I think this is the best fitness and spa in the whole country. The aura is just perfect for the body, mind and soul. I love their swimming pool overlooking the golf course and their gym instructors are result oriented.

The ambience is absolutely breathtaking. The masseuse was very professional. I did their 3-in-1 deep tissue, aromatic oils and hot stone massage. It was totally worth it I had a bit of a challenge locating the place but it's on the second floor right next to Housing Finance Bank

This is still working for me. I can not differentiate which is better between the Salt and Sugar scrab... But both are good... Will soon look for another treat.

This is easily the best spa in Kampala. They do walk an extra mile to pamper you and make you feel relaxed. They give you time and space to breathe and enjoy every moment you are there. My favourite here is a candle wax massage which includes steam bath and full body scrub. I felt reborn after it. Instead of 2h, it lasted almost 4, they even closed 2h later because of me. Feel so grateful. Whoever runs it, knows what excellent service is.
