to go and always willing to offer assistance at the ATM machine when needed. I usually go there for Stanbic ATM to withdraw some money. The place is corporate and very clean, and you can eat food from their washrooms, lol. Just kidding, but seriously, the washrooms are very hygienic and well-maintained. I would recommend this mall to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
