My sister was referred to this hospital by a friend who spoke very highly of it’s fertility services. She met one of the leas doctors and right from the start we had issues. The doctor promised to send us an email on what we had discussed and what we need to prepare. He even gave us both his email and phone contact but never delivered. We called, emailed in vain. We had to pay another 100,000 consultation fee just to get that information. Why are the doctors very evasive here? It’s been months, we see the doctor who promises to follow up with us and he never ever gets in touch until we go back and start the process again. It’s not right what you people do. I am sure my sister will write her own frustration but I feel it for her because I have to drive her there each time

Don't go to this hospital,the rate of deaths during childbirth is extremely high at this one hospital because of their extra charges and poor medical ethics. The doctors appear to emergencies hours laters when needed and the nurses are arrogant behind max

The customer care is wanting, it takes on average 15 mins before they can acknowledge you standing in front of them and say a word. They insist on having one person at front desk when clearly they're overwhelmed so service is extra slow. This particular day there is one paed doc at the OPD. I think you can do much better

Like Clara Wekesa stated very disappointed. A baby in the nursery can only be seen by 1 person mbu moreover through the glass. No updates on condition of the baby is given till you complain then they tell you, your child was removed off oxygen. Even patients in ICU are allowed to be seen. Surely you are the experts and we are the parents/caretakers treat us with some dignity.

I received the worst antenatal care !! Dr Andabati your such a bad obstetrician/ gynecologist!! How could someone pay you to be her OB/GYN and all throughout her journey of 40 weeks / 9 months/ 280 days u only attend to her once ?! Hospital is after money !! Care zero unless you’ve paid money wc is rubbish

As a lady battling infertility, I've been to a number of fertility hospitals, but my experience at Bethany was extremely amazing, right from the askari as the get up to the doctor everyone is smiling, asking you to be calm that every thing will be okay, every one talks lovingly to the extent that the more painful tests u have to undergo turn out to be less painful,they realy make sure you stay calm throughout your visit, I loved what at found at Bethany hospital, please keep it up.

Bethany is the place to be. I had my first bouncing baby boy here and the experience was extremely great! The nurses, doctors and non medical staff are passionate about what they do. Thank you Bethany.

Pathetic service.... Doctor never came on time. No system to follow ......staff is arrogant and after a time they start avoiding customers. Highly unrecommended. Doctor Damali is super useless Doctor i have ever seen.....don doknow on what basis she got hired.

Best in the country… women’s hospital with such a qualified team from surgeons to a floor cleaner. A home away from home the meals are on time and with a presentation that keeps you wanting more.

Great hospital for fertility awareness

The scientific QUALITY is pretty HIGH. The building is also nice with plenty of space and comfortable public space where to seat and wait. The RESTAURANT is VERY NICE good views and good food and good space also for working. BAD things: the waiting time is TOO MUCH considering you are paying whatever services in terms of MILIONS UGANDA SHILLINGS. We have never waited less than 3-4 HOURS, even when we HAD an APPOINTMENT. And they don't tell you anything...just leave you there. Waiting rooms are quite ok but if you have 2 BEDS please put 2 PILLOWS :D considering we pay in MILIONS and we wait HOURS

Good for women health with good doctors

it's good but the last time I visited children's clinic on Sunday there was only 1 doctor and when patients are many the turn around time is very poor.there should be atleast 2 Doctors.

Very very very bad experience with this hospital. The wait lines are very long. You wait for close to 5-6hours. (They do not do appointments-just walk ins) I have never had a good experience with this hospital. Everytime i come here, i must spend a whole day before i get a service Use Bethany if you do not mind sitting for 6hours+.

Beautiful space. The hospital has very employees though. The doctors are few, reception had only one person. A big hospital like that needs more employees.

Your services need to change, the nurses are too arrogant and your services are very poor, we are so disappointed. Your nurses don't check on patients and when they do they treat patients soooo badly, please change. As for the Doctors you keep avoiding patients and you never follow up. I can not advise anyone serious about good service to visit Bethany. The buildings are nice but the rest is too poor

Bethany is an excellent hospital catering to the womens and child birth needs. We had our 2nd child there and the staff were proffesional, doctors were amazing, and the rooms and services were great. I highly recomend checking out and or into Bethany for any pregnancy related concerns. Their newly build hospital is very bright and clean and their rates for services are affordable.
